The owner Troy Isidore is very rude, no customer service skills at all, zero. I bought new wipers and didnt really use them until a few months after and realised that they were not functioning well as they were making a vibrating sound while wiping. I informed Troy and he refused to acknowledge saying I should have returned them earlier than now-but I didnt know that they were faulty. I also had a flat tire-tires I had bought at this store-after they checked the tire he showed me what was wrong (a hole). I asked him, as he is supposed to be the expert and with experience, what could have happened and he told me I was the one driving and that I should know. I was going to buy a tire to replace the flat one but they didnt have the same brand of tires that I have so I asked what could be the reason and he said he doesnt control the stock. The employees were pretty ok. I just left. Very rude. He needs to get somebody else for the front desk.

I found a screw in my tire one morning and knew I needed it fixed asap. I have a 9 month old so its not really an option to drop off the car and come back later. Tires plus got me in right away with minimal wait. Thank you guys!

Highly recommend this place. I was visiting from out of state, when I had a flat and needed all my tires replaced. I called late afternoon, and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning the next day. Prices were great, and their service is very speedy and done well! Definitely will use this shop if I ever need service when I am visiting my mom in the future. AAA+++ service. THANK YOU!

I had originally went in for a ball joint replacement because I was told this caravan I recently bought needed a ball joint pronto. They checked everything out and showed us the real problem. Balanced the tires and Bought two new tires for our very soon extensive mile trip to warmth, brrr here! and their service is very satisfactory! I had my tires put on in July and I had to remove one of the wheels for maintenance and couldnt because the lugs were on there way to tight. Brought it to them since they put it on, they got em off and made sure all the other ones were good. I wasnt happy at first but they fixed the problem and quickly so I changed my review back to 4 stars.

Troy and his Staff are amazing. He spent well over an hour with me selecting the right tire and wheel combination for my Model A pickup. He nailed it. The price was right, but the service and genuine concern for getting it right meant more than anything to me. Thanks guys.

Im from out of state and had a slow leak in a tire, I Went to 2 other places with multiple workers who could not look at nor repair a tire same day, wanted me to wait between 1 day to a week. I went to Tires Plus, there was a vehicle in 1 bay already and only 1 worker at the moment, yet he looked at and repaired for me on the spot. Pathetic! Several bad experiences over 20 years and thought I would see if a new Manager. I ordered 4 new tires. They said will be here Friday. I said I will be there Saturday morning. They have my phone number. I went to a lot of trouble to be there and tires were not there. It is called Incompetence. It is called Cust Service. It is called Cust Respect. You know, I have things to do too. How is it so hard to understand this? .......…. you missed the point, the answer would have been to just call me. Also, you forced me to change my own tire in your parking lot and then one of your snotty coward mechanics laughed.

Called and set up an appointment with 3 requests, the day of my appointment they pulled the car out the first time only performing 1 of the 3, I kindly questioned about the others and they were nice and found the appointment notes. They pulled out the car the second time with only 2 of the 3 jobs completed. I bit my tongue and just left respectfully because it was obvious the coordination here was already this bad and I did not see the point of wasting any more time standing there. Also with having additional avoidable problems from their lack of depth in simple inspections I got to work on my car at home not even a week later and they denied any refund or coverage even though the source was a direct impact from a lazy technicians work.

This is the best auto repair place I have ever been to by far. I now know why my wife has been recommending it since I moved to town. We arrived without an appointment, but got in right away. Even though we had received the wrong parts from an auto parts store the day before, the staff at Tires Plus went above and beyond to help us. I will only be going here in the future.

I dealt with Troy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I had some major car problems and Troy took really good care of me. When it turned out that it was past the scope of what Tires Plus was capable of (Full Engine Replacement), he took it upon himself to make sure I was made whole financially and directed me to the right avenue to get my problems taken care of. We were 5 hours away from home Saturday afternoon when we heard loud grinding noises near the front tire. We pulled into Tires Plus and they found the CV shaft was ready to break. Despite being a larger repair they assured us they would fix it right away so we could get home. They fixed everything in record time!!! Thank you for not pushing us over to Monday. The Hastings, MN Tires Plus guys rock and are highly recommended! Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced.

