I have left my email on two occasions looking to buy an expensive keyboard. No one ever follows up so Ill probably end up going elsewhere. Its a shame because I would be willing to pay a little more to use a local company but not when their service is worse than big box.

Wonderful place to visit. They truly want you there and make you feel very welcome. Great knowledge of their products and lots of instruments to see touch and try.

The salesman was super helpful and not pushy. He listened to what I was looking for and ask the questions that made me think about what I was wanting and then guided me in the direction that help me choose to guitar that I picked up today.

These people are amazing!!!

Brought in a yamaha trombone to be cleaned, bought the maintenance plan and everything when I bought the horn. They cleaned it but they completely messed the rotor linkage up, so I brought it back for them to fix the mistake and they did nothing but clean the instrument AGAIN, even though I only mentioned the rotor linkage. Absolutely livid.

Once per year, Mississippi Music has this unbelievable sale that is closed to the public. You receive an invitation in the mail, with two tickets you can use for friends and/or family. And the deals are AMAZING... Everything in the store is discounted heavily, even the grand pianos. A lot of the pianos were already sold by the time that I got there, but from what I understand, those pianos, brand new, were sold for, on some models, $15,000 dollars off! Ive will make sure to be there next year as well!

Typical music store prices but the selection and service are wonderful even when packed to the gills for school band stuff! Definitely worth a few extra dollars to keep a local shop in business and the service department is awesome.

First, there was no high pressure sales which means s lot. A very nice dude helped me with a entry model bass. Made sure I got a good deal on accessories. Will go back when I eventually upgrade, though I will stick with this 4 string Ibanez for awhile. Great bass for the money and me not being sure how Id transfer from being very rusty at guitar.

Good Location, The people who work at this location were ALL very friendly & helpful. Clean & Organized. Very pleasant environment (they even stayed past closing time to assist us)! I would do business here anytime cause they know how to treat their customers!

I went in to have a guitar restrung, which was done quickly, then I purchased a new Yamaha guitar - a deal I couldnt pass up! Great service, good merchandise!

The staff are nice and knowledgeable, but you had best know what kind of instrument you would like to order before you walk in, because the in-store selection is rather weak in my opinion. They rarely ever have a selection of guitars or amplifiers that I like, though they are usually fully stocked on instrument strings/reeds on the sale floor that you may need.

This music shop is truly amazing with repairs and you can buy instruments from pianos to bass guitars im definitely going to get all my music needs here

They have low priced guitar strings

Great customer service and super nice people, but it is WAY too over priced. Saxophone reeds specifically. $62 for 10 alto reeds? Really!!?? I️ can get 20 reeds for that much on amazon.

Dont have alot of variety

First, I was not greeted when I entered the store. Then, I had to find an employee sitting in an office to help me find a music stand. The price was extremely marked up, and I told the salesperson that I would rather buy one online for a third of the price. She snarked as I was walking out, Be ready to return it when it doesnt work. I then replied before leaving, It is just a metal pole with a sheet of metal attached. There is no way one wouldnt work.There are ways to make sales without being rude and ignorant. I would have loved to have supported a local business.

The people there are really snotty. They kept staring at us like we were going to steal something. I felt very uncomfortable. Don’t think I’ll be going back there. Everything is extremely overpriced. I wouldn’t mind the extra price if the employees didn’t make me feel like I had no business being there and I was wasting their valuable time by having to wait on me.

Great people (Not at Jackson location) traveled to Hattiesburg. Our local location not good. Poor customer relations and service.

The service is okay, but the financing program is a total nightmare. I had to call every month to get my payment processed even though they had my card information on file. The customer service representatives are useless.
