The electronics department was very helpful when I was trying select a new TV. They even carried it out to my vehicle and loaded it. Thank you for your kind customer service and great price.

The people were so kind, the store is clean and organized well! It was my first time there and I was impressed with most of the prices.

Great employees and knowledge staff. They will work with you to get the things you want and need. Check out the firearms department as well! They will surprise you with the selection.

Smaller exchange but they still have some nice things

Great Staff, a/c did not seem to be working very well. Staff were very helpful, not a large variety of bedding or womens clothes, no plus sizes, would be nice to see bigger selection. No window curtains at all.

On base shopping just cant be beaten. No taxes, no long out rages lines. Well stocked. Employees show the up most respect to Men Women and those who is serving or served this country.

Bought a tent from here. When I went to pitch it, it was used and covered in sand. The poles and the top were also gone. Seems like someone used it threw away half of it and returned it and the store allowed it.

Went to the safety store for work shoes. They have a good size selection but not that many sizes. May have had more in the back not sure. But I found what I was looking for and Im happy.

The customer service is definitely accommodating however the store variety of products is not what I was hoping for. In the most recent trip the tvs were limited in brands and the womens shoe section didnt have a good cross selection of styles which to choose from. Im not sure if this is because its a smaller store or the demand of the shoppers. I check by every now and then when I am going to the commissary. Unfortunately this isnt a store high on the list of places I want to shop however I keep going hoping that one day it will change for the better.

Great Marine Corps Exchange. Always very tidy and now they have a safety shoe store which is amazing. Huge selection.

Never purchase furniture from the furniture center. The lady at the reception still has no idea where the furniture is and is telling me my goods will probably be here via the trucks around 1 September. Very bad customer service after you buy the goods. Bought furniture in August, estimated date of delivery(maybe) around the month of September.

Every employee really stepped up and helped me very much today...it was my first time at the exchange here on cherry point and the gals taking care of the jewelry department helped me very much find a particular set of sunglasses that I was looking for and they were so down to earth and friend...thanks gals. Also, the gal at the cell phone e services department helped me fpurchase a set of wireless ear pods for my wife and getting me a great discount too....thank you all for making this trip go so well...yall are awesome

The exchange is clean and sparse the only thing thats a lot of is Ashley furniture and military gear ! they have still not fixed the parking lot its as if they dont care theyll probably remodel and close like theyve done with previous buildings on the base as in the bowling alley I wouldnt be surprised if they also close the cinema I guess they just want eateries as in the brand new Pizza hut the ones are guys fat or theyll kick them out because theyre fat they just dont seem to care about the military family anymore! or what the military family really needs maybe they should ask them instead of assuming!

Great place to shop while on a Gov military base. Has food, groceries, clothing and such.

Limited selection but its a smaller MCX then others we have visited. In general though meets the needs we have.

Decent selection and prices, I find great deals on their clearance items. Regular prices are usually still to high for me. I only shop great deals.

The store has what you’d expect from a small(er) exchange - uniform items, snacks, etc.

Good as any other MCX Ive been too, just a smaller. Never had a problem with the built in tailors, barber shop or package store either. Prices arent amazing but its tax free so that helps

Best commissary and excellent staff. Always friendly and helpful. Everything is organized and clean. Annette the manager has always been very friendly to our entire family.

One of our favorite shopping spots. The jewelry counter ladies and the customer service lady, at the front counter, are always very helpful and friendly.

Great resource for our military. Lots of name brands and comparable prices.

Its what you can expect out of a large MCX, (think of the Twentynine Palms MCX but with lower ceilings.) They have a bit of everything. My cousin and I went mostly for the Marine Corps memorabilia. We got two onsies for my son and some stickers. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!

Not a bad, we found what we needed.

If there is an option for no stars I would love to post that for this place they call MCX. I work retail and customer service is huge priority but majority of these employees here are extremely lazy and have ZERO customer assistant and service. NO is their favorite word...if they are part of our organization they will never last a second. Please train these people again or hire new employees that would love to interact and help customers.

Military base at Cherry Point. Was here with wife to visit our daughter and son inlaw, both Marines. Very nice MCX. Need military ID to purchase anything.

This store is consistently HOT. Like, I end up sweaty in minutes of being there. Who wants to spend time or try clothes on in that kind of environment. Very little selection, prices really arent that great. The only redeeming quality is theres no sales tax.

The employees arent informed on the policies for use of cards. Most of the employees are rude and unwilling to assist customers. If you approach them with a problem they would rather tell you No instead of actually looking into how the problem can be resolved. This is not true for all the employees, however, it is true for most of the employees. For personnel who are supposed to assist service members I am really disappointed in the people the MCX allows to represent them as a company dedicated to supporting members of the armed forces.

Great place to shop. Employees are knowledgeable in the department in which they are assigned to work. Upon entering, you are greated with a warm smile, and a Hello from any number of employees. As a former manager of a popular, not related to MCCS, and expanding state wide store. These qualities that are instilled into the personell is what makes the MCX at Cherry Point a place people like to return to shop.

Love shopping here its a bit pricey for the most part but you fine deals on some days nice and clean and easy to walk through the store Costumer services can be a lot better wish they were more polite when in need of assistance when it comes to finding items around the store other then that great place to shop ...

The gal at customer service was very nice. The gal that checked us out this evening was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I understand its the end of the day and time for the store to close but I was always taught to smile and remember the customer makes it possible for you to have a paycheck. Even my daughter commented on kodas behavior. She was a dept mgr at hobby lobby and she would have been written up for acting like that. I was extremely disappointed as I love to shop at the exchange and get goodies for my family and friends. Thankfully my experience last weekend was delightful as the blonde haired cashier was amazing. Great personality and customer service. Amazing Service. Shopped furniture today and had great experience.

Rude workers. The prices are claimed to be higher by MCCS to help with base projects . But clearly isnt. On base activities arent being kept up . So the over priced items including gas needs to stop . Someone else needs to take over the MCX . MCCS is ruining it and people dont realize it. They claim their main focus is Marines, Sailors and their families. If that was true they wouldnt be trying to RIP people off.

Been stationed all over and now that Im a dependa I reside on cherry point. Let me tell you what. Mcx cherry point is on the ball. Always findimg deals. Workers are so nice. Seeing pfcs on working partys there also made me happy because feeding on their tears is a welcomed refreshment

Never EVER has what you need if you are looking for Navy uniform items. When I asked about NSU jacket devices I was told that they dont carry them because they dont sell; so as usual my only option (as has been the case for anything outside of medals and and dress blue rating patches) is to drive over an hour to Camp Lejeune so I can get what I need. Appearently the MCX has completely forgotten the 300+ sailors at the clinic and the boat docks.
