I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, I was left with NO car for an entire week. No communication from the service department at all. I had to call to check for updates on my car, and even then they had no clear answers. Picked up my car the following Monday and on Tuesday I realized the problem was NOT fixed after a week! The lady I talked to was very rude and only offered for me to drop the car back off, so AGAIN I would be without a car. I called back to speak to the service manager in which he helped me ALOT! I was able to get the issue fixed and a rental for the day.
I would never!go back to that Place again! This Vernon person the most ridiculous, rude person Ive ever meant. Im calling asking about my daughters car,he gives a nasty attitude. I just talked to your daughter about vehicle. Well Im calling now.his response who owns the vehicle. I told him me and his response was like I told I just talked to your daughter. After vehicle sitting there a week no calls no answers.you dam right Im calling now. My daughter stranded and Im out of town.Dont recommend any other to this place.
Not a very good experience with this dealership... Ive brought my car to this dealership approximately 6 times or so over the past year for service/repairs. Each time I have brought my vehicle to this location I get the same experience. They never have loaner/rental vehicles to use, they do not look at or diagnose your vehicle for days at a time, and they dont call you back! So if you only have one car (like me), plan on taking your car elsewhere unless you dont need it for a while. Just about every time I brought my vehicle here they held my car for multiple days at a time without ever calling and giving me an update. Each day they kept my car I would call asking what was the status of my vehicle and I would always receive the same answer... we will call you when we have news. Often times I would just pick my car up and bring it elsewhere because I didnt have time to leave it there for a whole week. Maybe its just me but I feel as thought it shouldnt take 5 days + to diagnose an issue. My car is still currently in the shop and its been 5 days... I will not be bringing my car back there.
I made an appointment one week in advance for 10:30 am today. I arrived at 10:00 am this morning and was told that they couldn’t help me because they were too busy and were not honoring appointments made on their website! I’ve bought 4 vehicles from them and I know it is always a long wait for service, but this is just a bit too much! They have lost a long time customer in me! My appointment was for an oil change and wheel alignment.
This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I arrived for my appointment (for 9:10 am) at 9:03 am. I was greeted and told to exit my car and leave the keys inside. I went to sit in the small sitting room near the service overhang and waited patiently. At 12:55 pm I was finally told my car was ready. I dont like bothering workers at establishments like this because I know they have better things to do than field silly questions, but I did ask why an oil change and wheel rotation took almost 4 hours. The service provider, someone different then who received me initially, did not answer the question and instead told me that they run on a first come first serve basis. She also said that she heard the provider who initially greeted me quote me a 3.5 hour wait. This confused me for 2 reasons -1. I made an appointment. Is the purpose of an appointment not to reserve that time for your car to be worked on? What is your first-come first-serve policy? Serve those who show up before those with appointments?2. I had 2 classes during the 3.5 hour wait and consequently missed both. If I had been told there was a 3.5 hour wait, I would have organized transportation from the beginning and not have waited around. Instead, I sat and was optimistic that my car would be ready ASAP.I felt belittled and disrespected by the woman who brought me to the register, and the lack of communication in general was egregious. I will not be returning to this dealership again for my cars service.
I tried to call to setup an appointment and they said that they’re booked until October 20th. The only problem with my car was that the AC didn’t work. They didn’t even offer me a substitute car to use while my AC was still out. I tried to stay within the dealership so I can stick with my car’s warranty but the customer service just led me to dead end. I ended up taking my car to a 3rd party auto shop and they fixed it the same day but now my car is probably voided of it’s warranty thank a lot for the problemsolving (sarcasm) Dodge Jeep Ram.
My vehicle has less than 50,000 miles on it, well maintained. Everytime I bring my car to this service department one to two weeks later something is wrong with my car. Yet everytime my diagnostics are at 100%. This last time, either they accidentally drained my coolant and/or forgot to replace the coolant. After leaving the dealership I noticed the temperature gauge fluctuations. I also noticed the drastic change while accelerating. The vehicle never overheated that day. On my way out of town, feeling confident in my vehicle, as I get on a 16 mile bridge my vehicle flashes engine temperature is high. I get out and check the coolant, theres damn near no coolant. My car doesnt leak at all..one of the customers was complaining about the service department forgetting to replace her oil reservoir cap. She didnt realize until the car oil overflowed. Who manages the service department seriously. No one is checking or double checking to make sure things are being done properly.
