Excellent customer service! The two times I’ve called or sent an issue report about a machine issue in my building, I receive quick responses and immediate refund without a hassle. Stan was great, he called me within 5 mins of sending an issue via the app, at 10pm at night (which I didn’t expect at all). He refunded/reloaded my loyalty card and will have a tech check the machines next day. Fast and professional service!

Aces Laundry Services are very conveniently located in the basement of my building. I like the way it is easy to pay for the washer or dryer by using the Quickstart feature on their app. I also like that I get notified when the machine is nearly finished.When I had trouble with one of the readers on the machines, I reported it on the app and was promptly called back and Stan assisted me. I can’t believe I’m writing a review. Went downstairs to take my clothes out of the dryer and they were cold. Luckily, using Aces, I can track my transactions on the phone app and report an issue. Unbelievably responsive. Got a call within 5 minutes at 9:40pm on a Saturday night- on a holiday weekend!! Full refund, and I know they’ll be service within a few days. Amazing!

My buildings recently contracted Aces for our laundry room. I love being able to use the FasCard app on my phone and not having to carry a laundry card. As soon as you report a machine problem, you get an email acknowledgment (and sometimes a phone call back!). Great customer service! The new machines they installed are affordable and efficient. You can also watch your machine on the app to see when the washer or dryer cycle is complete. The app also sends you an alert when the cycle is almost finished. Thank You, Aces!

I contacted their general email address for help when my clothes were locked in an unresponsive washer. While they did say they would send a technician out, they also gave me a step-by-step explanation of how I could unlock the washer door and remove my clothes (which was what mattered most to me!) They answered follow-up queries within five minutes of each email, and were extraordinarily patient and professional. This was a very positive, helpful experience, and Im very grateful to Stan and the Aces team for understanding what matters most to customers; its made for a really positive experience that I highly recommend!

Had an issue with one of the machines in my building where the door wouldn’t open so I couldn’t get my clothes out. I was worried because it was after 5pm, yet when I called the help line it was answered immediately by Stan! He quickly and easily walked me through resetting the machine so my laundry was freed from captivity, and even set me up with a loyalty account (which I didn’t know existed!) and a credit for the trouble. Frankly, it’s a been a terrible day, and this was just about to be what pushed me over, but Stan was super kind and fixed everything so quickly. Really appreciate such wonderful customer service!

We just got Aces machines installed in our building. These machines with the card readers and the app were a tremendous upgrade. I updated my coops laundry room about a year ago to Aces, from a well known company that had been in our building for 25 years. Residents were reluctant to switch because of habit and brand name, but no one has looked back since we switched. Aces provides excellent customer service, modern machines, and reliable maintenance. The owner is available 24/7 and very responsive in the rare event there is an issue or question. Highly recommend.

Great service! The apartment building I live in just installed Aces Laundrys washing machines. It was my first time using the machine tonight, and I was not able to start the machine. I sent a message via the app and also gave them a missed call regarding the issue. Since it was after 7pm, thought I may not get a call or message until the next day. Surprisingly, I received a call back right away from customer service!! My issues were resolved! They also respond back to you quickly via the chat on their website as well. Highly recommend!

Its been about six months since Aces installed our laundry room in our 60 unit co-op after dealing with two other companies over the years and dealing with horrible service and broken machines I felt I had to post a review 1- our laundry room looks great 2- service repair comes frequently to check on the condition of the machines they have never been down .3- the owner picks his phone up on the first ring every time.I can not say how lucky we were to have this company recommend to us and I would recommend him to anyone with out a doubt

Aces offers great laundry service! When they took over as providers in our building, they completely remodeled and rearranged our laundry room, replaced our old, nonfunctioning machines with brand new washers and dryers (and more of them), and kept a reasonable rate for tenants. Their customer service reps are terrific. Any time I have a question, they get right back to me with the info I need. They also offer an app that will let you know when your machines have finished a cycle. Highly recommend them!
Aces Laundry has been in my building from the time I moved in. In the beginning the dryer wasn’t working properly so they came to look at it and after it being the same problem over and over they put new machines in. Any issue I have including if the cycle of the wash/dry doesn’t work properly I call and they refund my card right away. The next business day they have someone come look at it and resolve the issue. Great customer service!
Doing laundry at 1am and all of the machines had a WiFi error code - with 5 loads of wet laundry I called Ace’s service department. They were able to reset the machines - crisis averted! Super responsive!! Thanks!
This morning, the Aces Laundry machine wasnt able to read my credit card. I called, keeping in mind it was 8 am on a Sunday morning, and left a message. Surprisingly, I heard back within 10 minutes. They let me know there was an internet server issue and that it could take a while for it to be fixed. I then received another call a few hours later telling me that the problem was solved. Sure enough, I went to put my laundry in, and the card worked! The man on the phone was so professional and apologetic. I really appreciate their genuine customer service.
Our building has Aces and the credit card service stopped working briefly, but their customer service was outstanding and they had it back up and working within an hour!

They provide laundry services in the my building. They’ve always been so responsive and helpful. Ive lost my card twice now, and they always replace it without a hassle, even transferring the remaining balance from my old card. When a machine is broken, their customer service is always prompt in answering the call, and sends someone to fix it quickly.
Our building has only had a good experience with Aces. They were and still are easy to communicate with. At first I was worried that they would not provide good service on the weekends if something went wrong. After leaving a message with their answering service recently, we got a quick call back and they immediately went to work trying to resolve the issue.

Can’t say enough good things about them. Price per load is reasonable. They are incredibly responsive the few times I have had to reach out. Sometimes washers and dryers break or just don’t work right - they are appliances, and it’s just part of life. However, it rarely ever happens and Aces makes it right as quickly as possible. They also promptly send out technicians to come and fix the washers and dryers when there’s an issue and provide Out of Order notes to go on the machines. I’ve had maybe 3 minor issues in 2 years.I recently discovered there’s an app (FasCard) that lets you see how many machines are being used. I haven’t been able to figure out all the features with it but for the moment it’s been super helpful to see whether I should lug all my stuff down to the laundry room and I can reload my card via the app without having to remember to bring my credit card with me to the laundry room.

Stanley at Aces Laundry was extremely concerned when the laundry machines in my building were not being serviced properly, and in spite of being in the middle of a pandemic, he managed to get service to the machines to clean them and make them usable. Really went the extra mile to make sure everything is working well. Highly recommend!
They handle and operate the washers and dryers of my building. It’s not uncommon for washers to occasionally have hiccups, but Aces laundry really does go above and beyond to fix it when they do.I especially want to thank Stan for being so responsive to inquiries. He was clear and kind when explaining an issue and resolved it right away.
For five years we had a vendor in our apartment building who did not maintain the machines, did not give refunds, and did not respond to service requests. After much pressure, the landlord brought in Aces as the new vendor. Its only been 2 weeks, but the machines are high quality, and Aces has responded instantly to any questions about the service. The value seems to be industry standard.
The app leaves a lot to be desired but the customer service is extremely helpful. Lets hope the app gets as smart as the equipment soon.

Since they start using LG machines my laundry is never good either those machines use not enough water or they don’t spin and my laundry is wet when it’s done . That’s one seconds do you really think when you doing laundry you can wash all your staff in less then 1 gal of water are you seriously so naive ?
