I understand checking ID for people that look young but when youre in your 40s and have gray hair requiring ID is a little over board

I love coming into this store ..everything is in its place always fully stocked and the employees are always greeting new customers and very helpful ..and very polite ..and the bathrooms are always clean and smelling fresh .

Classic Bait and Switch at this station! Stay Away!. Main posted sign shows 2.399 per gallon for regular gas... When you pump it is actually 2.479 per gallon! Went in to voice my concern to the manager. Was told in a smart aleck tone that only Corporate can remotely change the sign pricing to the correct price.I called the Circle K corporate offices and pressed the button number five for customer service and it said Customer service was not available! I guess thats a true statement!I then called the NC Attorney Generals office to file a complaint and have paperwork coming.

Ive generally had a decent experience with this station and its employees, but I was certainly exposed to the weakest link today. I had poor customer service that took no ownership for their lack of knowledge and instead laid blame on me, the customer. Additionally the diesel pump needs repair(40 mins to pump 32 gallons). I come to this station to take advantage of Harris teeter fuel rewards program that has worked at this very station for the last 6 months and according to HT website is still participating in the program today. The only silver lining to rechecking the website was finding out another BP station in the area has joined the rewards program. This experience cost me $32 in lost savings, but cost this station a previously loyal customer.

Husband came home with coffee for me. Thankfully I took the top off because there were about 15-20 ants floating on top and around rim of cup. Whoever was working was extremely rude and didnt care about my concerns when I called to inform them. We wont be spending our money in this store anymore.

Not bad place.

What a nightmare. Hard to believe that a company will allow its employees to treat their patron as if their business in not needed or wanted. Companies who dont appreciate their customers typically loose them

I used to love in summer getting either a frozen coke or orange cream frozen. Not only is the orange cream gone the frozen coke comes out more like a plain old coke. Within 30 minutes anything frozen about it is gone. I have a half full frozen coke and it tastes like coke. Awful when you have your tastes set for that taste and you dont get it. Used to be the only store I used because I loved the cokes and had other things. Now theres no real reason to go there. The manager gave me the I cant make you happy look. I can get past the headache powders because compared to other places they were only 3.00$.2 places I can get them cheaper. I really want my frozen coke back. If I wanted to drink just coke I could get that cheaper elsewhere too. I will say the employees in the store are awesome. Always a smile, an how are you?, Aweing at my grand babies. Fix the coke and ditch the lemonade/watermelon flavor its awful. Long time customer way before it became Circle K.Had to put my 2¢ in.Ruth McLain