The service department at this dealership is the worst we have encountered. We just picked up our vehicle and there was grease smeared on the leather passenger seat. We have complained in the past to no avail. It seems no one in the service department, including the manager who we wrote to, cares anything about good customer service or taking care of a vehicle properly after the purchase has been completed. The manager never responded, no one returns phone calls, and we have had to call and request status updates on service. Appointment times mean nothing. We had an 8:30 am appointment this last time and we called at 1:00 pm to find out what the status was, only to be told the technician had just started looking at it. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!
I was traveling from out of town and my gas plate was not replaced correctly from my oil change prior to my trip. Cynthia and Mo were great! They got me in via quick service, ordered my part and got me back on the road safe and sound!!!
I was satisfied with the results of fixing my truck. The service representative was very courteous.
Very unprofessional, rude service, and still having problems with my vehicle. I’ve brought my vehicle here several times for the same problem, I’ve paid to have my vehicle diagnosed more than 5 times. Every time I pick my car up I’m assured that the problem is fixed and I shouldn’t have any more issues, not more than 2 weeks later I’m encountering the same problem. I have gave up on this dealership and car company as a whole. Cierra Bui was extremely rude to me and my family. She told me that the coolant in my car would fill up once I start driving my car which is incorrect. I was charged for coolant and the coolant in my vehicle was not even topped off. I am high displeased with this service and do not recommend anyone to use this dealership to service your vehicle. Obviously the mechanics are not professionals and do not know how to diagnose cars properly let alone repair them. 0 out of zero stars!
While my salesman over 3 years ago is great, their service department is completely lacking. After my experience today, I truly will not ever return. I was ignored for a service request approximately 5 months ago (in February) when I called, and no one got back to me. Today, I called for the same reason, was put on hold twice, and then sent to a voicemail box. When I called back, my information was finally taken, but then I was told I couldnt be seen until the end of the month, which is absolutely ridiculous! Especially when I reached out before about this same issue. Both times I have been treated like my business doesnt matter, so I will just take my business elsewhere (and I did find a shop to have my vehicle serviced tomorrow). If I ever absolutely have to use dealership services, I will take them across the river to Bergeron, as they actually value customers.
They are very professional its just right now its hard to find cars and trucks
Ive been waiting on my part for about 1 month now and no response back from the dealership and when I call I get the runaround!! Soon as I get my part I will definitely find another dealership for my auto needs!!
Cannot speak for new car sales, But as far as Certified Pre-owned sales go at Ray Brandt Dodge on the westbank i highly recommend you do not shop here. Last year i purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep, They first off only gave me one key and tried to sell me a second. ( was told by another ray brandt dealer that certified pre-owned comes with two keys) They did a horrible job cleaning the car, as well as some other issues, the passenger a c vent would not blow the next day, and the radio would freeze, the driver seat bracket was broken, and the spoiler also was rattling. Called a week later to try to resolve this and was told to just drop it off and that i’m not entitled to a loaner car. Tryed for months to get help with this issue and still they denied me a loner or rental. ( with a factory warranty) it wasn’t till the car was in a accident and at ray brandt collision did there service manager listen and fix a majority of the issues we had. Till this day, seats are literally still broken( they were supposed to be fixed), as well as the radio acting up again. All in all, i’m so depressed every time i drive my car because of the fact how bad they took advantage of me for a quick sale on a certified car. Just deff stay away from any ray brandt used car lot, either buy new or try bergeron. Good luck to all the future buyers.
