After dozens of visits over the years for the smallest of items, I can say I’ve never been disappointed. It feels like there is always a friendly face waiting to greet you and point you In the right direction. The advice is priceless!!!

My favorite ACE Hardware of all times. Have everything and the friendly staff has been helpful on any project I’ve had. Form explanations on Shark Bite fittings to installing a kitchen faucet. Awesome selection and I’m convinced they are priced as good if not better than big box stores.

My go-to hardware store. The staff can not be beat.They are super friendly and helpful (if you want it) they also leave you alone to stare at paint colors till your satisfied, which I appreciate. They have everything I need for projects.

I went here today to buy some paint. Im disabled so I called from the parking lot. A kind and friendly employee came out, took the can I had to match it, and my debit card. Then he brought out the new paint, my receipt and my debit card. 5 Stars for sure!

A review for this store is way, way overdue. For that Im sorry. I cant say enough great things about the staff here. Theyre always willing to lend a helping hand and make sure you have what you need. Everyone asks if there is anything that can help you with. They are very hospitable, knowledgeable, and kind. And often, theyll go the oven beyond for the community.I am a local ER nurse and last March we had run out of n95 masks for Covid at the hospital. It was a very scary time. Masks were sold out in every store and online. The staff knew that I had been looking for protection so one of them put the mask aside for me for the next time I came in and gave me a p100 respirator, thanked me for my service, and said it was on the house per the owner. That really touched my heart. It gave me hope that as a community, we can stick together and care for one another during difficult times. And that were not alone.Ill never forget that moment because it may have saved my life. A memorable experience at a hardware store ... Which says more than words could convey, as hardware stores feel more foreign to me than almost anything. Generally I dont make things for people to use, or fix things that break from being used. So being walked thru (quite literally) a concept that was brand new to me was met with genuine interest and considerate thought. So being provided with return ideas, suggestions, and instructions was such a relief! All of this was done with a genuine desire to please, sincere enthusiasm for helpfulness. I look forward to my next project and I know exactly where I will go to get any help I will need along the way. This particular hardware store is three towns over and a 20min drive from where I live - and still it is the one that will help me get the next job done!

This is the quintessential community hardware store, but with so much more. Amazingly helpful, courteous, knowledgeable staff. The store has a wealth of products, such that I cant remember the last time I needed something and couldnt find it there. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. So glad to have this business so close to home!

I went into the store on a Saturday with just the names of paints from another company and was immediately helped by the salespeople. One man spent at least 20 min. with me looking up color names and pulling matching samples. I was able to match the Kelly Moore paint with a Benjamin Moore color almost exactly, ordered the paint over the phone, went to the store and another salesperson brought it right out to my car.I will definitely go back to this store in the future. They are very customer oriented!

In addition to paint and decorating supplies this is a very well-stocked hardware store. The prices are very competitive and the number of people ready to assist you is astounding. The owner, Paul Fox, is truly dedicated to serving the community.

This is not the closest hardware store to my home, but its the one I always go to. When you walk in, there is always a friendly person who asks if you need help. And if that person doesnt have the technical experience to answer your question, they will find someone who does. And their prices are more competitive than any other hardware store Ive been to on the Cape, including Home Depot in Hyannis. (Ive compared electrical, bath, and paint supply prices to HD and it was always less expensive here.) Its a pleasure to shop here.

Lady at counter was rude. Also very crowded.

The staff at Harwich Paint and Decorating are amazing. We had inadvertently locked ourselves out of a room and couldnt release the lock.The staff responded to our problem immediately and came up with a range of options for us. Because the store was closing, we were worried that if we were not be able to fix it ourselves as they had demonstrated, we would have to wait until the next day to get in the room. Rob then ofered to follow us home and released the lock in under one minute. He refused any gratuity and was completely competent, friendly and helpful/
