Overall a good store with a great selection of products. They have a meat counter with a decent selection of cuts if meat and marinated steak tips and chicken. They also have a pharmacy thats open during the day.

The deli sucks so bad in this store. The deli manger doesnt know how to order for a holiday weekend to come into a regular week. Should just fire them.

Mostly adequate stock of slim jims. You could get maybe 73 slim jims at this Stop and Shop which is good in my experience.

Had problems at self checkout, had to be helped multiple times because the machine didnt work. Nightmare, just go to a local market.

Wide selection and good sales. Quality fresh produce. Love the ease of self check out! Prices are okay for Cape Cod but if you shop the sales right you can save a lot of moolah! Always clean and most of the employees are helpful and polite. Customer service a pleasure to deal with! And if something rang up wrong they not only give you the difference but they give you the entire cost of the item back! I shop there weekly and love the Gas points! They add up quick and there are always bonus points to be made with the purchase of certain items.

Nice store. Big thing is self check of items while shopping, either with a bar code gun or an app for your phone. Simply scan and bag while shopping, pay thru self check and you are on your way

I come to Stop & Shop seasonally and was impressed by cleanliness, social distancing precautions, and greeter at the door. Most importantly, the stores commitment to employment opportunities for our special needs community is impressive. I will always support businesses like this.

Clean, organized, and well stocked! Cashiers overall are very friendly here, but there have been a few not as helpful experiences. Most importantly right now, was very COVID friendly.

Pretty good for what it is but i saw a person walking around not wearing a mask. also had an experience with an extremely unhelpful employee. i asked where the sesame oil was, to which he replied with a “i don’t give a sh*t” shrug followed by an incoherent mumbling. i get the day is long but come on @stopandshopchatham!!!! step it up!!!

Decent little joint

This is a if store and they had a lot of spices and items for cooking foreign dishes. The social distancing in there was set up. They had great fruit and corn.

I like the selections at STOP & SHOP.

My favorite supermarket! It very clean, produce is great and always full. The organic section could be bigger in produce, but it’s pretty good. Fantastic deli. Wonderful employees. Very polite and helpful. I love their selection of natural foods and gluten free foods. It’s over priced, but that’s due to the location. It’s a wonderful Stop& Shop.

This has been our go to grocery store for 22 years. However, during our our visit today, the cashier, while covering her mouth with a mask, left her nose uncovered as she and the packer chatted and processed our order. This uncovered-nose masking is inconsistent with good hygiene and the compliant behaviour of other store personnel and customers.Very disappointing.

Super selection, great prices and excellent social distancing. Safe to shop there.

I like this one. Its been fairly well maintained. Recently renovated. Better selection than Shaws, but each has certain items the other doesnt.

Each time I go into this Stop & Shop the customer service is the absolute worst. Im a mom shopping for a family of 4 and this is located fairly close to where we live so its very convenient and we would shop there very frequently seeing the same employees there quite often. However, on a couple of different occasions Ive received terrible customer service while shopping with my kids. On one occasion while using self checkout with my kids and my own reusable bags, the older lady who works as support for self checkout after having a personal conversation with one of the other customers, walked around to my checkout, put her glasses to her nose and stared into my cart for a couple of minutes and I asked what was wrong and she asked if I had paid for the bags I was using along with what was in the bags. I was shocked, she has seen me shop there several times before with my kids. I felt extremely disrespected, profiled and degraded. This caused me to not want to go there again for some time, however, during some occasions I would still go there due the convenience from my home. This last time, and this WILL be my LAST TIME, I joined the line for cashier checkout and the young girl at the end of the belt had such an enormous attitude and was very rude to me and my kids. My 2 young children (16 months and 4 years old) have so much more manners and etiquette than this girl they hired in the customer service field, they told her hi several times and she just looked at them as if though she couldnt be bothered and with so much attitude I felt extremely uncomfortable, as we were leaving, they told her bye and again she says absolutely nothing and ignores me as I thanked her for placing our groceries in our bags.As someone who has worked in the customer service field for 14 years, I find this extremely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Ive worked for different employers and have had many different colleagues and I dont understand how your store consistently has bad customer service with employees who give off a judgmental demeanor along with and attitude as if they cant be bothered. The checkout experience seals the deal if your customer should want to return, it should always be pleasant and courteous, even if the employee hates his/her job, their job is to smile and be polite. I am so disappointed and will not be returning to your location.