My daughter had an appointment to swap summer tires for winter tires. She made the appointment the day before and was told that they had an opening at 11:00 and it would take about an hour. Got there a little before 11:00 to drop it off while we went to lunch. They said it might be a little more than an hour and we explained that she had scheduled her work hours around the time to which they had committed. They said they would try to get it done within an hour. Came back at 12:00 and they had just pulled it in and were starting to dismount the first tire. They said it would be around 1/2 hour longer. Explained again that she would be late for work if it took any longer than that. Went to the store and came back at 12:30. We were told that they still had two more to do, another 1/2 hour. My daughter asked about the Tires Plus On- Time Guarantee 10% discount:ON–TIME GUARANTEEWe understand how valuable your time is. If your vehicle is not ready at the time we promised, we will offer a 10% discount on your next purchase (discount cannot exceed $25.00) that is valid at any company–owned Tires Plus location. The subsequent second visit must occur within one year of the original service. This discount cannot be used to reduce outstanding debt.The employee stated that that was only valid at corporate stores. I disagreed with him and he offered to get the manger to talk to me. I told him I would like to talk to the manager but to warn the manger that he shouldnt try to pull the corporate store BS with me. The manager, Troy, came out and started with the Corporate store story and told me that it was in the fine print on the website. I told him it wasnt and asked him to show me. The guarantee states that the 10% discount is valid at any company owned location. It doesnt specify that the guarantee is only for company owned stores. He then started making excuses, we got behind, were doing our best, it is what it is, do you know how hard it is to hire good people, etc. He was getting very animated and acting like a jerk. I told him that he was being a dick and he denied it and kept ranting. I told him that he should never talk to a customer the way he was, and that there was a time to just say you are sorry and be quiet. He said Yes you should and walked into the shop. They finally finished at 1:00, twice as long as they had promised the day before. This location has signage like any other Tires Plus store, so you wouldnt know that it isnt a company owned store, and all of the Tires Plus guarantees, warranties, etc., dont apply, in their minds. Troy also comes off as an unprofessional jerk with no customer service skills. I wonder why he has such a hard time hiring and retaining good employees?

I came in there on Saturday morning not knowing if they would be able to get me in. I needed 4 tires. They said they could from the time I work in the door until they drove my suv into the bay was 20 minutes these guys really impressed me alot. Total time there 1hr 15 min these guys are great. If you are looking for a Tires Plus to go to this is the place keep up the great job your doing gentleman.

Tried to inquire why the manager would not honor a 10% coupon advertised at his location, his address. He rudely told me he was already giving me these tires at cost already and before I could say another word, he blurted not gonna happen three times. Folks, dont waste your time or money here.

I was here 02/08/2019 during the coldest week. I was on my way to Memphis, TN. My tires were very slippery. I thought I will be fine if I could get out of MN on time. But the roads were so slick, I knew I will not be able to make if if I continue. I googled and went to this place with loads of stuff in my car after moving out of my apartment in Eagan. He could have charged me more as I needed it done to continue my journey. I also knew I needed my front breakpads and roters done. I was planning on doing it myself but I was occupied with moving and it was very cold, so I saved it for TN. Anyways, this place gave me good front two tires, two front roters and break pads, and oil change for $630. They also got it done in an hour of me pulling into their place. Initially I asked for all 4 tiers to be changed as I forgot that I changed my rear tire a year ago, the guy there told me that it is good enough for sometime, thus saving me a lot of money. Therefore, I very much recommend this place. I will go back again if I need to. Cheers!!

Greatest auto shop is right here! After having a few things repaired at another shop, I went to Tires Plus to have some remaining parts fixed. After doing an inspection they discovered that the other parts were not only cheap ones, but also that they were improperly installed!! Needless to say, they replaced all the bad parts in half the time of the other shop, fixed the remaining parts, and had me back on the road, staying after hours just so that I could leave for my business trip on time. Ive learned my lesson: if my car has problems, it goes here and only here. End of story.

They were very helpful and got me safely home after selling me some tires.

Troy was very thorough with the problem I was having with my vehicle. He explained the problem and solution to fixing it, also they had it repaired extremely quick and the cost was fair....I would highly recommend them for any job pertaining to your vehicle. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!

The guys there fixed my car and found the problems that other shops were guessing at for months . the old manager jerry mailed out a letter to me after he was fired to try and get my business, I still go to tires plus and get great service . Their mechanic is awesome and the most honest in town .

Worst Service ever. Stood in line for 20 minutes...finally got to the counter and asked for a quick oil change. The guy said no because they close in 10 minutes. ..seriously? You saw me standing there for 20 minutes waiting! Will never go back to this location.

Rotine oil change turned into a fix for wheel barrow, they broke a screw in my car tgat needed an extra day to fix, pick up my car on the second day. By the third day my car was dead on the road. Do not fix your car at this place they will break your car apart and sell your cars part out and put in old ones to keep on charging you.

SO incredibly frustrated and angry with this place!! I am someone who is completely ignorant about cars so I need to rely on mechanics to know whats going on. Ive been getting my oil changed and tires at this location for about the past 10 years and theyve always done a pretty decent job - no complaints. Well the other day I notice the red fluid in my car is about empty so I bring it in. They tell me it is my power steering fluid pump and hose. That didnt seem right to me since my power steering hose had been broken before and that wasnt the fluid that leaked but I figured the EXPERTS at tires plus would know best so i just believed them. I didnt want to get it fixed that day so they said I would be fine if i just bought the power steering fluid and kept adding it... Well red fluid is the TRANSMISSION FLUID! I had accidentally added some power steering fluid before I realized it was the wrong color. I tires plus and they basically said I was SOL.. so now my car is completely screwed up and might even be totaled. THANKS A LOT FOR ABUSING YOUR AUTHORITY AS EXPERTS!!!!!
