The worst experience in my home building. I was promised a 4-6 week delivery window, as the project is time sensitive and I know there are supply chain issues. I followed up in week 3 and was told we were on track. Wrote for updates through week 6 and week 7 and they couldnt even give me ballpark timing. Then they told me I was third in line and they didnt know when theyd get the product to ship my order. In week 7 they finally told me three more weeks to ship. I had to send many emails which were not responded to and call to talk with over four managers. I get it if your manufacturer drops the ball, but then COMMUNICATE with your client. Now they are unresponsive as I try to get my 7K deposit back and scramble to get another floor. A lot of headache and expense on my end that could have been avoided with basic communication.

My husband and I visited your store last Friday11/13/20 in search of a piece of salvaged wood for a project. We were greeted by the nicest gentleman, Will and his counterpart Trevor. They tirelessly helped us search through the massive warehouse for the perfect piece of wood. Their genuine kindness and spirit afforded us a fabulous piece of wood for our project. These two gentlemen made us feel like at home. In today’s retail atmosphere it was a pleasant surprise to feel like we weren’t “ bothering them”. They deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service. We hope to shop with your company again soon.

They always fit my deliveries even they are super busy they will try to help me out. Helped me find the type of floor I was looking for. Did have to follow up on the shipping date a few times, but all was delivered on time. There were a few cracked and warped boards, but not to many.

I had a positive experience over all. My sales person was helpful and fast with sending samples which were very true to the product I received (6” heart pine and 6” southern yellow pine flooring). The pricing was fair although shipping charges were 20-25% higher than anywhere else Including areas much further away. Shipping took much longer than promised and when my flooring did arrive, it was on a pallet that was ripped in half. One end of all the bundles was dragging on the ground, also a couple bundles were ripped open with almost 30 sq ft of damaged boards. I needed to move forward because I was on a tight timeline to finish my renovation. In Stonewood’s defense, I didn’t try to make this an issue because my time buffer was gone due to delayed shipping. Floors came out great.