Why are the cashiers not wearing masks?Also, every person entering the store should be wearing a mask. People should be made to follow the one way arrows, especially if there is no rule about mandatory face masks. I was shopping this morning at 6:00. An older man without a mask not following the one way arrows, walked very close to me and to others! Unacceptable behavior during this time of crisis!! Please rectify this situation with a more watchful eye and a mandatory face mask policy!

Needs more variety

Customer service is terrible, all of the managers have no idea on how to properly treat customers, I was in self checkout and I had an issue and this old lady started treating me rudely like I had messed up he daily routine of doing nothing. Prices are too high these people are cheap skates. All in all go to market basket way better food and better prices you can getting twice the stuff you get here for the same price

A well run stop-n-shop, clean organized and helpful people

Large supermarket with mid-range prices. The same or similar items can be found in multiple places for different prices. Their ad fliers contain coupons with significant saving. Personnel is helpful and well trained. This store has self-service, when a customer can grab a scanner and scan items in their cart to do their own checkout.

On vacation. They had what we needed and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This store has everything you are used to finding in your hometown store and maybe more. There is a huge deli section. And a large selection of items ready for grilling. The store is immaculately clean and well-staffed. Your coupons (paper and digital) will work here. For best bargains, check the flyer to see what is on sale. You might find the prices a little higher, but this is the Cape! Summer help from around the world imparts an international flavor to your shopping experience.

I shop here often. The store is always clean and I can almost always find what I am looking for. They have a good health food section and the produce section is really great. They also have a Starbucks inside. Staff has been very friendly to me. Overall I would definitely recommend this grocery store!

Great store. Not all Stop & Shops are created equal. This one is huge so has shelf space for many more choices. Plus S&S all have the hand-held scanners that make trips a lot faster which is important during the summer Cape Cod crush.

Great location, great selection of brands in all price ranges. We love the produce and the quality meats. The pharmacy is small and not well organized. There is a lot of floor staff to answer questions. This is my Go2 grocery store on Cape Cod!

Good evening. I find it very disconcerting that the store is NOT posting a courtesy request for shoppers to wear a mask. You cannot say it is safe to have some wear them and some do not. What are people in the headquarters thinking??? I have seen stores in other locations that are posting a courtesy request and on behalf of your employees and shoppers we would hope you would do the same.. This would also apply to managers who are walking around without masks.

Nice store, very clean and well stocked.

Its in Harwich, Massachusetts a couple of miles from Skatet Beach. The store has freshly made food from roasted chickens to deli sandwiches and cold cuts. Grab something and head to the beach, yes you can even hit the beach in October.

Very clean, orderly the help was available throughout the store if needed also very courteous. A very nice visit look forward to going to this place when I have to. Glad that this place is here when needed

Best large supermarket in Chatham area. Always well staffed and well stocked in summer months. Surprising amount of natural and healthy dairy, jarred and frozen products in two aisles. The selection of organic produce has improved over the years.

The power was out but they have a generator. The first time I shopped in the partial dark. Very well run.

Convenient short drive from my home. Self service registers allow you to checkout full size orders. Excellent selection of organic and natural foods in all departments. Well stocked and clean.

Meat manager said a product was not on sale. (Betterball ground Turkey). The product was not available and he said the item was not onsal and wasnt on the flier. I went and got the flier and found it at the top of the page at $6.00 per package. We were handled not helped. The rest of the store was nice.

A good store. Some restocking issues. Prices definitely higher than off Cape.Frequently long checkout lines; as i believe they want you to use automatic checkout machines.

