Jim and his entire staff are friendly, professional and very skilled in every aspect of mechanics and body work. I would not let anyone else take care of my vehicles!

Jim was very informative on what was going on with my truck through the whole process. I told him what my budget was and he stuck to that for the final bill.The repairs they made look really good.The staff was friendly,I even got a ride home.

I got into an accident in February 1st and was rear ended with heavy damaged. They did an amazing job fixing it and making it look new! I could not be more pleased. They do their work very well and great. We always go to them when we have car issues. They are very nice, friendly and trustworthy. I would totally recommend them if someone ask me if I know a good place. I am so thankful for their work.

My sons car broke down on his way home on leave (Army) from Colorado. Jim was able to find him an engine installed it and had it ready for him the next time my son was home on leave. We are very grateful for the great service they provided so much so that when I was in a car accident we took my car there for the body repair. We wouldnt trust any one else. Top Notch service I bought my first new car had a deer run into it and got rear-ended on the first 6 months the crew over at Jim Olsons got everything taken care of all Factory replacement parts everything went wonderful highly recommended

Great place and very personal!

NEVER go to this mechanic shop. They were supposed to replace the top end of our engine, valve job, heads machined, various other replacements. We visited the shop during the repair and my husband noticed one side of the heads were different but Jim Olson told him he was crazy. They dont realize we took before and after pictures of our engine and clearly they are different. When we picked up our truck after 4 weeks they forced us to pay cash. Two weeks later the engine started to knock and it also had no power at all. We called Jim Olsons and they said it wasnt their problem. The truck engine blew up on September 14th, which was 5 weeks after repair, and Jim Olsons refuses to fix per their warranty. They tried to force me to sign some ridiculous document that stated they are going to cancel any existing warranty on our truck and also whatever work they will do to repair they will not be responsible for. When I refused to sign this they refused the repair and asked I remove our vehicle from their shop. Another mechanic shop has our truck and upon inspection the engine is clearly not our original and also the oil turned to sludge. Our trucks original engine had oil changes every 3000 miles and we use synthetic oil. Its quite obvious they took our engine and replaced it with a junkyard piece of junk engine.

Super rude and definitely “unprofessional” to say the very least from a customer standpoint.

Im a long time customer here - they do high quality work at reasonable prices, and their customer service is excellent!
