I Purchased car, check engine light came on, in service 3 times same issue. Meanwhile found a new vehicle listed for sale on their website, went in person to put deposit down for price listed on website, salesman states not necessary as they were waiting on vehicle to be inspected. I called each day, made appointment to see new vehicle to purchase, after many hours in showroom salesman says it a different price much higher than advertised! I had pictures of price on web both salesman and manager didn’t care. Now stuck with a lemon, problem continues throughout Covid. I can’t trade it in with check engine light on, brought it back in for service had it for days, once finally ready, picked up seems okay then two days later the same problem. Back for over a week, now appears to be fixed with what they tried to get away with NOT fixing in the beginning. Not sure if they care how important a vehicle truly is. I am a caretaker and foster parent to 3 children whom have also been affected by the neglect of this establishment. Making monthly payments on time felt like throwing my hard earned money away.I’m in the process of looking for a dependable vehicle, hopefully it can be traded without too much of a hit.

Had to chose the 1 Star because I wanted to leave a review. I would rather leave 0 Stars! Bought a Brand New 85,000 Dollar Denali. I waited for it to be delivered so when it showed up the deal was already done so there was no Test Drive. First run down the Highway and getting Severe Steering Wheel Wobble, truck had 110 Miles on it at this point. Got the run around from the Service Department. My bad for just now checking the Reviews but its obvious the Service Department is having some issues. I run 2 Businesses so I feel as though I have a good handle on how to treat our Customers, people want to be treated with respect and honesty. The service Department has no clue, sorry, thats the truth. I wont be back and suggest that if you intend on shopping there, dont expect much and youll be fine.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Bill DeLuca in the past. I will never return. Your very slow response to our third engine seizing in our GMC Terrain was completely horrible. Many of our friends will not be utilizing your dealership in the future. We are very disappointed with your team.

Checkin for service was very long, not like usual. He had difficulty on the computer for about 15 minutes. Then they oil change/tire rotation took about 45-50 minutes. I have always been able to get in and out in 30. After the longer wait for service, I was told I need new tires and it wasn’t worth rotating? They did recently pass inspection. I did pay for both services. I would have preferred the rotate them anyone. Lastly, your security alarm kept going off repeatedly for 30 minutes off and on and off and on. I get migraines so I left and stood outside but there was no place to sit. So I stood for the 45-50 minutes and only left with an oil change. I had to run and was told that they would email or call me with a quote for the four new tires. Nobody did either. I have been using you guys for almost for years. Might be better to try a different location next time. Not mad, just overall disappointed for the first time at this location. I always give you 5 stars.

My husband and I both lease and get new cars every 3 years, we have a lot more vehicles to purchase in the future, but will not be doing it at Deluca. The service/ parts dept is horrible. 3 mos for a small bottle of touch up paint and a sunroof clip to be fixed. Had to call 3 times. They forgot to order it the 1st time, then said it would be in in 2 weeks, called a month later still not in, then a while later I called again and it was in but who knows how long it was in because they never called me. Very unorganized and just blame it on how busy they are! That is horrible customer service right there!
I took a new SUV on lease from Bill de Luca dealership 2 years ago around end of Aug 2019. Since the first day I noticed a problem with the HVAC panel. I made the sales rep aware of the issue immediately and he advised me to take it to any GM service location. I tried several times to get this repaired between Sep-Dec 2019 in another GM dealership (Lannan Woburn), where they had also replaced the part, it worked for a few weeks and then the HVAC eventually stopped working again around mid Dec 2019.After two years with the SUV I decided to take it back to Bill de Luca for repair. Now I also had issues with the cameras and the phone connection. I had to take 4 trips to get it all resolved.First they needed to investigate the issue, update software and order the part, then they changed the part and when I got the car back it wasn’t working again. So I had to come back one more time for them to investigate further and possibly order another part to exchange. After several hours they indicated it they still hadnt found the issue so they needed more time. I was driven back home. Called me back later that day around 2pm but indicated they couldn’t send the driver that same day to pick me up anymore (since they close at 5:30 and traffic would be a problem). I spoke with the service manager and indicated the same story. Thus I asked to be picked up then the next day at a time I could escape between working calls and before my kid was back from school, eventually they agreed to it.The service team at Bill de Luca was not very polite or emphatic. They refused to schedule service over the weekend, and gave me a hard time to schedule the courtesy transportation pick up. While I had to go back and forth several days and wait for several hours (2-4hrs) during business working hours.Overall, it was a very time consuming and frustrating process, although Im happy that at the end they were able to resolve the issue (or at least it’s working now, hoping it stays like this to the end of the lease).I didn’t feel valued as a customer and most likely will not continue to be a GM customer after this poor customer experience.Funny enough a few days ago I got another email from sales asking if I was ready to shop for a new car :).

