We moved to Haverhill three years ago from Lynn and havent needed a Mechanic until now. After a lot of google searches and reading reviews to find an honest Mechanic we went with White Street Auto. The White St Auto crew has always been good to me. When I moved to Haverhill I was stressed about finding a new mechanic that I could trust. Robin and Shaun (Shawn?) made that transition easy for me. Theyve always been upfront, fair, and quick. They even let me store my bike in their shop for a week and helped me inspect a used car I was considering buying.If youre looking for a local down-to-earth and trustworthy mechanic, give em a shot.

This is my third year coming here for my inspection, and every time, I’ve been in and out in about 10 minutes. No bs here, they are just quick, efficient, and down to business. Highly recommend.

I had bought new pads and rotors for my car to replace myself. But after losing access to my outdoor workspace, and temps being at or below freezing for the foreseeable future I decided to leave it to a professional. I found White Street Auto Diagnostic through a ton of positive recommendations from a Haverhill Facebook group. I was not disappointed. They installed the parts I already had even though they stressed that it wasnt something they would do regularly. That right there saved me on return shipping costs since I had ordered them online. The shop is within walking distance from my house so dropping off and returning when the work was complete was easy. Friendly staff and work was completed properly. Not more you can ask for. I will definitely be returning for my future repair needs.

Nope, nope and nope! Never again! Came here to fix a problem with my vehicle. At first they said my radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. So I replaced that and the problem continued to occur and I went back and then they told me my water pump was leaking and that needed to be replaced. I spent $200 at first and now they wanted to charge me $400 and tried telling me they didnt make a mistake. Didnt believe them so I went to Midas up the road where they told me that my engine block had a crack in it and that it was LEAKING ON MY WATER PUMP. This shop is very lazy and the owner didnt even double check. Will never recommend and will never go back! Save yourself some $$ and the hassle!!