Nick Gasser is the man! Customer service was through the roof and I couldnt be happier. Made the buying experience easy and with ZERO pressure. If youre in the market for a new RAM you definitely need to take the time to sit down with Nick. He will treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
$50 wiper blades, $50 air filters, called the sheriff when I got my own vehicle after they were closed
Our experience was excellent and with exceptional service. The personnel were knowledgeable, skilled and willing to assist at all levels. We felt comfortable and everything at the moment is going good with our vehicle. Ray Brandt Chrysler Dodge in Harvey will welcome you with their friendly staff. Have A Wonderful Bless DayThe Berniards
Mrs. Cynthia Farre is Awesome and very knowledgeable She gets a 10 across the board, Thank you Mrs. CYNTHIA
The truck buying experience was okay/average. However, upon the first attempt at an oil change by the service department I was pretty shocked at the lack of professionalism and customer service for someone who recently dropped 50K on a new truck. From the voice message spam, to the lady at the desk, to the man who took my information for my appointment, to the man who told me at 930 am that my appointment did not matter and to return with my truck after lunch because he they were busy......just Yuck! I crossed the river and took it to Bergeron on Vets....they were 1st class all the way. I recommend you do the same.
Service advisors are so helpful and friendly. Love bringing my jeep here
I Brought a used car from the dealership and I had problems ever since I’ve brought it. I spoke with the car salesman and he assured me that it was a good car. After having the car a day I express my concerns of the problems I was having to the salesman and he told me it was nothing he could do about it.My shocks was bad I had to replace the battery I need a new tires a water pump went out even the alternator went out on top of the that the car burns a lot of gas.I even express to the salesman that I was looking for a car that’s reliable so that I don’t have to fix anything up while I’m paying on the car note. So if you are a female they tell you anything, so make sure you have a Mechanic if you’re going to buy our used car from the dealership.
Fantastic experience! Oil changed, tire rotation, and checkup on vehicle for 2019 wrangler. They also replaced the battery in my key fob which cost $13 instead of the $400 for a new key and programming which I was dreading. Miss Cynthia was attentive and honest, and a complete 180 from Bergeron where I bought my car. I will be returning to Ray Brandt for future service!
They got upset with us because we were upset that a vehicle that we purchased brand new (2020 Jeep Cherokee) which is less than 2 years old had a bad battery. The manager got so upset that he hit my boyfriend and he had to press charges
Brandon was great from beginning to end! If anyone needs a vehicle, I highly recommend this establishment! Thanks again Brandon and Ray Brandt Chrysler Dodge Jeep for making car buying so easy!
I’ve never had a problem buying a vehicle from RAY BRANDT however the service department is less than desirable. I brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a recall and unfortunately I asked for an oil change. My vehicle is like new with only 28,000 miles on it. I got the vehicle back with a hole in the water container for the windshield washers. RAY BRANDT refuses to except responsibility for the damage nor will they replace it. I have purchased several vehicles from Ray Brandt with no issues but I have never had a good experience in the service department. I will never use their service department again and I highly recommend avoiding them. To add insult to injury, a few days later I received a call from a customer satisfaction representative who asked me why I didn’t give them a good survey. I explained to her what happened she said she would speak to her boss and call me back and I’ve never heard from her again. How’s that for customer satisfaction?10/22/20Thank you for your response. Chuck did call me and offered to replace the container at cost and at first I did accept, however, on second thought I called back and rejected his offer because I don’t believe I should have to pay to replace the container.
Robert, my salesman, was very nice and knowledgeable about the cars that were available. We went in with a budget and he met out needs. Thanks Robert.
Salesman never called with status of vehicle we wanted. Thats just bad business.
Very professional group. Chuck Skaggs cleared up any questions.
Excellent bought 2 vehicles from the dealership sales and service are excellent.
Brandon Got me the best deal and helped me out of my lease will be doing business with him in the future.
Quick, professional and caring...GREAT experience! Mr. Mo was the BEST!!!!
This is my 8th car and none have ever been in my name because I cant stand going to the dealership and going back and forth with a price. This is the 1st vehicle in my name.Barry Spahr made it very easy and painless as possible for me and NO headache! I told him what I wanted and thats what I got. I am thrilled with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler! Thank you Barry!
Recently purchased a used Jeep Cherokee Limited, purchased extended warranty and needed to bring vehicle in as Navigation system was not working showing map as in a different area. Ray Brandt kept the vehicle for 2 weeks and told me us it was fixed and ready to go that the GPS was updated and now working. Leave Ray Brandt with vehicle and it is still not working, map shows that I am 2 hours from where I am. So very frustrated and disappointed only owned the vehicle since May 18th and have had so much disappointment. Why would you tell a customer it is working if it is not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vernon, A+ service and willing to go the extra mile to make things right! Thank you!
