I always enjoy going into musicworks Hastings. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Mike the manager has many years of valuable experience and I think that everyone whos not completely tone-deaf should visit this place,in fact even if you are tone deaf its worth going in to meet the guys anyway, haha!

I brought a ibanez package ibanez guitar and laney amp. The laney amp was faulty when i asked for them to fix they said i had to courier it to one of their branches because we dont have a musicworks in gisborne out of my own money even though they sent me a faulty amp

Good service despite my not having a sales docket. Bass Amp covered by warranty. Timeframes for repair given. All good.

Good quality items. I hv bought guitar stands, picks, books etc. There is a Martin & Co Accoustic guitar for sale that I really, really want. But unfortunately cannot afford. One day!

I had my guitar set up here, very friendly people and reasonable prices.

Do not allow returns/refunds on products even when the item had been bought 2 days earlier. Sure the service instore when buying was goos but no returns means i wont be going back there again.

They are great! For as long as they 8 been going they have always looked after me and will always go to the nth degree to find it. I am a little fish in a big pond but they still treat me like a good customer. My lifes dream was to have a Grand Piano and I use to love going to Kingdom Music just to stare in the window and asking the Manager to play something for me. Im on a Disabilities Benefit now and very sick. I may never get my Grand but Thankyou for obliging a young girls dream.