I’m 70 years old and I told my wife that in all the years that I have been purchasing cars, this was by far the friendliest group of people that I had the pleasure to do business with. Aman was great to work with. Viewed the car for the first time on a Saturday morning and drove it home 3 hours later.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle in due to the check engine light being on. They replaced what they thought was the issue and charged $250. Later that night the engine late was back on and when I brought my car back I was told I had to make another appointment, which I did. Drop my car off on a Wednesday and did not receive it back until the following Tuesday because the part wasnt delivered on time. I had to get most of the updates by calling myself and asking on a status. I was charged another $500 and was given no discount nor even an inspection sticker (which was expiring) thrown in for free). Just really unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. Will not be returning here with any of my 3 cars for anything.

Every time you make a appointment to have your car looked at here they don’t have an appointment for you or they tell you, you can wait over the phone and you get there “oh I need it dropped off for the day”. I don’t understand how they stay in business. Called everyday this week trying to get an appointment and left a message with the desk or voice mail still have yet to get a call back.

I have been a customer since 1992, I averaged buying a new truck every 2 years, also other vehicles. This last service was terrible, including the purchase of this 2020 GMC. The service was never completely finished . Did not rotate the tires or fill anything normal. My truck left dirty. Everyone blames the Corona 19, time to move on and take care of your customers the way they should be. If it dont change. Hello Ford, never owned one, dont want to start.

Had my radio replaced because the software failed. When they replaced the radio they scratched my dashboard and the service manager was honest they scratched it but then I also noticed no heat coming out of my drivers side that they claim was no fault of there but yet the acuator that broke was right behind the radio. The only service manager that was honest with me left there. Then they give me a new service manager who didnt know my account and they told me my dash would be painted and Id have it back by end of day so I changed my work schedule and the painter doesnt show up till end of the day to start so I had to get a rental car to get to work for few days. They tell you one thing then do another. Simple task I asked for floor mats for my vehicle when I first bought it, they said when I pick it up they would have them but instead they had mats that werent even for that vehicle and told me they would sell me the ones for my jeep at cost when it was apart of the original deal. Little thing but when Im buying a high prices vehicle you should do what you say. They also told me my truck was gonna be sold at auction that its trade in value wasnt what I said. After taking there word for it, a week later I see my truck on there website for way more then I even asked for a trade in value.

I recently moved to Haverhill. My 2009 Buick LeCross got a recall Notification. An online search brought up DeLuca Buick, Haverhill a couple of miles from my new home. I drove over to the service bay, I was greeted immediately and my car was taken for the update. I was directed to a pleasant waiting room. A short time later the Service Manager came to explain what had been done, presented me the documentation and directed me to where my car was. I was very very impressed with the DeLuca service. I’ve found that getting a good car service provider is almost as important as getting a good medical provider.I had been looking to buy a truck. My car was older and I want to start RVing. My choice was a used Silverado1500 V8 After shopping CarMax, Dealers and online, I saw a 2017 Silverado V8 LD Z71 at Deluca online. That seemed perfect because of the price and availability of great service from this dealer. I purchased the truck. Given the many pandemic roadblocks, the sale went very well. They worked hard at making it as easy as possible for me! A last-minute request to install a soft tonneau cover was done flawlessly.

I literally called an hour and a half before I drove all the way from NH to see if a vehicle was available. The operator checked and said yes, I was more than half way there when she calls and says that it was actually sold the other day. She said that they had a similar vehicle that we could look at when we get there, we just had to ask for Kyle Lopez. We arrived, did what she said. Neither Kyle or the car were there. We spoke to another sales associate that was helping us, he said that they didnt actually have another car that was similar. It was a total waste of time, drove 45 minutes one way just to be told they have nothing they said they had. Thanks for nothing, terrible.

This dealership blatantly lied to me brought my truck there for the same problem 4 times they actually tried to make me feel like I was lying about the light coming on all the time don’t ever buy a truck from them or come get service they will probably lose your keys and blame you for it they didn’t rip me off they just can’t Back up their vehicles that they sell I bought a $43,000 truck and they sold it to me with the slices in the tires and that’s just the beginning of itThese people that are saying this is a great dealership obviously haven’t had any service work done here I can’t wait till they rip you off or can’t fix the problem and tell you that you’re crazy

Just picked up my 3rd GMC yesterday. As always I was treated fairly, professionally, and with respect by my Salesman Tony and Dennis the Sales Manager. The whole dealership is friendly and communicative through the entire process, which is why I keep coming back. As soon as GM was offering a lease pull ahead plan, I was contacted and the deal was complete in under an hour at a fair price. None of this spend half the day at the dealership business some of the other places do. Ill be back for service and in 3 years when I’m ready to lease again.

