We visited Long Island for a baseball tournament and decided to stop for breakfast after a very early morning game. We were THRILLED that we made the decision. The food was amazing and the prices were even better!! Definitely the place to stop for a bite to eat!! Well worth it!!

AVOID. Zero stars The guy making my bagel (late/middle aged white guy with grayish hair) had his extremely loose mask around his chin and wasn’t covering his nose or mouth - kindly asked him to replace his mask and he straight ignored me . They each only wore one glove and yet still touched and buttered my bagel with the ungloved hand after handling money etc . The place is filthy . Employees look filthy. No bagel selection . And honestly the bagel itself was terrible - cardboard. Oh and burnt ......

I got sick twice here from eating their lox salmon. At first I wasnt sure that it was the salmon..The second time I opened my bagel halfway and I saw the salmon was mostly brown. And yes I got sick then too.I believe extra precaution should be taken with brined uncooked seafood to protect the integrity of the product and prevent foodborne illnesses.Not cool! Never again will visit.

This bagel place is OK, it’s a shame they can’t make a simple order correctly. Scrambled eggs are yellow and fluffy. If the eggs are coming out BURNT BROWN you’re doing it wrong. When i worked in the food industry i would never put out a dish i would not eat myself. I doubt any of the employees would like to eat a burt egg sandwich they paid for.

First time coming, moved in the area so had to find a new set breakfast place and i had a good experience.

They have the best French toast Bagel. Amazing, I would Highly recommend that you try it with Strawberry Cream cheese.

They could not get a simple order ( bagel with butter & jelly toasted ) correct they had no bagels in stock & the young woman in there was smoking here vape while making my bagel, terrible service & terrible bagels

Dont order from here . They do not follow health and food codes. If they mess up your order they will argue with you and make you pay more to replace it. The delivery driver who is a tall balding whyte man is incredibly rude . Just over all terrible customer service and terrible employees. There are so many more bagel/breakfast places on long island. Order from somewhere else and save your time,money, sanity . Its not worth it in the least.

If I could give zero stars I would, Ive tried this place multiple times and every time I go I think maybe things will change. Bagel stop doesnt even have bagels for the most part and when they do theres only options to pick between one or two types. Ordered a breakfast sandwich for my girlfriend and asked for a hashbrown, they placed home fries instead. This happened twice now. I think it would be best to stay away.

They gave me yesterdays bagel. When I first got there I had asked for a French toast bagel untoasted and the worker had said Im sorry but it was yesterdays. I then ordered a cinnamon raisin with butter and when I took a bite I knew that its was old and stale.

The bagels are always fresh and coffee is great. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Only thing is bagel variety is limited and dont always have what you want but its still great

2nd weekend in a row, that they got my order wrong. The first time I let it go. Second time, I got home, opened my egg sandwich, and was wrong. This time, went back, told them they must have given me someone elses order. I ordered 2 fried eggs over med, with bacon and butter on a plain roll. And a plain buttered bagel. I got, 2 eggs chopped up, well done with chopped up bacon on a bagel. Went back to get the right order. I got what looked like the same eggs thrown in a plain roll with chopped bacon again. This time I checked it when I got in my truck, and went right back in and told them, its wrong AGAIN... I wont be coming back here ... Employees said nothing

Its 10am on Sunday morning in and this place was empty.. walked in with my sister, wasnt acknowledged for 10 minutes, we were the only people in there, the employee had to check her phone four times before finally asking what we wanted.. took her time making the bagel, then stopped halfway through making my bagel to start a to go order.... My sister didnt even get to tell her what she wanted..We watched her pick up her phone one more time and we walked out.Prob should of took the hint when we saw it was empty.

This place is usually decent but this time it was the most disappointing visit ever i went in there for a cup of French onion soup and received broth with nothing in it!!! No onions cheese or bred inside. I work 20 minutes away and it’s super inconvenient how they didn’t even give me a receipt now I’m here with my lunch money wasted at work with nothing to eat. Thanks a freaking lot

Not bad, my usual morning bagel stop...for the most part I like this deli out of all times going here which is like daily for 6-8 months they only had my order wrong one time which isn’t bad. I’d give more stars if they didn’t have a delivery minimum..

Ive been coming here to get breakfast for a while now and the service is always great. My go-to sandwich is the Hungry Man which is filled with egg, sausage, ham, bacon, and cheese. I suggest calling in your order before going in. Also the coffee is free with your order up until 11 am. Theres a decent about of bagels to choose from and sides such as potato salad are available.

The last 2 times I went in to pick up my order for a breakfast sandwich they did it wrong I asked for no ketchup ! I go in today to pick up my food I get the miserable women thats mad at life I ask what is on the egg sandwich she says you really need me to read off the ticket really I said yes because 2 times you guys put ketchup and I dont eat ketchup she walked away refused to let me pay for order I said why are you always so rude she said your rude thats why I dont help you! I order from the Bagel Shop almost every day that Im home. My favorite thing on the Menu is the Grand Slam. The Breakfast sandwiches are good as well, but, I lovr PANCAKES

I wouldnt eat in this place if it was free, I walk in to order and one girl behind the counter starts wiping sweat off her face and then proceeds to prepare an order I think, well at least Im not gonna get her, then another one starts digging her finger in her ear. Disgusting. Great place if you like other peoples body fluids in your food

Omg delicious!!!!....Just ordered from here for the first time....my order is a little unconventional....and usually confuses most people....girl on the phone was super sweet.....and my order was absolutely perfect!!.....delivery took 40 min....but my sandwich was hot!!!! So thats whats important!!! AWESOME!

Came here today, the hours say it’s 7am-1pm I go in looking at the menu, I was rushed. I was just looking at the menu for 1 minute since they have different options. The girl behind the counter told me that the grill will be closing and to make it quick. Confused to as why she would rush me if they still had more than an hour left before they even closed. Last time I came here on a Sunday they were closed twice. I don’t get why they even have their store hours if they close whenever they want and do whatever they want. Not coming here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. Their food is okay but their customer service is terrible.

Fantastic breakfast sandwiches. Typical NY style deli. Order a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel with salt, pepper and ketchup and you will enjoy life for having done so.

The worst chicken cutlet hero I have ever had...why would you chop up the cutlet to such little bits. It was a mess and the wait was long also...never coming to this place again. How do you mess up a hero

Maybe thats why I wasnt too impressed with the beef Thenthuk. Granted, it was an even larger portion of flat noodles (hand made, according to the menu), but it didnt really have any flavor.

Took an hour to get my food delivered, cold not suprisingly. and it cost me 11 dollars for a regular egg sandwich a small carton of orange juice and an even smaller bottle of arizona. never again.

Not really a big selection of bagels, especially for a place called the bagel stop. also didnt put nearly enough butter on my boyfriends bagels and mine was burnt.