Great experience. Professional friendly simple .my wife and l love our jeep.thank you Ray Brandt.
It was my first time buying a car there. Nickolas was a great salesman. Thank you.
Best sales staff on this side of heaven.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! Be very careful when you bring your car here for service/ repair. Came in with my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a check engine light on.. I was quoted $800 ( plus 145 just for them to check it) soo almost $1’000 to replace a purge hose that takes less than 10 min to change and The purge Hose costs $24.93 ordering straight from Mopar.... that is just ridiculous!!!
Worst service ever. This dealership does not have respect for costumers ever. I order a rack kit and a splash guard 3 months ago and never got it. They are the worst ever, make the costumers as a clown, so disrespectful.
The most valuable asset to any business is their customer service. The whole experience throughout was as good as you could expect it. However, we hit some choppy waters nearly a month after the purchase.Issues such as no spare tire, missing antenna, and communication lapses were among a few things that needed to be addressed. The short version, Ray Brandt Jeep turned a bad customer experience around and delivered on their promise.P.S. Look for a spare tire when purchasing a new car.
Horrible ethicsIf you are looking for a honest and ethical dealership, Ray Brandt in Harvey is not one. Before you even go to their lot, do your homework. Be happy to tell you about our experience and all the half truths they will tell you. If you need help after the sale, you are screwed.
Service Technicians curtious, knowledgeable and honest.
I decided to sell my favorite car of all time and while I was at Ray Brandt getting the airbag recall taken care of I spoke with Martin. He explained that he would have the Used Car Sales Manager look over my Jeep and contact me. I enjoyed working with Neal to come to a mutual price for my Jeep. He provided excellent service and I am very pleased with the transaction. I would highly recommend Neal. On a separate note I would like to mention that the cashier in service is a delight to speak with, organized and very knowledgable.
Great experience here! Picked out the jeep i wanted and the whole experience was seamless and without difficulty. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a car.
Very Satisfied with service and the work performed on my van.
Wes was awesome! Easy going and incredibly nice guy while explaining my cars battery issues.
My only experience is at the Service Dept., so the rest of the dealership may be a more pleasant experience than I had, but... Yuck. The customer waiting area is decorated more like the waiting room at a free clinic. Broken TV, no coffee, its about as welcoming as the DMV. And nevermind the fact that it took ~6 hours (no exaggeration) to mount 4 news tires and a routine oil change... Yeah, I wont be making the same mistake twice.
Was not satisfied with the service my truck is still doing the same thing brought it back a second time they were supposed to put it back on the machine and they told me everything was fine with my truck!!
Charger for my phone was stolen. Vehicle front bumper was destroyed while being transported to dealer. Dealer did not wash the car. Dealer also returned the car with a different maintenance light that was given to them. I gave the car to the dealer with a maintenance light for the thermostat and received the car back with a tire pressure light FROM THE DEALERSHIP!!!. Definitely wasn’t satisfied at all
Went there to get a recalled headrest replaced. None in stock so they said theyd call when it came in. Only been a week so far so Im guessing well get the call any day now.
Service was AMAZING!! I highly recommend Daniel to everyone...truly a 5 star guy and only reason Im giving a 3 star instead of a 1. Truck I bought backseat was full of water after a couple of days. Had to take to another dealership and pay to have leak fixed..and all mold interior cleaned. Not sure how service dept missed that much water..but once again Daniel was amazing.
I called a month ago for a recall on my vehicle, they said they would have to order the parts and gave me an appointment for yesterday at 7 o’clock. I arrived at 6:40 and my vehicle was first. They said it would take a while and I told him I would wait. They tried to tell me it would be a long time but I told him I would wait anyway. Thank goodness I didn’t bother somebody to come pick me up and go all the way home because 20 minutes later the service manager came in and told me they couldn’t do the work because they don’t have the PACIFIC parts for this PACIFIC vehicle and they would have to order them. Ordering the parts is why I had to wait a whole month. Why did they not order the parts? what were they doing? I guess if this was something I would have to pay for I wouldn’t have to wait. Got the call to come back for the recall work. Arrived at 6:30 on the appointed morning, young man taking the information was very courteous and thorough, I was told i could wait in the waiting room And there would be coffee and donuts. I noticed the place is very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The man bringing the donuts was very friendly and told us where everything was and asked me if I needed a ride home. The people in the front was very courteous and made sure we knew how to use the coffee machine. The work only took an hour and a half and I signed my paperwork And I was on my way home. This visit was much nicer than the one before.
