The store is fantastic. The service is fantastic. The product is not. My cans of paint were mixed poorly, resulting in my finishing the room in a different color than I started with. I also find it amusing that Sherwin Williams is essentially making me write a review as part of a post-visit survey they emailed me.

Service at the store is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I love sherwin we Williams paint it may cost more but the results are what Im about. Shop at the Hauppauge location and Im sure you will be back again.

Alex and Nick at this location have been excellent. We’ve been back and forth for too many reasons. Their patience with us and superior customer service I have to say has set this store apart. Today Alex went above and beyond with us, solving some new homeowner quirks to say the least, and we are highly appreciative of that. Great job, and we will be back as this is our new go to paint store.
