I highly recommend the store. After visiting many local furniture stores, I was pleasantly surprised to find quality furniture and a knowledgeable and professional sales person. They were honest about when things would be available for delivery (even when the news wasnt good). I am a fan of lazy boy quality and I found a great sofa and several other pieces for our new home. They will be my go to furniture store from now on.

Visited the store today to purchase a power reclining chair. Sales lady was rude from the start!! No mask and not vaccinated!! I have purchase several products in the past and had super service. Something has changed!! Left store in a hurry!!

Recommend not using Bowden & Carr! Ordered a recliner 8/15/20 ($2,449.91) with a delivery date of 11/1/20. RECIEVED IT 1/7/21 or 66-days late missing birthday and Christmas! We called when chair was 30-days late and spoke with Julie who was sharp, rude, and said just come get your money, rather than answering the question of when would we see delivery.Chair was delivered in good shape and lives up to the Laz-Boy name. Delivery crew was helpful but could not take payment. I explained that I was leaving the country and not available to pay until next week. Crew took a note and said not a problem sir...Then my wife is called repeatedly and berated about payment, after I try to pay and explained that I would pay the following week when I returned. Customer service from Bowden & Carr was poor at best. Scott

My car broke down out front. The lady working there was by herself and was being pulled in every direction. Even so, she was incredibly kind and personable. I wish I was in the market for new furniture. Definitely check them out... If theyll treat a random guy that broke down in their parking lot so well, Id venture to say theyll do almost anything for their customers.

I purchased a sectional right off their showroom floor. Unfortunately, after just a few months I started having issues with the fabric and sagging of the attached back pillows. I took my concerns to the store and I was pleasantly surprised when they acted immediately and helped me file a claim. They assisted me in picking out a new fabric from the performance line and in 8 weeks, I had a new sectional. Amazing customer service!

I purchased my recliner from this store, selecting it for its appearance and comfort. I am totally satisfied with both of these features; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the loud, loud noise it makes when closing the recliner. Your technician came and checked it out but said nothing could be done. I am so disappointed with this chair! If I could afford it, I would throw this chair away and purchase another name brand recliner.