I needed a transmission replaced as I was traveling south and entrusted my truck to deluca, after specifically asking if a flow test would be performed and being assured it would. 285 miles south it was overheating and downshifting at speed. Calls to service manager were politely dismissed with no assistance or recommendations. A flow test at another GM dealer showed almost no circulation at all through the cooler and radiator.I believe I was lied to by deluca service dept.Thankfully I found a reputable GM dealership that replaced the entire cooling system and burnt transmission.
Excellent experience! Just bought my first GMC truck and I couldn’t be happier. Not only were all the staff extremely accommodating they were all very personable. It’s nice to know you’re not just another sale for them. I have to give a special shout out to Ali, this man goes above and beyond. He was quick and very helpful in responding to all my texts and calls. When at the dealership he was more than efficient in accommodating my needs as well as multiple other customers. He even stayed in contact with me on his day off! There’s a lot to be said about that, I hope he is compensated for his efforts. It was a very easy and pleasing experience all around.
Would not buy there ever called to see if they had a specific car available they said they did I made an appointment to go look at it and not even ten minutes away from the place they called and told me it had sold. Very sleazy move on their part would leave zero stars if possible.

Very disappointing experience with this dealership. On Tuesday I sent my mother in with a pre-approval from Capital One Auto Navigator. For those that arent familiar, Capital One allows you to go online and get pre-approved for a vehicle purchase before ever walking on a lot. Dealers can establish a relationship with the platform and have their inventory scrape onto the system as a way to develop leads, Its a great feature for consumers and each instance where Ive been involved in the purchasing process the rate and payments are spot on.This dealership, however, refused to use the Capital One pre-approval. They explained that there was a falling out with Capital One Auto Navigator and with the fees being as high as they are on the dealer side they would not make any money on the sale.The manager, Kyle, refused to work with my mother to honor the Capital One pre approval, even when I offered them the opportunity to make a one-time exception. He seemed to think there were no integrity concerns with listing vehicles on a platform like Capital Ones but then refusing to honor the terms of their deal.I offered them one final opportunity to make things right even after my mother walked off the lot by contacting Billy DeLuca directly. He clearly wasnt concerned with the lack of integrity displayed by his sales team as to date the email has gone without a response.

We purchased a brand new truck from them, as weeks went by a strong odor was collecting inside the car, unbearable to the point where it made you sick. The car was growing mold and it spread through the entire truck. Most people know prolonged exposure to mold can cause serious health problems, especially to those with weakened immune systems (i.e. mycotoxicosis). We brought the car in for repair and to our horror we were sold a defective truck. Interestingly enough, their website claims they sell high quality vehicles HA! Youd think someone with such reputable customer service would fix the situation ASAP however, we were so wrong. It would be a novel to type out all the horrible interactions we faced with the service representatives at GMC and DeLuca. The truck has now been at the service center since January 13th- it is now March 3rd. Why hasn’t been the truck repaired? - “they are waiting for the parts, but seem to have been delayed by the storms”. Let me ask you this, is it possible to have nonstop storms for the past three months? We have been paying insurance, car payments, etc. for a truck this entire time that is not even in our possession. We have asked for a loaner, and they firmly stated that they have none to offer us. The attitude and interactions that we have experienced with the service manager, Reggie Miller, make us feel as if we are a nuisance to him and he has failed to rectify the issue, and its clear he could careless of the situation we are in. Strongly advise if you plan on buying or servicing your car here go somewhere else, they will NOT take care of you. Step it up DeLuca’s
I have no idea why this place has good reviews. They tried to rip my husband off when buying his truck, were incredibly rude, and haven’t called us back since we’ve been calling about the Apple CarPlay not working since the day he bought it. Unhelpful and rude. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau at this point.
My experience at this dealership was excellent from the get go. I left a deposit over the phone to hold a sight unseen GMC Yukon. When I arrived, I met my sales rep Donnie, who had the truck spit shining clean and ready for me to test drive. It was a no brainer! I loved the truck, Donnie was very informed about the vehicle and made me feel confident in my purchase. It was a pleasure meeting Aman, the GM, who helped us get over a couple of hurdles and was very kind and genuine. The deal was one and done and couldnt have been any easier. When I picked up the truck, Donnie was extremely thorough going thru all the features and made sure he answered all my questions carefully and thoroughly. He answers the phone every time I call and doesnt hide behind voicemail. My car buying experience was very positive, memorable and I highly recommend the dealership and associates.Michaela D.
My engine light came on so I made an appointment which was about five days out. That was the soonest they could take me. The day I bought it in the engine light was no longer on. The service advisor told me they need for it to be on when they check the engine but if I can’t get an appointment for five days and it doesn’t stay on, that is frustrating.
I was very impressed with the sales consultant Ali Ismail . He made me feel very comfortable with the process of buying a new truck.