SPENT $2,046 TO GET IT BACK IN WORST CONDITION THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER LETS NOT FORGET THE MANAGER IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAD THE WORST ARROGANT ATTITUDE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL REPORT TO CORPORATE THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR!!!!
Very nice people and great workmanship.
Thank you for great service Moe and Ray Brandt Service Dept. Daughter and Jeep were at LSU and Moe was able to make arrangements to repair Jeep in one Saturday visit. Be safe all!!
The problem was fixed by changing all the parts that the factory recommended and not just changing the part that was bad. That cost me a lot more money that it should. Also this dealership has no Veterans Discount for its service customers. Not happy with this.
The customer service provided by West was outstanding. His attention to detail and professionalism were stellar. I would definitely return to Ray Brandt due to such excellent service.
Fast and friendly service.
Wonderful experience throughout. Quick and painless unlike any other car buying experience I’ve had. Both Avery and Ryan welcomed me in and treated me like family. I let Ryan know exactly what I was looking for and he delivered pronto. I love my Jeep Cherokee and cant wait to take road trips to the beach. I’m recommending everyone I know to them. Great cars, great prices, great people.
I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie fully loaded and paid for in full. They service certified it and it looked perfect like a brand new one. It had 89000 miles on it. They gave me a service warranty for 3 yrs or 36000 miles and put on running boards on the sides. Jerod was my salesman and he was extremely helpful and worked several options to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. Very pleased with my truck and all the people that helped me to get it. I would recommend this dealership for everything thats Dodge.
I highly recommend Ray Brandt! They really do make it easy!A few things that made it easy- The website- A large selection of vehicles- Competitive prices- Comfortable atmosphere- Their top-notch service! My salesman Chris J. & Ike in financing set the bar on service! They were professional, accommodating, transparent, patient & friendly. The best car buying experience I have ever had & I could not be happier with my Charger & Big Horn.
Bought my vehicle though Ray Brandt, a new 2020 Ram Rebel. The purchasing sticker stated that it had a 26-gallon tank. After driving it and filling it up only to 21 gallons, I knew something was wrong. I called them to ask if I could bring it in for them to look at and they stated there was nothing wrong at all.I then proceeded to go to a different Chrysler dealership, I pulled the vin on my truck and it stated that was only a 23-gallon tank, even though it was advertised on the sticker that it was 26 (still have the sicker with my V/N on it). I attempted to call Ray Brandt again but got the run around. Eventually I got a hold a manager, Donald Clay. This man should not be anywhere near the customer service part of any job. He yelled and mocked me for complaining about them selling me a vehicle with fraudulent information. He then stated, “sue us, you won’t get anything out of it, Chrysler is a bigger company than you can afford.” and then hung up on me. I would steer far away from this dealership if possible!
Very impressed with Ray Brandt Dodge. Our conversation started with emails and texts. Kevin answered us promptly and was extremely helpful. We scheduled an appointment with Kevin and he met with us and gave us an informative tour. We agreed on a price and there were no hidden surprises once we met with accounting. We highly recommend Ray Brandt.
Was a little worried based off of other reviews, but took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler for warranty work because it would sporadically not start. Engine would just turn over. Took it in. Took a few days to look at it, but they were able to make the repair successfully with only one visit. Ashley was my service advisor and she was very helpful and professional.
The service was excellent that was provided to me!!
The best customer service and its a year after the purchase. These folks are awesome!