Actually they were very nice and didnt give me a hard time when I returned the dill weed. Chicken breasts were fairly priced as well as the Arizona iced tea. A decent experience.

These people have no idea how to run a grocery store, or even how to treat their fellow human beings. I do quite fancy that one lady at Starbucks though, if she wants to harass some teenagers Id have no moral objection to joining her in ruining those scum.

What can I say ? Another opportunist company bilking consumers on Cape Cod of every last nickel by raising their prices twice a year (when tourists arrive and then when they go) so they can keep up their bottom line, all made up of sweat and tears of year round residents trying desperately to hold onto the last things they have, their homes and their pride. Other than that, they do have good produce.

Clean store, well stocked and prices were not much different then elsewhere. My only complaint is staff. Cashier did not want to be there and was just rude. Not a great way to start off a vacation but we did not let us get down because of her attitude.

I wish I could give more stars because most of the people who work there are helpful and work hard. Stop and Shop prices are so high, and we are held hostage being isolated on the lower cape. One thing they could fix is the milk refrigerator. The smell is terrible! That fridge should be completely cleaned and disinfected at least once per week. Also, Im disappointed S&S charges for the reusable plastic bags. OSJL doesnt charge for their heavy duty ones.

I meet the manager Mike when I asked for someone in management and he introduced himself and was very receptive to listen to my comments. I said that I like his clean Stop & Shop store and felt some prices where a bit higher that what I usually pay. He asked for specifics and I talked about the ice cream before was higher but now is more reasonable and he explained what happened to lower the prices, dont want to bore you with the details, but felt he was very open and honest with his explantation.Do to the fact Mike was so available and down to earth i believe his management styles leads the store with positive attitudes; like the woman in the quick meal to go department ( rotisserie & fried chicken). I will continue to shop Stop & Shop because of the friendly respectful staff at Mikes Shop & Shop in Harwich. By the way, a Star Bucks is within Mikes store which he manages too.

Great selection, centrally located, open long hours. But since this is the only real grocery store around, it is crowded and way over priced. The same box of cereal they charge $3.49 for elsewhere, they charge $5.19 for. . Are they shipping it in by boat? No, they no you have no other choice and they are taking advantage of that.To their credit, on Saturday afternoons, a very busy time on the Cape in the summer, with new renters arriving, they have lots of people working. Check out lines are not bad at all.But due to their price gouging, I can only give them 3 stars.

Good small stop and shop

Stop & Shop in Harwich is a typical super market. Its cleaner and better organized than most other Stop & Shops. It seems to be better staffed with more helpful employees than other stores. Although the store is usually busy, there is ample parking.

Aisle arrows have been replaced, but many customers pay no attention to them.They are no longer counting people inside the store, but neither are any other S&S stores.This store isnt as well stocked as the one in Orleans.

My experience overall is ok except for the pharmacy: it seems to be staffed with people who dont look or act like they want to be there. I take several prescription meds as does my dog. My experience yesterday tells the story about the dept: I walked up to the counter, said that my dog is on a prescription for (an expensive one!) and before I could say any more, the pharmacist at his station interrupted and said I never heard of and stared at me. That was it, no offer to look it up, no question back. I said I would go somewhere else and walked away: I assumed I could get it elsewhere and I was right.

Best grocery store in the area. Overall amazing prices, clean look, great employees. Highly recommend as your go to grocery store

Not only could I not find ANY of the products I was looking for, but I couldnt even find an employee who would help me. The employees here dont seem to know how to do anything but sit at the register and look at their phones all day. Seriously unimpressed. Dont waste your time or money here.

Its a grocery store. Most isles you can pass someone without much issue. I dont think ive ever been here when its not busy. It is worth getting the app for some more discounts.

We love shopping at Stop and Shop. Locations vary greatly with the cleanliness of the store and freshness of products. I dont like that they allow solicitation at the entrances.
