I was a little nervous based on reviews, but the service was exceptional. The technician was great. Not only completed the work quickly, but stayed for almost an hour and ran through all of the settings on the TV and provided recommendations and advice. Showed us the Samsung TV app which we now use. Highly recommend
I dont know why they are rated so low. I had a great experience from them, they kept me in the loop while the part was being ordered. Kevin the tech who came out was very good and knowledgeable about the television and he also assisted me in setting up short cuts and taught me about screen settings to enhance my viewing experience.
I don’t why these guys are not given the credits they deserve. But they do amazing work, I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable tech folks. I myself an engineer by experience and I fully appreciate quality customer service. This year is challenging for everybody, so let us stop being F... negative and put a smile on somebody face :)
Honestly, we were tentative after seeing the reviews but we couldnt have asked for a better experience. The technician (I didnt catch his name but our invoice says it was KB) was incredible. He came to our apartment within 2 days of us calling because he was in the area, fixed our TV quickly, and was super nice and personable. He really went above and beyond to help us out and we would definitely recommend using them if our Samsung TV has anymore issues. It seems like whatever issues they had before have been remedied.
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but this place has been nothing but great for us. Unfortunately our Samsung TV has required a new board twice now, but each time, they have been quick to schedule and repair. Even though it takes a couple days to order the part, they are usually here immediately after. Kevin is extremely friendly, has been nothing but nice and pleasant to me, my wife and child, and has a good sense of humor. He is extremely knowledgeable and I am glad that these guys are the ones to have the Samsung contracts around here. Thanks!

I reported a major issue with my Samsung TV to Samsung customer service on Tuesday night. The next morning Techcenter called me with an update they were waiting on parts and by Thursday a tech was out installing them. TV works great, communication and speed were excellent, the tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldnt have had a smoother time.
I have read the reviews before they repaired our TV. I have to report that we did not experience any issues as reported by others. We were encouraged during 2 phone calls for scheduling and diagnosing the issue. If anything its phone support in Singapore that is at fault. They gave tech center a lot of wrong information and made promises of service without the knowledge of tech center. I would have complete confidence dealing with tech service in the future.
I had an excellent experience with Tech Center. Their technician came out last December to repair my TV. He was extremely polite, professional, and took the extra time to make sure I understood how to get the best use out of my TVs features.

I was awfully worried after reading some of these reviews, but I had a great experience. While Samsungs support is awful, these guys treated me very well. Super prompt, very courteous, very professional. Fixed my barely out of warranty 2016 Samsung 4K TV, and I couldnt be happier with their work.
Yep. I am having the same experience. They have to be the most rude company I have dealt with in a long time. I just got off the phone with them minutes ago. I searched up the name only AFTER again experiencing attitude. If Samsung was not paying for the repairs - I would run from Tech Center as fast as possible... No idea how they are still in business. BTW... Started this process 4 months ago and hopefully next week the repairs will be complete.
Samsung referred me to them for my front load washer. Spoke to two different people who were VERY short with me and we NOT helpful at all. I ended up cancelling my appointment. Well see if I get my $90 refund as fast as they charged my credit card.
I didnt have any issues, replaced a toggle switch in my TV plus the board in the back. Samsung covered the costs, plus the repair guy was pretty good about it.
I was a little nervous dropping off a Panasonic microwave for warranty repair at this facility but the other center was too far away. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter (they were on the phone) and another 15 to check the unit in. The lobby had several electronics (flat screen TVs) sitting around in disrepair.The repair itself took nine week to repair a simple door latch. After a month they said it was a parts issue. Finally, 9 weeks latter, after an email to Panasonic, (which I am not sure did anything or not), they called and said it was fixed. They did fix the problem but took an extraordinary amount of time (IMHO).
Given the ultra low reviews of this place, the fact that there hes the only authorized Samsung repair person, and my extremely low tolerance for b.s. I am not even going to bother with this place. Told Samsung representative to add to her notes that Samsung should find a new metro area contractor. Since my warranty is expired anyways I am just going to order the part and do it myself. Way to go Samsung.
Havent been there yet. This is solely based on a bad phone call with the person responsible for the place. Bad customer service. Expensive fees and no quality care.
I sadly read the previously reviews too late. Our companys Samsung TV is having trouble and Samsung scheduled Tech Center to come out and fix it. When the scheduled time came around they never showed up. I called them after a half hour of waiting. Apparently their driver couldnt find parking so they just took off. Our company is located downtown, so having a hard time trying to find parking is understandable, despite giving them the address to the loading dock for our building. They told me the guy tried to call but no one picked up. Which is not possible, we have someone on the phone at all times. My guess is they couldnt get reception. Again, somewhat understandable but getting a bit ridiculous. They then tell me that I have to bring the TV to them. NO! I told him well reschedule because we cant bring it in.Heres my biggest problem. He didnt care. I was shocked by the manor and tone. There was no attempt to reschedule, he didnt care that his driver didnt get a hold of us or couldnt find parking. I even mentioned Id leave negative reviews and he still didnt care. Ive left a review with Samsung, it is unlikely that they will keep his contract.Dont go here and use someone else if they call you for a warranty repair.
All these reviews are 100% accurate, do not ude this place, they ruined my 1300 dollar 4k tv, and there tuckibg there tails in there lrgd and running, i will be taking legal actio
Called also, yes they are very rude. I shouldve looked up the reviews first like everyone else. I wont be doing business with them. Samsung needs to quit referring them (and making inferior products).
