Love all the fun and different flavors. Got a fresh batch that was super warm and fluffy, so good! I was skeptical about the bacon one but its an interesting flavor combination. They were all delicious! Get some!

I come here once a year. Besides me! This place was a mind-blowing discovery. The donuts are out of this world. Way better than any other donut locations. The toppings itself will have you bamboozled but once you try them..youd want another one. Its that good.

Randomly popped in to see what this place was about and I’m happy I did . This place let’s you customize a very delicious, fresh donut! I got the Churro Cheesecake donut and after taking one bite I regret only buying one because it was so good . Will definitely return in the future and I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area!

By far the best donuts I have ever tasted. Beats krispy kreme by a mile. They have so many varieties of donuts and I have found not one that I did not like. For this batch of donuts I went with whatever sounded tasty but the chocolate box you can never go wrong with. Their milkshakes are also amazing as well, much better than the milkshakes I’ve had shake shack, Chick-fil-A or even sonic. And the staff are always amazing in terms of giving you suggestions or just to have idle chit chat with.

$14.66 for six donuts is not cheap, that’s $2.44 each which is a bit steep.Donuts were a bit greasy but still tasted pretty nice, better than Dunkin’ Donuts but take my advice, they’re not worth twice the price.They only sell donuts with a hole which should be a crime, stuffing a tablespoon of Bavarian Cream filling inside wouldn’t have cost much more than a dime, I will not be return to this place as it is a waste of my stomach’s time, all I could do is sit here and complain with my rhyme.

They are just to right size, and the staff dont skimp out on the toppings, so no worry there.With that in mind, I would recommend ordering ahead online, so you lessen youre wait and you dont hold up the line when you go there.They offer seasonal flavors that they set all the customizations to fit the occasion, like halloween and fall flavors.Duck donuts also offer hot and cold drinks to pair with their delicious donuts.

Duck Donuts is an oasis amid a desert of donuts on Long Island. Sure Dunkin is around--everywhere actually--but there arent nearly enough independent and small chain donut shops. Duck Donuts are definitely a welcome shop, with a number of favorites to chose or an ingredient menu for make your own.Each donut is made to order. The half dozen box was presented to me and I was asked if they were acceptable. I agreed, complimented the staff and made my way home happy.

This was my first experience with Duck Donuts. A few of my friends recommended this place and said how heavenly the donuts were. So needless to say, I had to try it. It lived up to the hype. The cake donuts were moist, light and fluffy. It melted in my mouth. They are freshly made and have a really great selection. You can also create your own flavor combinations. I had the apple pie which was decadent. I could honestly just eat the donut by itself without any toppings thats how delicious it was for me. I also bought pumpkin streusel which had a nice seasonal flavor that was not overpowering, and the salted caramel and lemon raspberry. This is a must try. Donuts average cost $2.50 but you are paying for a work of art.

Wow a new donut place for Long Island. Warm, delicious, and made to order. The base donut is the same, you just pick the type of topping. Easy to see right off of Nesconsett Highway in Suffolk County and adjoining areas. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Long lines but it moves quickly. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Self serve coffee. Not cheap so bring your credit card. We will definitely be going back..

We were excited to drive a little ways to give them a try. Not disappointed! We did the build our own and the donuts were fresh and warm! Also, we did curbside pick-up, it went pretty smoothly. Very soft and cake-like with drool-worthy, hearty, toppings. Very rich and sweet. Definitely worth the small trip. Well definitely be back! At the Marathon. they passed out their amazingly good, individually wrapped, donuts that everyone, including me, enjoyed. The smell when you first walked in was amazing. The decor and atmosphere is so cute and I loved that it didnt feel like you were being rushed and it wasnt chaotic even though it was packed. Definitely going back. Smores donut was so good maple bacon was good as well.

I do not normally leave reviews, but I need to give this girl credit. Because I know she does not get paid enough. This was my first time ever going to duck donuts. I heard many great things. The guy at the counter was nice and helped me with my order but Vanessa truly made my experience. She greeted me at the door and was very cheery, she complimented me and another customer which I know made her day ☺️ And mine. She actually made me excited to be there, it’s not often u get to meet people like this. And I believe she deserves a raise.

As someone who travels around the country and always tries different donut shops, I would definitely call myself a connoisseur of donuts that being said this place exceeded my expectations. They taste like hot warm zeppoles topped with yummy deliciousness and I was in heaven trying them. They make them right there in front of you, toppings at all I highly suggest you go check them out.

Horrible servicePlaced an order with my daughter today.. they were supposed to text you when it was done.. over an hour later and everyone behind me were served and walking out.. so naturally they miss my text I assumed.. I walk in to be jumped on by an older woman stating if I didnt get a text my order wasnt ready.. as it sat on the counter for at least another 1/2hr.. I spent $50 to be treated like a child at 48yrs old.. never again am I coming back.. overpriced and service is just rude and horrible, no thank you.

