My girlfriend and I ordered a mattress on 3/28 and there has been no trace of it. The sales reps (Roxie, Jeff and Jay) have been very helpful trying to find it but at the fault of the warehouse and higher management, they have been unable to. Were very disappointed. The lack of communication from the warehouse and higher management is unacceptable.

The salesman was fantastic. Really really nice guy although he was new, he tried really hard to help us and in fact we did buy a mattress from him. Happy with our experience

We had a great experience with Jay he made sure to we found our best suitable bed explained about the technology in the mattress and took us thru the financing process he was very polite and definitely knew what he was talking about altought we havent purchased the mattress just yet well definitely be back !

We originally were looking for a box mattress for our back pain issues. Just so happened we were a block away getting an oil change and wandered in the store to just lay on the mattress. Stephanie was nice. She was very helpful. She brought me to all the different beds. She was not pushy which made me feel less anxious. She was so knowledgeable about ALL the mattresses in her store and she was right on point. When she explained the mattress to me and I laid on the mattress, it was exactly as she described. They are a bit expensive but I got a good deal and a quick delivery date. I also wanted to exchange the mattress I purchased with no problem as long as it was under 90 day. I think that was a promotion or it could be standard. You need to ask. They were very helpful.

This Mattress Firm has a great selection. Vish, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable! He spent a good amount of time helping me make a final decision on an order I had purchased. He explained various options. When I left, I was satisfied i had made the right choice in my purchase!
