We arrived a couple of weeks ago looking for a elliptical stepper, and was greeted by Sam, one of the most informative sales associates that I can remember! Sam walked us thru a selection of machines, i was certain that i would make the purchase but i told Sam that i would return 2 days later (Saturday ) to make the purchase which i did.. i purchased the Spirit XS895., what an awesome machine! it doesnt take up a lot of space and it is extremely quiet. i ended up with the perfect machine that matched my needs!Thanks Sam!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a treadmill . I met Sam whom was working that day he was extremely helpful and friendly. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I got the treadmill and it was one of the best customer service that I ever experienced, I would strongly recommend visiting this location if you are looking for high end workout machines .

Sam, at the Hartsdale NY store, is so professional and patient, and knows the machines well. My husband and I were looking at the elliptical and treadmill machines and Sam was very knowledgeable. We visited other stores and encountered many overbearing salespersons who had little information about the machines and had too many hidden caveats. We purchased, through Sam, the same machines we saw at other stores because we loved the treatment we received and the prices were great.

We purchased a Body Craft Treadmill T800 w 16 smart touch for a great price from Sam. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I research everything and had a million and one questions about everything from the running surface, deck frame, motor, warranty, etc. He answered every question and wanted us to be comfortable making the decision. No pressure or games. great experience with Sam! Quality equipment at great prices with a great salesperson - the way to shop! Thank you we will be back to add to our gym

Where to start...first getting the machine to the house. They sent only two guys without any professional experience or tools to carry and bring a professional treadmill into the basement. The machine weighs a ton and definitely needs at least 4 guys to bring it in, so they exposed these two people to all kinds of injuries. Then the damage to the house...because it was too heavy for them, they were getting it in with a lot of difficulty, scratching the main door, the wooden floor and the basement door (of a new house)...the delivery guys took pictures and notes of all the damages yet the fitness showroom refused to pay for any damages claiming that this sort of thing happens when you deliver a heavy machine (like the treadmill...)1-well, these kinds of incidents would not have happened if you have sent more than two guys carrying the machine.2-you are working your employees as if you have a sweat shop..I am sure these guys will encounter back problems while or after working with you.

What a great find. Ian (store manager) was informative and helpful. Genuinely concerned with our purchase and went out of his way to make the purchase pleasant. Have been to two other local shops and the difference was remarkable. There was no push to have me buy and I visited the store twice because I was unsure if I wanted a recumbent versus an upright. Ian set me up on each and let me experience them myself while explaining the available options. Will only buy my next piece of equipment from Ian and Fitness Showrooms of Westchester. Outstanding customer service.

Went in to look at spinning bikes for my apartment. Really felt like I was listened to by Tony, not at all pushy or anything like a typical salesman. Gave me an amazing price for the bike and looking forward to riding it. Definitely look here for any fitness needs!!

I cannot say enough good things about Fitness Showrooms of Westchester! I wanted to buy fitness equipment for my husband. I know very little about what he needed so I decided to call before visiting the store. The manager was so incredibly helpful- he not only educated me and patiently walked me through the all of the different options over the phone, he made it so I didnt event have to come to the store. Everything was so thorough, I felt confident to place the order over the phone and I know my husband will love his new power cage!

I just purchased a treadmill and cable machine from Fitness Showrooms, and the manager Ian was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He made us feel at home and took his time with us to answer all our questions. Not only did Ian spend a lot of time helping us demo different machines he gave us a GREAT deal for Black Friday. Big thanks to Fitness Showrooms of Westchester for outfitting my family with great Life Fitness equipment. Ian (store manager) was very friendly and helped us pick out the stuff that suited our needs best. We got a treadmill, bike, and some weights. Before going there I scoped out the competition and was underwhelmed. The equipment and sales staff were okay, but they didn’t seem like they wanted my business as much and were not willing to work with us with the pricing. Ian went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and the whole process went very smoothly. Couldn’t recommend Fitness Showrooms enough.

I worked with Ian to buy a treadmill and he was very knowledgeable and not pushy. My treadmill was just delivered and I like it a lot. The only problem is the delivery service, they guys almost made me feel bad because they had to bring it to the basement.

We went into the Fitness Showroom on Central Ave., Westchester today to price out some exercise equipment, and was met by the very knowledgeable Ian, who really listened to what we needed, and put together a great package of workout equipment for us! They had a great selection, and you can basically tryout all the equipment.Also, a great feature is that they deliver & install the equipment. They also tell you how to use it, AND customize a workout routine to suit your needs. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Ian!