Cant say enough good things about this place! Hot from the oil homemade donuts made in front of you, countless combinations of custom toppings, served warm looking like art! Favorites are the maple bacon and the lemon glazed with raspberry drizzle.

Really good. The maple bacon donut was the best of the bunch that we tried IMO but there wasnt a bad one in the bunch. Very reasonable for what you get and compares favorably to NoFoDoCo. These people complaining about prices need to try the actual product first, realize theyre in NY, or just stick to Dunkin perhaps. I dont mind Dunkin but thats not even the same stratosphere of Donut compared to these.

Great. The donuts are made right in front of you. To order. The favorite seems to be the bacon covered one. I had a peanut butter one. Comes freshly made and warm. Chocolate melting down. Yum. After trying to remember to stop by on so many occasions after learning of their opening, I finally made it to Duck Donuts. Heres the scoop for the uninitiated, I learned these the hard way. Traditionally, donuts are made with either a yeast dough or a cake dough. These are cake donuts. They only make one donut, thats it. However, the magic happens when the customer chooses their flavor combinations of icing, drizzle, and toppings. I chose to get a half dozen in pairs; two Lemon icing with Raspberry drizzle, two Maple icing with Salted Caramel drizzle topped with chopped Bacon, and two Peanut Butter icing with Hot Fudge drizzle. I didnt realize theyre meant to be eaten while still warm, dont make the same mistake. Had I read the box carefully, its right on there. Nothing a dozen or so seconds in the microwave couldnt fix but, its clearly not the same (times/microwaves vary, haha). Also, these will take a bit to put together and part of your first experience should include enjoying the show. Four customers who ordered boxes of donuts after me left before me and I started to get impatient. As a noob no longer, I now know it was a rookie mistake not watching the young lady create dessert art. I was presented the open box for my approval before the top was placed, and still didnt get it. It didnt click until I finished the days first cup of coffee later and I felt terrible. If youre reading this review, I apologize for not showing more appreciation for your hard work. Ill be sure to make up for it next visit. The only reason I didnt give five stars is due to the menu. To me, its not user friendly. The register placemats have a frosted plastic spill protection which makes it hard to see the pictures of each donut. There are more choices on glossy cardboard menus at the counter but, one should know what they want by time youre standing in front of the cashier so as not to hold up those behind you. Finally, considering the effort each donut requires and the care given to not only taste but, appearance, make sure you tip well. This isnt the local coffee chain where the employees are simply going through the motions and, it shows in the finished product.

Early morning 7am before work ran in and explained I needed to get to work and they had two people working to prepare my assorted box.Brought the box into work, cut all the donuts into quarters and the office loved it!Courteous and kind staff. Delicious donuts. Maple Bacon and Blueberry Lemon were two favorites.

Took a semi-long drive out to get donuts so the kids can have at least an hour or so out of the house. They had so many options and also make your own. Kids made their own but they weren’t being creative so they got basic. I can’t really have sweets so just took a bite of a few and they were amazing. The staff was very nice and patient with my kids. I should’ve found this place sooner then we would’ve made this a weekly thing during quarantine. I rather drive the 30 minutes to get fresh donuts than walk to the corner DD. This is our new donut spot, until they open up one closer to us.

I went with my wife to this highly rated donut place in Google for the first time, but did not have the best of experiences. The staff was friendly, but service was very slow. Donuts were overpriced and they were just OK, flavorwise.Cleaning seems to be a pretty big problem here. Staff doesnt care about toppings falling on the floor, or of wipping table where donuts are placed when order is ready. Also, dust is everywhere. Lighting features and rubber ducks decorating the place were very dusty. Place looks welcoming but owner seems to disregard Staffs safety. There is a broken pipe that sticks out from wall in front of pickup counter. Tripping harzard, anyone? I think this donut place can do better.

Really great food though I had a bit of trouble with where to go for online pick ups.The signs seem to indicate that you dont go to the main register but they had no one at the pick up area (all the workers were preparing donuts) so I ended up waiting thinking they were helping another customer.It turned out that my order has been ready to go since I arrived. Once I got tired of waiting I went to the register and was able to get my order.

The soft, cake-like donuts are made fresh, iced, and topped right before your very eyes! Online ordering is super convenient with pre-determined packs or you can make your own. Theyre warm and delicious! The Riptide Roast coffee is a beautiful bold blend, while the Lighthouse Blend is a lovely light roast, and a perfect pick-me-up to complement your morning treat or afternoon indulgence.