I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and to have my engine checked because the check engine light was on. I paid over $100.00 for the engine to be checked. (I wish I would have known beforehand that places like Autozone will check the engine for FREE.) I was told the vehicle needed a part replaced and I paid to have the work done. Over the course of the next two weeks the check engine light came back on. I brought my vehicle in a second time and was told the part that had been replaced the first time needed to be readjusted. A few days later the light was back on. I brought the vehicle in to be checked a third time and this time I was told I needed several items replaced and was quoted an astronomical price. I was suspicious because I did not understand how these newly found issues weren’t detected two weeks prior when I first had the engine checked. I took my vehicle to two different shops afterwards to have the engine checked. The other shops didn’t detect the engine issues. One mechanic told me he thought someone had done something to the vehicle to make the engine light stay on. It’s my belief that the service department lied. It now makes me question all of the other maintenance I received in the past. I’ve read about people, especially women, being taken advantage of by mechanics. I’m glad that I decided to get a second and a third opinion before I agreed to pay thousands of dollars for repairs my vehicle didn’t actually need.
They take care of their customers! I have purchased two autos from this dealership and at no time was I pressured or felt uncomfortable. The buying experience was great and the sales people treat you as the most important person in their world. From the loner car program to the great custom coffee machine in the lobby and doughnuts for the customers waiting in service, this is how many dealerships should operate. Great Job guys!
I was absolutely blown away with how wonderful the Ray Brandt Service Department treated me and my vehicle. Ashley, Brie and Gavin were a delight and they helped me to get my car in and out much quicker than expected. They were polite and helpful and their service team did a fantastic job with the fix. Ive found my go to place for service and our next vehicle when the time comes. All the stars!
Two stars, only because they were able to get the vehicle I wanted and the Finance Manager was excellent. Other than that, it would be none. Went to the dealership last week with every intention on a GOOD car buying/leasing experience, but I guess my expectations were too high. My salesperson, Freddie, was quite disrespectful. As we started to negotiate, he told me we couldn’t negotiate a lease MSRP. Lie. I asked very important questions and he was very annoyed that I had the knowledge of the process or was asking questions in general. We negotiated. The price still wasn’t right, so, as anyone has the right to do, I told him the deal wouldn’t work for me. So, in one final attempt, I told him my price, he said “if i get the price, you can buy now”... he wrote on the estimate document “i will buy now” and made a signature line and told me to sign... EXCUSE ME SIR, NO. So, I leave. Make it out of the door and into the car. He comes with his sales manager Donald. Donald says he’ll do what he needs to do to make it work. Donald and I talk, get to a price, and I still don’t commit, which evidently is a crime here and attitudes go bad. Freddie has disappeared. I leave. I call back the next day and talk to Donald with a few more questions. He was pleasant, but still had an attitude. We email and I confirm the price and move forward. The Finance Manager was superb! End of the deal, I’ve signed and Freddie shows up to shake hands. Finally, he kept telling me the vehicle would be there the next day (was coming from Texas), selling a false dream. It finally came 3 days later. I only knew b/c I called to check status. Terrible communication.
Great service and prices. They will not do unneeded repairs or charge unnecessary prices. I really appreciate their honesty & expertise
Second visit: 2 weeks in shop. Original service adviser quit or was fired and no contact until I contacted them... $370 total for diagnosis and install of a $25 relay. I could live with all that EXCEPT the problem is not even fixed. I was told to bring it back. Why would I want to do that?? 0 star experience.First visit: They fixed what they said they were going to fix for the price they said, and faster than the promised time. No complaints. 5 star experience.
I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end at this dealership. Nick Gasser was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was trying to decide between 3 cars and he took the time to go over each of them with me. The best part was that I didnt feel pressured. I highly recommend him and this dealership!
I dont typically write negative reviews of places. When I have a bad experience, I usually just take it as a lesson learned and move on, but this time, not a chance! My husband dropped off his diesel truck with a coupon for an oil change. Mo said that the coupon didnt apply because it was a diesel truck. He quoted my husband a price of around $108 for the oil change for his diesel. When my husband went to pick up his truck, the price came to $444.56. When my husband asked why so much, the same man he spoke with when he dropped off the truck said its because its a diesel, which he knew when we first dropped the truck off. Apparently, they couldnt call my husband before proceeding with the work to let him know that it would be a great deal more than the original price quoted. Please, think twice before taking your car to Ray Brandt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat for service! Horrible and very unprofessional! Its not the way to do business!
