The drinks were good. What I dont like is the orders should have been done in order other than the 1 order that was placed on the app. Less complicated drinks shouldnt be done first!! I waited in line for my drinks for over 15 minutes becauase of this!! There was only 2 people ahead of me yet I was last to leave. Do better!!
This location is TRASH. They never have anything, and then you have to wait in line 30 minutes to be told that they don’t have what you want. I don’t even waste my time going anymore. However the workers are nice.
Order a white chocolate mocha with extra white chocolate and it doesn’t taste like anything. It’s trouble. Not the first time either
I have never had a worse experience than I did today. I ordered 2 cold drinks and 1 hot. 2 warm foods. 1 cold. Food and coffee tasted great however it took almost an hour! Yup one hour! Staff was friendly and place was very clean but the wait was insane!! If you want quick and fast do NOT stop here!
Took absolutely FOREVER and the staff was not helpful at all. The freshly made chocolate croissant was really yummy. It was actually my first visit to Starbucks and was for my teenaged daughter who was with me. I wont be back.
Got a chai tea latte and the lady went to grab it to hand it to me and the lid came off. Obviously a bad lid so I asked for another one, and she said it was fine. So I said whatever and left. Same thing happened I went to pick it up out of the car and the lid came off and it spilt everywhere. Last time Ill be here
The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and friendly. Ive never had a bad experience here. Im a college student that always needs their coffee fix so thats saying a lot. This is definitely my favorite place to study.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my daughters order and she couldnt even get the drink she wanted because they couldnt make aFrappuccino for some reason. She ordered a iced coffee instead and got a hot coffee. We were not satisfied with this visit at all.

I came here today with my family and we all ordered a drink from here. They were out of some drinks but that because it was a outage of supplies and covid messed up some stuff, which is completely fine. It was a really great place you actually can taste what is in the drink, unlike other Starbucks where it just taste like ice water with caramel in it. So I would totally recommend this place.

Busy place, but okay. No receipt given at purchase, but they didnt mix up the order. At 7AM they were out of Hazelnut and vanilla flavors, i settled for caramel. They wouldnt make a breakfast sandwich without meat, so i settled for a scone. It was clean and the staff were friendly.
Worst Starbucks ever. Made a mobile order, estimated order ready time was 12:22... At 12:39 our orders still had not been made. Due to us being in the ambulance we politely asked if there was anyway we could get a rush on our order being we just caught a call. The barista replied back extremely rude that she wasnt worried about us and had other people to worry about. We were forced to leave without our drinks we paid for after the manager informed us they cant give refunds. As overworked as we already are and with it being our first chance to stop for coffee to keep us going, it was extremely disappointing. Please go find another coffee establishment that actually cares for their first responders, because this Starbucks is definitely not it.

Stopped here while passing through the area. The Mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was absolutely delicious. They were busy and the service was a bit slow, but thats almost expected with the number of people passing through Starbucks.

I tried a new flavor . Normally I would get the vanilla bean frappe, but on Friday I got the strawberry funnel cake frappe . It was delicious .

Cold brew was overloaded with sweetener and cream when asked for light. Breakfast sandwich was still cold in the middle. All this after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes.
I gave this location the rating because I see a sense of pride in the manager here. Cleaning the tables and condiment area. At least taking a few minutes he had free after a busy serving morning to tidy up. Im visiting in town and have been coming here a few days in a row now. Hes keeping the lobby clean and, greeting customers and the other employees have also been kind, not to mention my drinks are coming out tasty and fresh. Very quiet, no loud annoying music playing. Thank you.

I have currently waiting inside for my drink for 40 minutes while several people who came in way later than I got their drinks before me. It appears that more complicated drinks are being skipped and the easy drinks are being out out. Ugh frustrations
Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Never been to one that didnt have separate employees working for counter customers, drive thru customers and mobile orders. They prioritized the mobile orders with all their employees and were so slow for drive thru and indoor customers. Awful! Need a new manager to train employees for efficiency.

