This is our second set of counters from Granite World (we used them to upgrade the kitchen in a rental house less than a year ago) and we will keep coming back to them. Most highly recommended.

The quality granite for the price was amazing. Very professional from start to finish. Their fabricator and installers which I believe are one in the same second to none, and this is the 3rd granite company I have used for projects. There were a few hiccups but the ship was righted and the job got done. Not only am I going to use them again for future work here on the cape I would recommend granite world to anyone and everyone. Fantastic experience start to finish. Mimi was polite, accurate, friendly, confident and walked me through the process within 20 minutes. I have built many homes and condominiums and was floored at this efficient experience. They held the date for install and the two gentlemen were excellent and very clean. I received texts in advance of the templating as well as the arrival of the install. We are extremely happy with our granite counter tops. The service we received was excellent. All calls were answered by Jack, the owner. We received call backs immediately or when stated by Larissa. The measurement was exact. A template was made, which was then placed on the granite, to its best advantage. The two installers were careful and completed the work succesfully. They were respectful of the area, and left the area and floors cleaned. I would recommend them to anyone. The cost was the best we found of 5 businesses.

The staff here are the most wonderful, friendly and helpful Ive encountered in any business in a very long time. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our choice and to cut and install our new countertop within one day. To make that happen and to accommodate our schedule, they worked until 7:00pm on a Friday night. I call that tremendous customer service! Agatha, Larissa, Lucas and Max were all wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Granite World to anyone installing countertops.

We worked with Granite World to get granite countertops for our kitchen and were thrilled with their work. They had a great selection of stones on their lot. They measured our kitchen and brought all the pieces cut perfectly. The installation took about 1/2 day and was flawless, you basically cant see any seams at all. My husband is a builder and had nothing but good things to say about them. Very reasonably priced and wonderful people to work with.

Called several times, kept putting us off. Ill call you back in an hour. Saw other reviews online of people complaining it took several phone calls to get the job completed correctly. Seemed like a nice guy, but lost our trust and we called someone else.
