Natural Stone plus did an awesome job with my kitchen quartz. Marcos was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the stone months later (my fault) and Marcos came out and corrected the problem without hesitation. I highly recommend NSP and Marcos.

We hired this company to install a small slab of soap stone. They came right away, measured and installed. (November 2020) When the installers left they put a sealant on the surface which left a large cloudy spot that looks like it needs to be cleaned- all the time but never comes up. We had a different back splash at the time but quickly decided it would look better with matching soap stone. We went back in after the holidays in January to see what they could do about the blemished surface and add a back splash. We asked for two quotes (offered to spend more money) 1) to fix the blemish and add matching back splash or 2) change product to different soap stone for both. They came and measured the back splash and checked the blemish and to date we’ve been into the shop about 6 times talking to the owner even and never get a quote to fix the problem. They don’t stand behind their work and aren’t interested in helping us fix this so we can move on with this project. Good to know now because we had a very large kitchen project and will take our business elsewhere.

The countertops they installed in our Kitchen and Bathroom look great but after a year the bathroom sink cracked. We went to them for the repair but were told they are too busy for a small job like that and to go somewhere else. I couldnt believe it even though we were fairly recent customers they would not help us. Please shop somewhere else.
