On my way to work I stopped and purchased a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit got in the truck and drove away. When I opened it, it was cold as a brick. Goin to work... why would I go back... very frustrating... gas is the same price anywhere in Hastings. Ive kind of felt that some things are going down hill there

Their chicken tenders are the best, IF they actually make them when you order them. Tonight was my 2nd experience of ordering on the mobile app. and my order NOT being ready. The first experience I ordered 1 hour ahead of time and was told I would still have to wait 40 minutes. Tonight I ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and was told they didn’t have my order, even though I was sent a confirmation. I was told it would be 20 more minutes or I could take the 3 that we’re sitting in the warmer. I said no thank you and left. VERY unhappy.

This is my go to place in Hastings, MN. The employees have always been very courteous and helpful. We love the availability of bananas, oranges, and apples in a convenience store. The car wash is also great! If you need a whole pizza heated up, no problem! We love this Kw8k Trip #249!

I love there ice and that is the ONLY reason I go to Kwik trip in Hastings. Everytime I go the employees always look and seem craby. I have friends that have gone there and said the same thing. Well tonight me and my daughter went to get some things and the cashier was coughing not covering her mouth at all and NOT wearing a mask to protect us customers from whatever she may have. My 8 year old just got over covid and this is very frustrating when people in work places are not following guidelines when sick. Especially when you handle customers food items.

We were doing the 100 mile garage sale so it was a place to stop and grab something. They were trying to keep up with all the business but they were kind of overwhelmed.

I like Kwik trip, its easy and usually has what I need. Tonight, I got what i needed and was checking out. The cashier was the rudest person i have ever had to deal with. I was trying to find my card. She kept repeating how much I owed. Shed take a breathe and say it again. I couldnt find my card, just gave her cash. Horrible, she was horrible.

Kwik Trip is like the Chic-Fil-A of gas stations. It doesn’t even make sense how good the customer service is, and they are the cleanest, freshest gas stations I think I have ever been to. Their automatic tire inflator has been my go-to in Hastings, and they always have plenty of pumps open.

Dude kwik trip aint got enough sense to except 100s after nine you expect business but dont have money. What is wrong with this picture. About to lose my business. This is at multiple locations. One even had me buy more things or use a different payment method what a joke.

The Hastings Kwik Trip is one of the most welcoming, hospitable, convenience stores I have ever been to, anywhere. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the products are of high-quality. This place is so much more than just a gas station.

I come here 3 times per week or more to get gas, grab a snack, and get an occasional car wash and Im never disappointed. Lots of options, including healthy options if you refuse to eat out or get fast food on the go. The women name Sheila is always super nice whenever I go in. She even told me that every Friday you can get a variety of coupons on snacks and beverage items from Kwik Tip brands! I went in and I got a bunch (located by the hot food on a table). Every time I go in now Im saving on everything. I love their coffee and donuts. The best!!

Hot food is never available, The cashiers seem to be young girls who barely know what they are doing. Everyone seems confused... Lots of Employees working on same shift yet it takes quite a while for lines to move. This is also a new store to the town and area. The employees need to understand that this is there job not a social event. I go to this location more than twice a week and it is always the same.

Kwik-Trip always seems to have good quality produce, groceries, fresh baked goods, and coffee is always fresh. Great staff; polite and professional. Establishment is always clean and well kept.

Kwik Trip has got to be my favorite of the gas station convenience stores. They always have hot foods for on the go. Donuts, everyones favorite. They have fresh bread in almost every kind. And the bread is extremely cheap but tastes great. They even carry fresh fruits and vegetables. The priced if the bread and produce are considerably lower than Walmart as well. I give them five stars because they are that good

Mixed feelings on the review. Great place to buy eggs if you dont mind salted butter and some light grocery items. The Ready-to-Eat food is average at best. Make sure you check the expiration time. Have gotten things way past the expiration. They took the items back and issued a refund. inconvenient to have to return. Be careful of the rib sandwich have found bone fragments in them

Staff is always great here, and they have just about anything you need for basic grocery items if youre in a rush and just want to run in and grab something quick. I always buy my bread here, the price is awesome and the quality is way better than the store brand stuff at Cub or Wal-Mart.

Best car wash Ive been to if you have a small lowered car. They have the touch and touchless option, so take your pick! Also customer service is great as always.P.S. Jennifer Litchke some people like conversation, so if you dont and just want a faster and less interactive experience Holiday and H&M are just down the road.

There is always food available if you want something specific just ask for it and they will make it up quickly for you. I have been going to this store since day 1 and never had have any issues with food or customer service. The employees are always working. Yes there may be less employees on a shift so the lines run a bit slower, but its not like the other employees are just watching you stand in line. As for the guy who was told to put something in the microwave, I think you are reviewing the wrong place as this Hastings location doesnt have a microwave. Nor does it have the food just available to grab and put into a microwave. All the food is kept in the back. The only issue I ever have with all kwik trips is the Karuba Machine, it must be me as it always needs something or it malfunctions when I am there. Other than that it is great coffee. So to summarize: good food service, above average customer service, great selection of food and snack choices, and great coffee.
