Ive been ordering from FlagHouse for 23 years and they were great. Something has changed and this year the ordering process and customer service has been so challenging and ineffective that I had to cancel the order. This was after almost 2 months of faxing, calling and emailing our order. I dont plan on using them again.

Flaghouse is not what they advertise to be! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM! I own and operate a speech and occupational therapy company and ordered very expensive swing for my business to work with kids with special needs. Not only did it come in random parts, the poles to actually use the swing were, “indefinitely back ordered.” I didn’t not receive notification of this, had to track them down and after multiple calls, they refused to refund the over $250 for shipping (ridiculously trumped up charges).Nadeen is the person I spoke with every time. She kept implying that I spoke with others before her. I didn’t. I spoke with her every time. She was 0 help. She stated they are a third party sales company which, “is stated on the website”. I went and checked and it is NOT stated on their website.She refused to provide appropriate customer service, when I asked for a discount on shipping due to waiting over three months for the swing and unable to use it for my students! Instead they ran my credit card every time with insane shipping charges and the parts for the swing “sprinkled” in. I suspect this is a small run “company who buys from others and makes money with ridiculous shipping charges and her and maybe another “running” the “company”. She wanted me to email requesting shipping refunds…which probably goes to her. So why bother. They were just going to give me the run around. I know unethical business practices when I hear it.I think the only reason I even got the last part/poles is I went off on her. She actually had to walk to the warehouse (probably her garage) and ask them to ship it. (Which she implied was out of her comfort zone…really?!) I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! This company has some questionable marketing practices and it appears there is no way to get off their mailing lists. I have tried email, phone and social media. They are impossible to contact by phone and refuse to respond to the other methods. Thank goodness I do not have an order with them as their customer service leaves much to be desired. Think twice before you purchase from them.

Waiting to make sure they will reverse my charge. Cancelled an order when they said the time would be delayed. The only reason I purchased through their website at a higher cost than other businesses was because FlagHouse claimed it was in stock. No response via email or phone through multiple cancellations. They sent the item cancelled weeks after the order was initially placed. I emailed again, telling them I sent 4 emails and a voicemail cancelling this item-they told me not to email. It’s obvious they purchased off of Amazon and did free prime shipping to my address, but increased the fee $70 by adding their own false shipping charges and pretending they had the item immediately. Complete scam with zero customer service.

Terrible customer service. Never received my order, nor any communication as to why it was delayed, when it would arrive, etc. This went on for three months! Yet, they will not take me off their email list, no matter how many times I unsubscribe. Run, dont walk, away from Flaghouse.

They offer the best products, equipment, and educational programs for children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Flahouse have thousands of products and their team is supportive and extremely helpful. I strongly recommend them.

I placed an order and the sales team duplicated the order a day later and charged my account twice. Upon noticing a second charge for the same order on my account, I immediately contacted Flaghouse for them to remove the second charge. They refused. I was promised I would receive the order I placed my Monday. I received the complete order on Wednesday. I had an event and needed the games for Tuesday. they refused to take off the second charge because they had accidently shipped it after I contacted them! I was told, I would have to wait until all the items reached me and I refused the order and UPS contacted them. This prolonged the amount of time they held on to over a thousand dollars of my money!! I have refused the second order with UPS and they still have not credit my account!! Is this stealing? It certainly is using someone else money without permission!!

Placed an order with them. I was told I would get it in a week. After a month of waiting and 3 phone inquiries as to where the order was I asked to speak to a supervisor who was rude and said it was my fault I used a purchase order. Terrible customer service and would recommend not using.
