I have had great experiences with every item and service Ive used at Imperial Jewelers: engraving baby spoons, cleaning and resurfacing rings, sizing rings, and purchasing sunglasses and gifts. The customer service, timing, and selection have been excellent. They also offer ear piercing, and we had a great experience there with my daughter for her birthday!

I was so surprised by my experience at this jewelry store. I am new to town, I love to support local businesses. I had my engagement ring sized. Not only did they thin the band out, but it was 1/2 size smaller then what I requested. The owner argued with me. She said at the size I requested my ring would be to big for my finger. Now my ring is to small and cuts into my finger. She said I should just buy a better ring. My ring was not fixed, and I went away in tears. I took it to another jeweler, and he said I would have to have the ring reshanked to fix the damage.

I took my wifes wedding set in to have work done on it. They damaged the set to the point that it cant be fixed. The owner had a major additude and didnt care how upset and sad we were with the situation. She basically told me if I would have bought a more expensive set, then they would have done better work. Please dont take your jewelry to this store to be repaired. They dont value your sentimental pieces. They only value their pocket book.

Bought what I believed to be a nice ring from this place, but the settings snapped 3 weeks after purchase. I took it in for repairs and was basically blamed as tho I had intentionally destroyed it. Even after proving that it was within warranty they still had attitude for fixing their products. Im not sure this guy knows how to do the job

Brandi is amazing! She really knows her stuff and wants the best for her clients. She ordered multiple diamonds for me so I could see the differences of each and pick the one that I like best. She was rooting for me and would get just as excited about certain rings and diamonds as I would. Definitely would recommend!

Blonde lady seems to always have an attitude. I took my Aunts jewelry in she is gone I explain that to her and she looked at just a glance and said its all junk seriously, I said! I took it to riddles, and took the time and looked at everything some of it was junk but there was also couple pieces that got me about $300 so it wasnt all junk blonde lady guarantee Ill never go there again

Took a pendant in to get a ring on it and clean the necklace, itself. I received it back a week later than originally said to me, with the necklace not cleaned and ring to the pendant only fits the necklace I took in. I cant even change necklaces, now if I want to because the pendant wont come off.

I went to Imperial Jewelers because the diamond in my engagement ring was loose. I had heard that Imperial jewelers had done a lot of work in estate jewelry, and considering my ring is from the 1940s I wanted someone who had experience working with antique gold to fix it. I thought that all that was going to be needed was to tighten the prongs around the diamond. Upon taking my ring in for evaluation the jeweler/owner of the store preceded to tell me that it needed to be re-pronged. I could understand that to some degree considering the age. I then asked her if she knew how to heat antique gold, considering it tends to melt faster than the gold used today, she stated Yes, heating gold is all the same. At that moment I should have never trusted this woman with my ring, but unfortunately I did.It took over two weeks to get my ring back, and upon picking it up I noticed almost immediately that something was different. I shouldnt have left and paid sensing something was wrong but I had places to be. After closer examination of my ring I soon noticed that much of the detail originally there was now gone, and that the head no longer set flush with the band of the ring. After I got out of my class I returned to ask her about what she had done. This is when the jeweler/owner accused me of blaming her for lying to me about my ring in front of another customer. I was so distraught that I left the store in tears.I called the jeweler that I usually use, in Colorado where Im from, and explained to him what happened and when I would be returning to Colorado so he could look at it. I returned to Colorado 3 weeks after having my ring returned to me and I took it to my jeweler. He looked at it and was able to tell exactly what happened within seconds. At some point the jeweler/owner at Imperial Jewelers decided that it was necessary to re-prong every little diamond in the ring as well as the main stone, this is something I was never privy to, so something completely unnecessary considering the prongs will never wear down on that area of the stone because they are protected by the head. By her preceding to do this she heated the joint of the band and head so hot that it began to slip, causing them to no longer to be flushed. This also explains why the detail on the ring had been eliminated. After my jeweler looked at my ring he said that there was no fixing it and that if I attempted to have it fix it would probably come out worse.None the less my ring is now ruined from its original state from which I took it to this woman. She performed work on my ring that was not asked for and in turn provided horrible customer service and a horrible product. Please never trust your jewelry with this person if it means anything at all to you, she will ruin it and do nothing to fix it. I dont want anyone else to suffer the amount of tears I have for a piece that you love.I hope this helps with any decisions you are looking to make.
