The staff were not only very friendly and considerate, but also very educated in their field, and got me even more excited about my new bike than I thought was humanly possible. They knew right where everything was that I was interested in as far as accessories, and were helpful without a shred of condescension when asked a plethora of questions. I can tell your business fosters a genuine passion for the cycle lifestyle and was very pleased with my purchase as I rode it for hours on the trails at Camp Shelby. Should I be asked about where I acquired my bicycle, I will gladly sing Infinitys praises and hope to send a lot of business your way in the near future.

I went in to get a new saddle. Before he tried to sell me on any of theirs, he first told me what could possibly be causing discomfort to see if I even needed a new one. He made some adjustments to see if anything would help. In the end, I got a new one, but I loved the honesty and helpfulness of him walking me through everything. He even rotated my stem and switched out my saddle! Everyone was beyond helpful and nice! Would definitely recommend them for any services you need help with!

As always, the work done on my bike was exceptional. Had it in for its six-month checkup. It was taken are of quickly. Grant fine tuned the adjustments to have the drive train and breaks working perfectly. He inspected all elements of the bike and gave it a clean bill of health. He also took the time to make sure I was aware of things I should do or avoid doing to make sure I have many more happy miles on the bike I have named “Black Thunder”.

We rented bikes from infinity. The bikes were not the highest quality but were good. But the service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful in getting us all set up. We didnt look at their retail bikes, but they have a good selection of cycling accessories. Great experience.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE NEEDED REPAIRS WRITTEN DOWN, A QUOTED PRICE FOR ALL OF THE REPAIRS, AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY CONTACT YOU IF THERE ARE ANY DEVIATIONS IN THE REPAIR PLAN FOR YOUR BICYCLE.Considering how good that the other reviews have been, I had the opposite experience. I was planning to take my short-wheelbase recumbent to Moores Bicycles but I opted to go to this store because it was the closest to me. I had recently finished a 9,000 mile bike tour in 25 states and I was on a time crunch to get ready for a new missionary bike tour starting March 07. I arrived back in Hattiesburg on Feb 07. A couple of days later, I took my recumbent to this shop to get it serviced. They were having a half-off sale on service packages. I needed to have the headset looked at, a new Avid BB7 disc brake unit installed, and my rear derailleur checked out because it was slipping. Along with these things, I needed a new pair of Avid BB7 disc pads for the rear brake unit, and a new 20x1.75 tire with a psi of 60. This was actually the second time that the headset was worked on. I had it serviced before i started out in 2019 but during the trip the grease leaked out from the top bearing ring and every that I turned the handlebar there was a loud cracking sound.I told Grant what I needed and I asked him to make up a quote so I could contact some churches around the country to see if I could raise the funds for repairs. Grant wanted me to leave the recumbent so he could check it out. Grant suggested that I needed to put on a new chain along with a new rear cluster. The recumbent needed 2 1/3 chains put together for the proper length. Grant said that he would only order two chains because he should have the remaining chain links on hand. I thought that I had a good quoted price of around $350.It didnt take me long to get the needed money promised so I took my recumbent back to the shop. I took the recumbent back and I was told that it should be ready in about five days. When I went back to the shop later on the week, I was told that it wasnt ready because the wrong sized headset was ordered and the new headset was ordered. I patiently waitedfor the recumbent to be repaired. I got a text saying the recumbent was ready on February 28th. This only left me eight more days to get ready for the start of the trip.Checkout didnt go like I had expected. Right in the middle of this three other people with bicycles came in. Instead of asking them to wait, I was left standing around for almost 20 minutes while the other people were waited on. When I finally got the receipt it was almost two feet long. Instead of being around $350, the bill came to $460. There were things on the bill that were never discussed. I didnt ask for anybody to install the tire up front. instead, I was charged $12 for the installation and a new inner tube was put in and they charged me $9 for it Instead of being charged the discounted rate for the service plan, I was nickeled and dimed.The tire that was ordered and installed was the wrong one. Instead of a Primo Comet tire that had the right tread for road riding, a kiddie tire with a tic-tac-toe pattern was put on.The biggest thing wrong was that the wrong disc brake unit was installed. Instead of the proper Avid BB7 disc brake unit, a cheaper less quality Avid BB5 disc brake unit was put on. Nobody contacted me that the reason for this was that the BB7 disc brake unit was back-ordered. I dont understand why they could have found another supplier of the brake unit. I found all of this out by sending several emails to the owner of the bike chain.There was no way that I could wait around Hattiesburg for the correct disc brake unit to be ordered and installed. Arrangements were made for me to go to the Infinity Bicycle shop in Daphne, Alabama to get the right disc brake unit put on. The thing that got me was when I got the recumbent back from the Daphne store I was told that I should have been charged $160 more for labor. I will never go to any Infinity Bike Shop again.

Ive been to the store a few times and this is hands down my nicest experience at a bike shop. Drew, AJ, and Grant are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I really appreciate that they are not pushy at all - they never made me feel pressured to buy anything. I brought in a bike that I bought elsewhere, and Drew and AJ took the time to check everything, replace a few things, and teach me basic bike repair. They were more thorough than the store I bought the bike from! The store overall is great: they have a wide selection of bikes, accessories, and parts, and they do repairs. If you need anything cycling related, this is the store to go to. Highly recommended!

Went by to check out the new store once it opened and it did not disappoint. The shop it HUGE with bikes and gear as far as the eye can see! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable they helped me pick out the perfect Electra bell for my bike. I cant wait to come back with my family so they can all pick out something for themselves.

I’m one of their newest customers but I’ve already been so pleased that I have bought 2 high end MTB’s from Infinity Bicycles and I only needed/wanted 1! AND, I drive up from Baton Rouge to Infinity Bicycles in Hattiesburg, 2:30 hrs each way, because they do such a Great Job and take care of ALL of my biking needs!

Really cool bike shop! Walking in felt like taking a step into the future. The shop is very large, modern, and clean. It was like being in the Trek website but with the advantage of being able to touch the bikes and really get the feel for them. I honestly didnt expect this level of service and selection in Hattiesburg. The staff was REALLY knowledgeable. I described the issues I was feeling while riding and they instantly knew what was wrong and how to fix it.

I love this new bike shop in Hattiesburg. Great brands, great selection and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll order It for you- within reason obviously. I ordered my son his first bike through Grant, the Store Manager, I felt like I didn’t have to do anything (i.e. give all this ridiculous information, constantly call to give a reminder or ask about the progress on the bike). He took care of my needs impeccably. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from everyone I encountered while at Infinity Bicycles. Will definitely be a returning customer!
