We have been customers for several years and have always struggled with their response time. We stayed with them because of their reasonable prices and the fact that they people who do the actual sprinkler work do a good job and are very personable . This year I reached out to ask for help to move our lower sprinkler heads for road construction and was advised to take care of it myself and that they would come help reinstall when project was done… that did not go well and now most of the line needs to be replaced, but no one there will return my calls about coming to fix it. So frustrating!!

My system wasnt installed by Lawn Pride. I have for years now trusted them for my Spring startup with a complete system check and my Fall winterization. I have met the owner and several technicians. I recommend them 💯%.

I do not recommend. I had to call 2 times to get them to call me back to set up a time for my “Free Inspection”. They told me I needed all 20 sprinkler heads replaced and it would be $20 a head. The employee said that Shawn (the company owner) would call me back with a quote. Never heard from Lawn Pride again.....until I was sent a $110 dollar bill 5 months later stating that they had started my sprinklers in the spring and blew them out this fall. I sent an email to them that no work had been done, just the “Free Estimate”. I received an email with only “I’m listening to your voice message from 5-15 in the subject line-no message in the body of the email. Of course she did. I left a message for someone to come out and give me an estimate. I once again sent an email explaining. Then the receptionist called me and challenged me to tell her that they never did the work. Rattling off dates that they performed all this “work”. I explained once again and asked her to talk to the employee that came out to do the estimate. She chewed me out telling me to never call there again. Hung up on me while I was telling her that no one had performed any work. Then she proceeded to send me an email saying “Whatever!!!” and nothing else. I have no other choice than to right this review to save someone else false bills and a very unprofessional receptionist. What she doesn’t know is I have receipts from the company that actually did the work because no one from lawn pride got back to me.John

High quality service and excellent staff who care about your irrigation system. We use them for our neighborhood now and we are glad we made the switch.

Would not recommend -- I used them for a couple of years and then had some patio work done that damaged my system. Had to call repeatedly to get them to come out. They finally came out and left my system unusable and never called me to tell me what they did or what I needed to fix it. Then six months later they send me a bill saying they rebuilt and replaced my system. I still cant use it - I am calling a different company to come out and fix it.

We have worked with Lawn Pride recently for our lawn irrigation repair/upgrade work as a part of landscape project. They did an excellent job. Shawn is great. He gave me a very reasonable quote in one day and was able to come and finish the project within two days. They are very professional and customer service oriented team. I would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn irrigation work and would work with them again if needed.

All around great experience! The owner Shawn is very knowledgeable and knew just the type of system to install to get me complete coverage and ensure the thick luscious green grass I was after. Shawn even carried fertilizer and educated me on what fert was best for my new lawn. All around just a great experience with unbeatable customer service!

I dont know how this business got five stars the Receptionist was so rude she wouldnt take message for the owner for new customers she need some training how to to talk to people.
