Greeted upon entering the store but then followed around the whole entire time like we were going to steal something making us feel so uncomfortable!! It’s not like they don’t have cameras because you can clearly see them. Ended up going to Platinum palace! Only giving 2 stars because they are well stocked.

Visited this store on 3-12-21. My wife & I went in together. I wasnt expecting too much but kept my mind open. We were politely asked when we walked in if we needed anything, what we were looking for, etc with no fuss. The lady that helped us was knowledgeable about the products and did her best to share the knowledge without being pushy or overbearing. She took the time to ask my wife about preferences & took those into account when showing items. Once we settled on some items, it was a very quick & easy checkout process. Im sure that we will at least be ordering more from them if we are not able to visit.

Figured even with the reviews i would give this place a shot. Should have listened! I got greeted upon entering which is fine with me. I kept getting followed around. I wanted to browse and see my options but the lady would not leave me alone long enough to even think. Got to looking and everything is over priced. I understand needing to make a profit. Ive been to many adult stores but when you get followed around like this lady did it makes you very uncomfortable. I will not be returning

I am glad that I got to experience Treasures for Lovers 4-21,-21 without having read the previous reviews.T.F.L.s well put together and inviting store front awakened my curiosity and made us turn around and go back. They have lovely florals outdoors, but the moment I walked in a beautifully fragrant aroma pulled me into adult private self-care mode. I am uber customer service, so I was taken by surprise by how kind the workers were. They politely greeted us asking if we needed anything particular, and did not hesitate to show me everything I was interested in. The lighthearted lady that helped us was knowledgeable about the products, and I told her she could be a video novelty spokesperson. She is very relatable & so professionally polite that she made me want to shop. She took the time to listen to my preferences & actually showed me some things reasonably priced. Everything was well organized. Some other customers kinda took her away from helping us, but I didnt mind waiting. Either way a tall man swooped right in to pick up assisting me. I did get a vibe closer to the front area section, but it did not stop me from my new delights. I believe that sometimes people who have not been honest have likely stolen from them, so I can honestly say some of the others review concerns are understandable. Any smart business should keep a watchful eye in this day and time. What potential customers have to realize is that Treasures is clearly trying to protect from germs with the plastic screens over products, avoiding potential theft, and try their best to give exceptional customer service!!! Which they did outstandingly my first visit yesterday. They only lost a star for the fact they had no restroom. I usually dont purchase from places without one. The sales was lady the deciding factor me. Great job! Overall, I will definitely look forward to shopping here again.

Very nice place!!! There is tons of stuff in here! It may look small on the outside but trust me it’s full of stuff, there is something in there for everyone! New merchandise arrives regularly with all the latest stuff. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about everything and willing to help everyone. Owners are super nice people who you can tell take such pride in their business! If you haven’t been in there you should make it a point to go in and at least look around!😍 No doubt best selection in the south!!!

Will never go to this store again. My friend and I went to purchase some items for a bachelorette party and the bride to be. We were not greeted and the the blond hair lady (sorry I dont know her name) followed us around and made my friend very uncomfortable. She is pregnant and she kept making remarks towards her. I saw the expression on her face and decided to leave immediately. My friend was so embarrassed and in tears when we got to the car. I went to Peppers Parties and we were treated very nice. We spent a lot of money and will go back again. Take my advice and bypass Treasures. Go directly to Peppers. Better selection and even better customer service.

They have no idea what personal space is, they bombard customers as soon as they walk through the door, and stalk you the entire time youre in the building.

Always a great experience. Employees do follow you around, and you can’t bring a large purse in, but you have to understand that small businesses like these are just trying to protect themselves & their inventory. It’s their livelihood. Amazing selection with great help from employees. They can answer any question, let you see/touch the items to feel the power/variations, and they always have suggestions for new items. I’ve always had excellent customer service, prices seem to be about average (again; small businesses vs. chain store), friendly employees, very knowledgeable about their products. Most importantly, any toys come that have a warranty; the store gives you the manufacturer info to call & a copy of your receipt should you have any issues. They truly want you to get the value for price.

So I went in a couple days ago and knew what I wanted to look at. They followed me around like I was a thief. I had on skin tight leggings, no purse i left it in my truck because Ive been there before and knew you couldnt bring in. So there wouldve been NO WHERE for me to even hide anything. Plus I would never do that in a million years. There were several different items I wanted to look at and price. I was texting my husband to give him the info . Well they would sneak up right by you and not let you have any privacy. While I was looking at lingerie they were trying to show me everything she liked. If I picked up anything to look at, the worker would take it from me and start showing it to me. Then the owner comes and basically shoves a shopping bag in my face and says here put that in (the lingerie I was LOOKING at). Then when I asked a question about condoms she started rolling her eyes at me. I will NEVER go back to this store again. They are so rude, I was going in there to spend ALOT of money but their attitude caused me not to.

So me and my husband decided to go there to check it out only problem is we have an 18 moth old daughter whom is always with us so we had to take turns and one of the ladies who work there was outside doing some sort of cleaning picking something up . I don’t know because I kept my head down while she was out there cause I know she seen the baby in the back seat . So when I get in there i m immediately waiting on and was comfortable as an be just talking about well sexual stuff with this chick she was total awesome and I didn’t have enough money so she found me the next best thing but it wasn’t like someone just trying to sell u the highest the . She knew her stuff and was very down to earth and I ll definitely go back . Sorry that I don’t remember your name . But your the blondeish brown hair . Well I was thinking about going in there but after the reviews no way for one im shy around strangers and I sure dont need someone following me around what ever i buy no one but me and the cashier has any business knowing

I have a service dog. One day I went in this store with him and the owner asked for paperwork on him. FIRST OF ALL thats ILLEGAL to ask that and then deny me to enter. He had his registered service dog vest on, I mean who carries paperwork with them at all times thats why its illegal to ask. Not to mention everytime I go in there the people act kind of snoody, and follow u and make it uncomfortable and unpleasant. Plus the fact that Peppers Partys too is a WAAAAYYY better store. The people are nice its a bigger store with a bigger selection.

Shopped here often, never had an issue. today however, customer service was inept and rude. Won’t be back.
