Awesome friendly place, with excellent help!

On 6/28/2017 at 7:25 am I arrived at store needing a part. Grab the doors and they were both locked. I saw they had 5 minutes still to open. So I hung out in the parking area and looked at an old corvette. I assume it was the guy peeking through the glass at me. I walked around a bit till 7:35. I glimpsed up again and saw I was being watched but still had locked doors. I think my business was important but he didnt I guess. As I drove away to the light he then decided to open up the business. This is poor business. I was giving them another chance as the last time I was in there they acted as if I was a bother because of a young female they may have been entertaining. I try to shop local as I live near there. Im now done with them. Im sure it will be another empty building soon. Its sad.

These guys back their word 100%. Had to exchange a defective part, they did w no questions asked! No $! No problem! They were even courteous about it! Stick with Carquest at Kittrells Auto Parts in Havelock!

Nice customer service

Staff looks like its a hassle to help you and they hate work. Poor selection is store compared to Advance Auto and AutoZone. Inventory looks dusty and old because nobody buys their stuff or they dont clean the place.