I love Starbucks refreshments. But its ridiculously slow. The amount of people that goes through there a day you would think management would hire more personnel to make things flow better.
The crew this morning were on top of everything. Smooth sailing and I ordered 2 cheese danish from my app and they only received one in the store. The barista (wish I had gotten her name) was the best and fixed the problem. We stop at this store often and just love the crew, coffee and the cleanliness of the store! Excellent service!!!
The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is due to the friendliness of the gentleman working the drive thru window. What should have been a quick stop to grab a cup of coffee on our 9 hour road trip ended up adding 45 minutes to our time. The wait in the drive thru was terrible for only having 4 cars in front of us. Going through the reviews I see that the wait times are a recurring issue. Retraining on having some kind of system to get orders out in a quicker and more efficient manner should happen soon.

It’s a Starbucks, and has everything you would expect from every other Starbucks you’ve ever visited. Minus one star for the bathrooms. Starbucks insists that you touch everything in order to use it (no automatic anything, except the hand dryer which flings water all over the wall and floor. And with the absence of hand towels, forces you to grab the door handle on the way out). Also, bathrooms that were looking pretty grimy and could use a really thorough cleaning.
This place is so busy sometimes. It is crazy how many people come here for coffee. The restaurant is in a great location so I suppose this is why they are crowded.The coffee is reliable and what you expect from Starbucks. Even through it can be very busy during peak times, the service is fast and friendly. Great option for a quick cup of coffee.
I always get great service at a Starbucks but the time I went to this establishment they had run out of an ingredient in the order, not a big problem because almost everything is delicious!

Extremely long wait times on both sides. They’re usually always out of products by mid day. Come visit if you wanna wait at least 30 mins in the drive thru before finding out they don’t have half the items in stock. Not worth it

Since I had a ton of time to kill in this long drive thru line I decided to give a review. For those of us who have not yet caffeinated waiting 20 minutes in a drive thru line is ridiculous. Only to get to the speaker and told “hold one moment”.
Really slow with services I guess due to new staff but the drink I purchased was really good.
They really need to learn to blend up the ice better in their Frappuccinos. I crunched on my coffee more than being able to enjoy drinking it.

As a former employee of this store, I can personally say that this is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I am ashamed to say I even worked for this store. The chain of management at this location is awful, and I have seen up close and personal just how poorly they treat their staff, especially the shift leaders. The baristas and shift leads themselves are wonderful people and they are just trying their best, but the general manager and the district manager should be ashamed of themselves for how they run this store. If you ever wonder why the atmosphere is off at this store, it’s because of the management.

Very rude. I had my mask a little under my nose and was no where around the workers. The lady asked if I had a mask and to keep it on. She then proceeded to take very long on my order after I had been there for 15 mins. When I finally got my ordered she told me to put my mask up again, when it was literally on my face. Some say in their phones while others were making orders. Screw the starbucks on Hardy street.

The people who work there are so so so sweet! However, I was in line for almost an hour just trying to get a coffee and a sandwich. When I got to the window, they informed me that the did not have the ingredients to make my drink so I had to change my order and wait even longer. The workers are sweet but it seems as if this place has very poor management.
Don’t trust estimates on pick up times for mobile orders. Order was over 12 minutes past the estimate.

ANY local coffee shop can blow this Starbucks out of the water. This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever stopped at to order a drink. First off. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened at 6 am. On a Tuesday morning. Just passing thru town. There was already a line for the drive thru, out in the street, because they block off the drive thru so no one can pull up. There are boxes of supplies sitting in the dinning area. There was only 1 employee that was on time and in the store. All the rest of the crew was LATE. 3 workers arrived in the store 2 minutes till opening. This store is not taking any mobile orders, yet all the customers except me and one other standing in the dinning area had mobile orders. When the store opened, they served the drive thru first. Then they did the mobile orders. Then they took the orders for the two of us who did not have a mobile order.They could not locate the ingredients for the orders. One employee was opening all the cabinets behind the menu boards after moving items that were in front preventing her from opening the door to begin with. Then she came out to the dinning room and started moving boxes around looking for items. Also, They seemed to not know any of the recipes as they were looking at the book for everyone’s order. I also noticed the employees were not communicating with one another to get the orders done.Then 2 more employees arrived 10 minutes after the store opened.The employees are wearing masks but they don’t wear gloves when handling your food. It may be the tail end of COVID, but gloves when handling food should always be required.The store just opened yet there were coffee grounds in the dinning area on the floor. The closing crew obviously did not sweep the floor or clean up.After 30 minutes of walking into the store, I was walking out with my order.Extremely Dissatisfied.Then dissatisfaction turned into horror.As I tasted my Salted Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew with a shot. Don’t order this drink. They have to look up the recipe as they make it.Absolutely the worst drink I’ve ever had, hence this review. I plan on stopping at another Starbucks in Jackson and order my drink again as this one is undrinkable. I certainly would not have this store try to redo my drink. If they can NOT make it correctly the first time, they certainly can’t make it correct the second time.I will also take the time to report this store to corporate. We are from Georgia the Greater Atlanta area and every store in Georgia, no matter where you stop at can make your drink in record time.
I ordered a mocha frappe and it was good. It depends on who makes them. They are sometimes sweeter than others but in any case they are always my favorite.