Well on Saturday I went in to see if I can get an new car upon arrival I got an new car . I was very satisfied with my new car then something went wrong with the new car after being there for 7 hours I got another car. I just want to say it’s would take me to long to write on what went wrong but the Salemans did all he can I am not blaming him but it’s the sales of the car itself an the way everything turn out. I will not buy nothing again from them I will keep what I have an hope I can get something better an have better service too. Again the people was very happy to see that I got what I want but it’s the service of the car management Factor They need to improve on they service. Every body did awesome at the sale an service it’s the manage factor service
Totally disappointed. I pulled up to the service drive thru, of course the rep had to finish his personal conversation before he walked up to the truck. I told him that my wife and I viewed a nail in my tire but couldnt remember which tire it was. He then started touching my steering wheel to get to the tire pressure screen..he said u sure, ur not losing pressure any where i said yes im sure, i just cant remember which tire it was. He proceeded to have me inch up so he can visually see the nail for himself, after 2 minutes of driving slowly so he can see the nail, he comes around with a pebble in his hand and ask me u sure it wasnt a rock in the thread, I would mistake this for a nail I drove off frustrated. He simply refused to service my vehicle, put it in the air to inspect the tires. I got home walked around the truck and found the nail in the tire. Now, I have to get my wife to follow me AGAIN so I can drop the truck off.
I had great service and very friendly and courteousy sales people helping with great positive attitude loved every minute off my experience would reccomend to anyone. Robert Turner, Christine, and Eric and sales manager. Had very bright and positive energy!!!!
Brandon Stoufflet was great ! We looked at 4 totally different types of cars. He gave an explanation of each car when we test drove them. He didnt try to pressure us into anything. The Finance manager was great also. He didnt try to pressure us into anything. He explained everything and we said yes or no and he quickly completed the paperwork. Overall, our experience was great and we left with a new car and felt good about our experience.
I called the day before because I live over 3 hours away. The salesperson said that she would set up a VIP appointment and send the vehicle to be detailed. When I arrived the salesperson was not there. Evidently she was off that day. The salesperson that helped me couldnt find the vehicle. Come to find out the day before instead of getting detailed the vehicle was sent to a different car lot owned by the same dealer. Once the vehicle was located we had to drive to the other dealership to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, since I wanted to purchase the vehicle we then had to drive it back to the original lot. From that point on there was A LOT of waiting around. Once we got to the paperwork anytime I had a question the salesperson helping me had to go ask someone else. This took a lot of time with him going back and forth until I just asked to speak with the finance manager. During this entire process we werent asked ff we wanted a bottle of water or anything. I ended up getting the vehicle that I drove over 3 hours for but it was not a pleasant experience by any means .
Our car salesman, Doug Anderson, is nothing short of AMAZING!!! He took his time to increase our knowledge of the vehicle, let us test drive the vehicle, and gave us some great comparisons to the other vehicles that we were looking to purchase. His knowledge in this field is exemplary. I will most definitely call Doug for all my car buying needs. Ray Brandt, thank you guys for working hard to help him make my deal as smooth as possible. I LOVE MY JEEP!!!
Salesman Robert Turner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I had a great experience looking at and test driving vehicles, and he always had knowledgeable answers to all of my questions. I want to note also that Robert went out of his way in helping me jump start and change a tire on my trade-in vehicle on a Saturday night for about an hour and a half. I am truly appreciative of his extra help.Over all, I was very happy with my car buying experience.
Warranty issue, vehicle bought secondhand at another dealership. New jeep, still under basic warranty, ~8000 miles and 2017 model.Had an issue with my battery, called the service center, was told bring it in at earliest convenience. On arrival helped right away, full battery diagnostic, not the battery. Something worse. Service tech got me earliest appointment in 2 days, explained everything to me, and was overall really accommodating. Also good fresh coffee. When I trade up again, Im going to use this dealership just based on their service center.
Easy to deal with -- zero pressure and fair price.
They don’t call back for follow ups. Broken promises
Chuck and Lee was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was on point. Took it in quick, proper diagnoses, and delivered when they promised.
