Their own pharmacy doesnt even wear masks and jabs people in front of crowds of us lined up for tests or meds.

Majority of pharmacy staff no longer wears masks while testing and vaccinating folks for COVID. Im immunocompromised and have to come inside when the wait time is over an hour in drive through so its not safe for me or people like me. I was ok with the long wait times, but after going inside to drop off my prescriptions I witnessed them not wearing masks, and a customer going OFF on another who was sitting in front of us ALL getting vaccinated. They did nothing to stop this woman from voicing her anti-vax opinion to him while he was receiving care that should have been in a private cubical or literally anything else.

If you are getting a vaccine here, they do not have a private room, and are going to jab you in front of the super busy pharmacy. I was completely caught off guard by this and can’t believe it hasn’t been mentioned on here!

This is one of the worst run ones. On the phone for 30 minutes every time etc etc

The worst pharmacy. Arrogant and rude employees. They ignore the phone and walk up customers. Ask a question and they roll their eyes. Get a new Manager !

Worst pharmacy I’ve been to in Hattiesburg. The young lady at the counter of the pharmacy was incredibly rude after I waited patiently for her to finally come to the counter to assist me. They are always slow which is fine in some situations but they should be better trained in customer service.

Very rude pharmacy, it took them 20 minutes to come to acknowledge me at the drive through window! Also I’m not sure what the laws are in Mississippi about masks during Covid, BUT EVERY CUSTOMER I PASSED IN THE STORE WASN’T WEARING A MASK 😷

Mess up prescriptions. Dont open on time and ALWAYS rude. Very slow in drive up.

Store is great place to shop but the pharmacy is not friendly and they don’t follow through when they say they will contact the doctors office for a change in prescription. ☹️

Pharmacy Extremely Unorganized! Never have medication in stock. Slow! Pharmacy customer service terrible! 40 minute wait on a script with two customers. (Actually think this action was on purpose) Refuse to do business there again. Sadly it is 2 minutes from my home. Positive note: Store clerks are very friendly and helpful.They wont be in business long without leadership. I hear it from other customers everyday!

HORRIBLE, will NEVER go back there again. Waited about 20 minutes in drive through with one car ahead of me at the window. So, I assume they filled their prescription while they waited. When I got to the window they told me it would be 30 minuets, so I went inside (with the flu). While I was waiting inside a guy pulled up with a dog in his truck. All three of the females working in the pharmacy ended up at the window for about 10 minuets talking to the guy about how cute is dog is...... they could have easily filled my prescription in the time that they were gathered at the window flirting with the guy, and ooohing and aaahing about the dog

How can a pharmacy be so unorganized and always loses Rx that have been sent in by a doctor 😬😬😬 I always always request refills ahead of time but theres always a problem ‼️ Get it together CVS‼️ I ❤️the fact that its so conveniently located but if you going to provide services at least step up the pharmacy services.

I havent really had any problems coming to this location. I usually only get 2-3 drinks and a few snacks, but never encountered a problem.

Love the people here and the store they go out of their way

This is absolutely the most unorganized pharmacy I have ever experienced! First of all the pharmacy doesnt even open till 9am! Second, they have no way of allowing physicians to call prescriptions in until after 9am. Then I was told my refill wouldnt be ready for four hours bc they had to fill all the e scripts first!

Its been horrible every time! Ive tried 4 times and they are slow and rude!!! I called a rx in @ 2:29 they told me 30 mins, went worked out and got here at 4:15 the lady if u can call her that told me to park in the parking lot . After 3 cars went and left I pulled up and she told me she still hadnt counted out the med and told me to go park away from there because I couldnt stay at the window!! Its 4:46 and Im still out here waiting!!!! Im a self employed hair stylist been in buisness here 34 yrs and I will tell everyone to stay away but most people know that now! I wouldnt have pressed 1 star but u have too -10

This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! I waited and waited and WAITED at the photo counter to only be told they dont do photo pick up at that register (which was the register at the photo center) I told the other clerk who checked me out that they need a sign at the open register saying closed or something bc I stood there and 4 people went ahead of me. Little miss thang 2 registers over chimed in and tried to tell me that 4 people did NOT go ahead of me bc she was watching me!!! I could have jumped across that counter and knocked out what gold teeth she had left.....you dont argue with the customer!!!

They are so polite, helpful, and efficient!!

Very slow pharmacy. Do not use the drive-thru unless you plan to wait for over 20 minutes with one car in front of you.
