I had a pleasant and very easy experience getting my windshield replaced and re-calibrated on my BMW M3 over here. The people here are really kind and friendly unlike at the Huntington location. Only took about 2 hours for the whole process which is a lot quicker than was expected. The work was done really well and I appreciated how the techs went above and beyond to inform me on they were doing and making sure everything was completed properly. They were very respectful of the car and did not leave a mess or any damage which is nice. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to fix their broken glass!

The only reason I would give them 2 stars is solely due to the fact that they completed the errors from the initial install. Ive dealt with them for years and they have failed me for the first time. Molding, rear view mirror, rain sensor, and scratches to the door. Took 3 more attempts until they finally got it right. Again 2 stars only because they did fix what they screwed up, just took a long time.

My appointment was scheduled for the afternoon however I received a call in the morning that they were on the way. Came very early, did a wonderful job replace the old cracked windshield and took it away. No mess,looks great and the expert was very knowledgeable and let me know how to proceed after installation. Im very pleased. Will definitely recommend

Amazing experience with this place! The employees actually care about the customer and go out of their way to make everything right! I hope corporate acknowledges this and gives them a substantial raise or bonus!

Overall it was a good experience. I setup the appointment online through my insurance. When I showed up I was greeted at the desk to check in. The technician came right out to take the car. It took about an hour to complete and the chip repair is barely noticeable.

Had the exact glass for my Super Duty with the Super Duty written on top. In and out before you know it. Clean waiting area...fast service...friendly techs and staff. Very informative.

Made a 7am appointment. Due to traffic was running behind. Called up until I arrived at 7:05 and was unable to get anyone on the phone. So you can book appointments for that hour but not speak to anyone in store. I was assured i would be out within an hour and a half so I could make it to work on time. But yet here I am still sitting with an estimated time of exit being AFTER I’m supposed to be at work for a state exam and being advised that as of the time I was supposed to be leaving the new glass was only being to be installed. Not to mention the woman at the counter was on a personal call when I walked in and had to wait for her to finish to be assisted. For someone who is supposed to be the best in the industry the service here was not what was promised. Best believe if I was not obligated to use Safelite through my insurance I would never use them again. I am a very unhappy customer and would never recommend this to anyone that I know.

Fast service in-and-out quick

Couldn’t do the job I needed which is totally fine but they misplaced the top trim of my windshield and told me not to worry it’s only cosmetic and whoever does the job will replace it. Not the case.

I had an appt set up 2 weeks ago with the bay shore office, their corporate office switched my appt to the Happaugue office, for me to get there and them tell me that neither office had my glass, they send text updates that are clearly false because twice I was texted that my glass was on the way only for them to tell me they needed to order it. Needless to say I walked out and called my insurance to set up my appt with the nearest honda dealership.

Excellent and fast service. Would go back to them again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating! They replaced my windshield on a 2021 VW Atlas. Less than 3 hours to replace and recalibrate my sensors.

All the way best service for my 2017 benz slc 43 amg new oem front window replace. It looks brand new again. One thing missing is inside cabin floor didnt clean up properly. We found several left over parts on floor.

Very pleased with the service and time only one minor issue rearview mirror bracket not put on properly have to return for that. Overall pleased with the work.

Very fast and efficient had my car back in no time, its been 1 week only reason I took it to them was due to recalibration on the front sensors.

Went directly to safelite, was told I had to go through insurance company. Called insurance co. Was told safelite couldnt get us in for two weeks.

Had a warranty issue. Got me right in and took care of it asap. Also showed alot of respect for my car and my concern for future damage. Good experience

First time I used Safelite in Hauppauge they came to my house, replaced my glass while i was at work. I came home on my motorcycle and there was glass everywhere on my driveway and it cost me 400 dollars to replace my rear tire because I didnt see the glass.The second time I took they said the appointment was from 12-5 and they just plainly never showed! I am a bar tender at a brewery and i took off to wait for them and they never showed. They are horrible. PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE! I wish they paid me for my loss wages, especially in COVID times Now I need to take off again to get my glass replaced.

I was the last appointment for the evening and arrived on time - happy to report my car was ready to go 30 minutes later. It wouldve been the five star if not for the tech behind the desk who was literally making fun of a customer that spoke Spanish. He placed the customer on hold so he could bash him on the other line with (what he identified as) his friend.Totally called him out and he asked someone else to help translate.Safelite please get Justin some sensitivity training. just saying; like pronto!

Had Luis from this location replace the windshield of my 2015 Dodge Challenger. The fit is perfect, Luis was super nice and fast and Im incredibly happy with the result!

Staff is friendly, attentive and willing to help in whatever way they can. Location can be difficult to find. Nice waiting room. Complimentary coffee and water. Comfy seats if you have a long wait.

Excellent experience. Although I hope to never have to use them again I would in a heart beat. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have any glass needs dont look any further. My rear window blew out and finding this place was a nice end to a terrible beginning.

Some of the techs are very good, others arent and it took some back and forth to finally get a windshield that fits properly...

Had the last appointment of the day (on a Friday, no less). Arrived earlier than my time and everything was done in 75 minutes--faster than the 90 I was expecting. Everyone was very courteous. Would use them again if my car needs it.

Had my windshield replaced here and it couldnt have been any easier. Arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time. Took my car and 45 minutes it was done.Dont know if I got lucky, but I have no complaints.

Honestly, the place has improved substantially from the reviews Im seeing. Yes the wait time seemed rather long, but it is understandable with snow and rain. It has to dry and be prepped, other wise if they hurried the sealer would not set properly and then people would complain of leaks etc. Customer service was amazing I did not feel like a number. Mike the manager was very humble and down to earth. I felt like sharing my opinion.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my 10 oclock appointment. The reason i made an appointment and went to Safelite location was that i did not want to wait home for the 5 hour window.I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes in which no one touched my car. No one bothered to tell me that they are running late, nothing.I decided to leave, i asked for my keys, the girl at the window said ok, gave me the keys like was a normal thing, no sorry no anything.The parking lot was full with the employees cars, even the handicap spotThis place did not inspire any kind of professionalism.

They replaced my Windshield and it only took them about an hour. Was satisfied by the customer service also.

I just make deliveries there and they got like a million windshields in stock.

The technician that came to my house to replace my windshield was so professional and his customer service was top notch.

Good workmanship, but I had to wait 2.5 hours instead of 30-40 minutes as promised.

I’ve been repeatedly jerked around between scheduling times and the service that actually needs to happen to my car. Absolutely ridiculous. The guys they have driving around trying to fix things aren’t an issue, but their “logistics” at the base has no clue what they are doing.

Friendly and quick service, my glass was changed, inside was vacuumed, took about 2 hours for the entire procedure. Highly recommend!

Had safelite replace windshield. Molding aroud the sides of the windshield were not properly put on, most was hanging off loose. I am not sure if it was damaged but I put back in myself. Also, reason I was replacing windshield was because of hitting a pothole. The pothole also broke the regulator in my rear door, safelite told me this, window fell down, but was not fixed by safelite? I thought I was fully covered by my insurance company, which I am! Not happy at all with this service.