Great customer service, very nice. My overall experience was AMAZING! Came In with no money to put down and a car that doesn’t run anymore and I left with a Nice used car! The Finance manager and staff were really helpful and made my experience one to remember. My first big purchase for myself. Thanks guys!!
The only thing good about the dealership was my sales person. He was friendly and polite. After the deal is made is when things go south quickly. After you sign on the dotted line you are nothing to them. They will not call you back for anything. The secretary leaves you on hold and hardly ever puts you to where you need to go. If by chance you make it to the department you need, it never fails they have to call you back. Hold your breath on that!! You will never get a call back!! In my deal Im supposed to get 2 years of oil changes. Its in my paperwork. I have yet to get them to honor it. I had to go to another dealership which I was told was going to honor it and had to pay for my free oil change. I call Ray Brandt to ask whats going on?? No one there knows the answer and has to call me back. As stated before, no one will call you back. This dealership is a joke. I totally regret buying my Jeep from them. Will not make the mistake twice. Im only giving this place one star because I have to. They deserve none.Just a follow up on this issue. I was able to make some headway on the issues I was having. I want to thank my Salesman Chris Johnson for reaching out to me and trying to help correct the issues at hand. The problems I had was not with the sales department here. Hopefully things will go smoothly from now on.PS. I have changed my review rating that I previously posted. Thanks again Chris!!!
The service was great !They were there too answer my questions for all my buying needs.
The wife and I came into the dealership to purchase a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee on December 26, 2017. I came onto the lot armed, with a printed out copy of the specific vehicle and stock number of the vehicle. We were met by a young and probably still inexperienced salesman, but he did a fine job of locating the vehicle, and provided us with the test drive. We were satisfied with the test drive and were ready to make the purchase. A closer (floor manager) was brought into the room to write up the deal. I told the closer that I would pay the internet advertised price, plus the cost of any rebates that I may not have qualified for. The closer writes it up as such, and then has to gall to include a $898 dealer preparation charge disguised a needed environmental preparation charge onto the invoice.I advised this gentleman that this an old and antiquated dealer preparation charge profit grab, that was not mentioned on the dealerships web price, and we were not going to pay it. My wife added that we had Ray Brandts price beat easily on the north shore. The closer then, in a smart rude tone, advised what are you doing here, you need to be over there then. We told the closer you were absolutely correct, and the wife and I left the dealership after wasting two hours of our time.By the way, we did purchase our new 2018 Jeep Cherokee later that evening at another dealership near Baton Rouge. That Cherokee had nearly $2000 more in equipment, and we purchased for $600 less than what Ray Brandts price.
Great service. Service department squeezed in an appointment for me because I am not local. Repaired my car quickly. Service staff is friendly and helpful. Always a great experience when I take my car in.
I would like to thank Torino for excellent Customer service when I purchased my vehicle. Thank you Gavin for your inviting attitude when I come to get my service. A team like that makes coming in to the dealership a great break in your day. I appreciate that.
Wow. Candace should get a promotion. She has outstanding communication and people skills. When I then came in, she was right there with a hug. Then Robert showed me all the car features, explained options and was personable and friendly. The finance process was fast and easy. I love my new Fiat and highly recommend Ray Brandt.
I had an excellent experience with your service department. A young man by the name of Mo was very professional, knowledgeable in getting my automobile repaired in a timely manner. He kept me posted on what was involved in the repairs and notified me upon completion. I would highly recommend Mo at Ray Brandt to anyone who needs competent, expedient, service. Mo was courteous, friendly and totally involved in customer satisfaction. Thank You, Mo.
I was planning a trip within 2 days when a dashboard light came on. The service department took my vehicle in on the same day I called. They fixed the problem and I was able to take my trip as planned.
Ms.Davis helped my find another car. It was a smooth transaction. I was able to pick the Jeep I wanted and the process was seamless.
My husband and I tried to shop local (Bill Hood). We had bought several cars from them. They wouldnt even deal with us. MATT DUPRE answered my email right away an assures us that he could get us the deal we wanted. So we drove to Harvey and wound up not just buying one car but two. Best experience weve ever had!!
