A local business that provides a multitude of services, always courteous and professional. This business also has the ability to scan and reprint 12 x 12 ancestry scrapbook pages.

Waited inside for several minutes before anyone came to help. The woman helping me seemed annoyed and would not provide an intake receipt for a package I was dropping off. When questioned she stated they do not provide intake receipts and the package would not be scanned for acceptance until the UPS driver picked it up. I have always received a receipt from these types of stores when dropping off a package with a pre-printed label.

I’m a Scentsy Consultant and my business has grown 3 times as it was last year with using this business! They are so friendly and helpful that I get all my happy mail and prizes to my loyal customers fast and easy! I don’t know what I would do without them! I refer everyone to them especially with their hours being longer than the post office! Thank you so much! I appreciate y’all more than you know!

Absolutely love this place!! They are both so helpful and fast! I ship out several orders a week and I love that they know me and my business by just me walking through the door. You can’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else! If anything has ever messed up they have been quick to fix it and take care of me. They will forever have my business as long as we are here!

Very helpful, affordable and I seldom have to wait. If there is a customer in before me, the other owner of this business comes out to assist, so theres no waiting as they both try to expedite the wait period. Id rather go here than the post office as they are MUCH friendlier and quick service. I have sent letters, notary, made copies and bought novelties from this business. Will always chose Pack & Mail first and hope they remain here in Havelock for many years to come.

Steve (the owner) went out of his way to help me with a fine China set that I purchase off Ebay that was located in NC to be shipped to SoCal. He was very patient with me, adn communicated every step of the way, gave me a reasonable estimate with only seeing the photos, and came within his original estimate. All the Fine China arrived beautifully with no damaged, and made sure I had photos of before it was shipped and detailed information with the tracking. I wish all businesses/ Customer Service here in California could be like Pack & Mail Plus. Thank you Steve and his team.

They barely do their job, just not in a particularly friendly fashion. The woman especially, but both the owners just seem perpetually annoyed which I find astonishingly remarkable considering they dont ever appear to be doing much in there. If there were anywhere, ANYWHERE else reasonably close enough as an alternative, Id go to them in a heartbeat. Sadly, there isnt.

Very courteous customer support! I brought in about 500 pages of 11x17 drawings that needed to be copied. The staff had them copied immediately for us and took the time to make sure every package stayed in order. Will definitely recommend to others

Ive used them multiple times over the past few years for faxes and over-night shipping. Always quick and courteous service. The also have a Public Notary on staff, which has come in handy many times.Highly recommended.

They are a terrific small business. They can handle all sorts of complicated mailing tasks. Wonderful customer service. Great family! Love this place! Been using them for a while. They are quick and very helpful. I wont use the post office, UPS, or anywhere else as long as theyre here.

Had pre-labeled boxes by UPS to drop off. Asked for a receipt. He refused saying I could take a pic of the labels if I wanted. Ive been to many of these types of all-in-one stores and I have always gotten receipts printed out

Most convenient place in Havelock! If you need to mail something (FedEx, UPS, or Regular Mail, fax, copies, etc this is the place for you to go. I love supporting entrepreneurs plus this shop is so much needed in this small town. Thank you Pack & Mail you have helped me in so many ways.

We have our mailbox there. Love the service, I know our mail is always safe. I would recommend them for any and all services they offer.

Every time I have business I get excellent service every time.

Consistently terrible service and awful attitude. I never write reviews but after several years of coming here I felt compelled to take the time.I often sit in the parking lot outside, building up patience, yearning and searching Maps for another business to use. I seeth with the anticipation of spending any time or money here i.e. - having to use their services.Walking through the front door makes my skin crawl with the anticipation of how terrible I am going to feel upon leaving.I have been self-employed before; customer service is #1 - always treat your customers like Gold, or at least with dignity. They are the ones keeping you in business.I often thought that maybe they were having a bad day, but after 5 years I see that this isnt the case.Mr Pak&Mail is always melancholy at best and is acting like they are doing you a favor, Mrs Pak&Mail is just downright rude and nasty at most times - the personality equivalent of nails down a chalkboard.Guys, seriously - if this job sucks that bad sell the Franchise and go do something else. We all have done job changes before.I am done - with walking in to handle my Business and trying to make you smile and get a small bit of respect for being the customer.I am done - and will use USPS down the road or FedEx dropoff at the NB airport. Seriously, I am driving that far back and forth just to avoid this business. I vote with my wallet, and my $$ is going elsewhere.- - Horrendous Attitude - - I am forced to leave 1 star.

I feel compelled to right this review. After how poorly we were treated for a simple drop off.I went in to drop of off a power wheels from Toys Rus to be returned. I recieved a prepaid return label for FedEx pick up. I double checked we could drop this off and showed the labels to the owner before hand. I also asked for tape to close the top of the box. He informed me it would cost $1 for tape on the box. I get that, nothing is free to use no big deal.The box was over 70lbs and the owner watched as my mother and I struggled and dropped the box over and over again. We asked for help, and he said I AM NOT GETTING PAID FOR THIS, so he will not help. Im sure my face was in a state of shock that a business owner would actually say that. When we asked for tape on the box and he said PAY UP and he would not do it for us. He DID end up putting the tape on as he slammed the box every time with the roller. We most certainly told him that was very uncalled for. We only wanted to drop this off and be on our way. In no way was I expecting confrontation from the owner for using HIS SERVICES. NO we did not pay for anything or send something personal, but we did use his services he offers to make a return with a prepaid label from Toys Rus.If you do not want to offer those services at your PACK AND MAIL PLUS business, then simply dont and you wont have to be so disgruntled over a simple return. It is a shame to have a business like this in Havelock to treat people that way. We were just looking for a simple extra hand with the box. NOTHING. MORE!Please only go here if you need personal services not with A PREPAID label. You will be verbally abused by the owner. You will be treated extremely poorly which is unfortunate in such a small town like havelock who should represent much more respect for customers who keep these businesss open.Sarah Edrington