They really are trying but seem to be understaffed. 20 min wait for coffee is insane. Ive been avoiding Starbucks since the pandemic and now I have no reason to even try.
The staff is nice and always considerate. However, the extremely long wait lines are unbearable. I frequently make stops at this location and the majority of the time the drive-thru line is halfway to Corner Market. An occasional wait is expected. However, I’m writing this review because for over a year the line has continuously been ridiculously long with no movement and there hasn’t been any improvements made. Nothing wrong with the actual store or coffee, just make sure you’ve set out some time to get it.

Hands-down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ordered an ice tea and two orders of egg bites. Order was not ready as it was supposed to be upon arrival waited for 20 minutes for an ice tea and was given one order of egg bites. I spend $30 a day seven days a week at Starbucks this is totally ridiculous.
I asked to get oatmeal with my rewards and they charged my card instead . Wow. So disappointed. I cant believe yall. Thats unauthorized.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. Website & Yelp both have different open times one says 5am other says 6am. I have never in my life heard of a coffee shop opening at 730am. If that is even the time they open. I have been to several other Starbucks due to traveling and never experienced a Starbucks as bad as this one. Save your time.
The employees here are great! Jessie knows my name and what coffee I order. It’s great that they take the time to get to know there customers! They are always very friendly and my coffee always taste great.
My first time ever, I am not a coffee drinker ( dont hate 😉) I quite enjoy tea, not fruit drinks masking as tea but real tea and was quite happy with my purchase .

I did an app order while waiting in the long line. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes before I got to the speaker where I let them know I had a mobile order. When I got to the window they let me know that they didnt have the brew for my coffee. That made me have to wait longer at the window. The workers were pleasant, but they were playing a bit much for the line to be so long (due to inside being closed to public right now).
So I swung by and decided to get a brownie en route to church and ol liberal Starbucks is still requiring masks. I didnt have mine covering my face and was harshly asked to leave unless I had one on. They can keep their coffee and brownies and Ill be sure to never stop by again or recommend the company!!!
Ridiculously slow, and Ive been to several Starbucks during these times that have adjusted and operate way more efficiently than this location. I even placed an advanced mobile order hoping to save time. If you are thinking of stopping here for coffee/snacks, find another location.
Their coffee tasted like they hadnt cleaned their espresso machine in two days or more... I stopped here passing through to New Orleans, and I always order a Venti Iced White Mocha with an extra shot of espresso and almond milk, and it was terrible, like the beans werent fresh, machine was dirty or something... Ive been an employee of Starbucks, and this is not the values they uphold about consistency in their signature drinks..

Terrible experience. Stopped on the way to a Gulf Shores after a long trip already and it just extended our trip by 45 minutes. I ordered ahead and it was a mess. They didn’t have my coffee I ordered, I had to ask for it to be ground, even though I already ordered it that way, then she still hands it to me unground. Luckily I check as I’m waiting for a long time for our drinks and I have to remind her again to grind them. Then my little one and I are standing there waiting for a very long time before someone else asks me what we’re waiting for. I tell them the name on the order and apparently that first girl didn’t even tell them we were there waiting! Then we finally receive our drinks but that same girl had abandoned our ground coffee and left it on the back counter still not ground! And my drink was supposed to be light ice and I’m sitting here with a cup full of ice. We were there for 45 minutes for two drinks and ground coffee with an order ahead order. Now we’re arriving at our destination much later than we had hoped.
Literally a 30 minute wait every time I go through the drive thru. Won’t be back
