DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They never showed up for the appointment made by my boyfriend so when I called to see if they were coming or not they said we weren’t in their system and they would call me back. They called my boyfriend back (thought we weren’t in the system?) and said we canceled the appointment (WE NEVER DID) and had to reschedule. Fast forward to our next appointment day two weeks later they never show again. Called the girl to see when they will be here, gives her our info and she puts me on a three way call to the repair man (Bob) who says we need to find a new service provider because we’ve canceled the appointment three times. Again, we have never once canceled the appointment. Then my boyfriend calls minutes after me and asks if we’re still on the schedule for today. The girl says “Yes, we’ll be there later on”. I called back and the girl I talked to earlier starts yelling at me saying “I never said that”.I’m not sure what kind of business these people are running but I have literally never had to deal with such incompetence in my life. So if you want to waste your day waiting around all day for them to come (TWICE) while your lawn is a foot long then call and get yelled at by the staff then use them. Otherwise, I would advise you to steer clear.

Absolutely phenomenal! I had damaged my Husqvarna riding tractor pretty bad. Bob showed up and within 2 minutes diagnosed what was broken. He had it fixed the broken parts and put brand new blades on in 15 minutes flat! To top it off, the pricing was more than reasonable. Thanks you guys are awesome!

All I can say is you are crazy not to use this service. He comes to your house fixes your stuff in 30 minutes and your good for another year. No problems. Easy peezy. Never had to call back its fixed right the first time every time.

Made an appointment to repair my lawn tractor. Gave them model number, called back later to confirm and tell them which part needed repair. They booked appointment, said they could service. 2 weeks later, when they didnt show up for appointment I called and they informed me they dont service my model mower. I am left trying to book an appointment now with another shop that I could have booked 2 weeks ago, meanwhile my lawn is going to be a foot high,

They came right to my house and fixed the mower in under an hour for an affordable rate. Thanks guys!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Had them scheduled 3 times, called to confirmed and they said we were on, and then after our appointment slot they said we called and canceled. They will start to yell at you when you call to see where they are. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Mower wouldnt start. Called and they showed up to my house within a few days. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes (cleaned carburetor and replaced air filter soaked with oil) and had my mower running like new again! Price was reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to others.

This business is, at best, very unreliable. I contacted them last year for a tune-up, and they were happy to take appointments but would not keep them. The technician, Bob, would simply not show, and would not bother to call. This went on for three weeks, with me constantly rescheduling after their no-call, no-shows. Bob apologized and said that he thought I was another customer they had been having problems with, and offered to discount his services for the tune-up. He came that same day, but didnt bother to keep his word about discounting his services.This year, I made an appointment to repair my lawnmower, and once more, they took the appointment (booked two weeks in advance), and on the date of the appointment, they simply didnt bother to call or show.

Bob does great work! For years I used to pay from my equipment to be picked up and pay again to have it dropped off. The wait would be agonizing. The concept is great and the service is top notch. Additionally, the price is right.

Called and booked an appointment for someone to come check out our snow blower on a Saturday. Admittedly, Im sure Saturdays are a pretty popular day to call, but it took over an hour to get past a busy signal (didnt realize businesses still used these) and a couple of calls as my first connection was dropped. I was finally able to schedule a service trip that at the earliest was 11 days out. I was fine with this since there wasnt more snow in the forecast, but when the day arrived they were a no show. I called the office and again had to try multiple times due to busy signals and when I finally got through, I was put on hold multiple times while they figured out what went wrong. It turns out they never actually booked the appointment on their end that I had scheduled with them. They found the record of me calling and I was told that I would get a call back within the hour to reschedule if I still wanted to, to which I said yes. However, I never got that call back and I dont plan on trying to call again. Its a shame because I really liked the setup of having a tech come to me at my home, but now Ill be looking for service elsewhere.

Poor customer service!! Made an appointment, but never showed up. I then called, later in the day the appointment was suppose to be, and the receptionist told me that Bob came to my house earlier in the day and somebody told him to not work on the snowblower. Of course they told that they will call me back to reschedule but of course never called me back. I know he never showed up at my house as Im home as I work from.

I typically don’t write reviews but after calling Bob and having him service my snow blower, I had to tell the internet what a true professional and knowledgeable gentlemen he was. When he arrived he on-time and was peppered with questions about best maintenance practices, He showed me the best way to keep my Troy Bilt at its peak performance. Bob was quick, efficient, and skilled. I have and will continue to recommend Bob to my friends and coworkers for there small engine repair needs. Only once was there a problem and even though it was months later Bob returned and made it right. The quality of service is excellent. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. Bob is extremely honest and dedicated to his trade. A rare bleed in todays world. Bob cares about his customers and the service he provides them.

Great local small engine repair. Comes to your house to diagnose your mower then comes back to fix. Very easy process.

Bob does good work but his receptionist might look for another line of work. Dealing with the public might not be the best for her.

We’ve used Little Mower shop on two separate occasions. Both times we were more than happy with the experience. Bob drives to your home (so no need to transport a billion pound snowblower somewhere), his prices are fair, he comes on time & is pleasant and professional. I only wish he fixed more than mowers...I’d put him on speed-dial!

Bob came out and did a great job tuning up my snowblower. Replaced the auger belt and got it purring like a kitten. Explained everything. And did it all in the rain!!

Had a belt issue on my riding lawnmower. He came and found out my lawn mower was serviced wrong by another repair shop. He tried to fix it and couldn’t on day one with out a new part. I picked up the part and he came in on his day off and fixed it the next day. His dedication is amazing, I could tell he was not going to rest till it was fixed. I was in a bind and needed to cut my lawn for a open house, and he came in like a super hero.Thank you sir. Definitely call him.

I use Bobs company all the time for mower and blower issues ... he is AWESOME in his knowledge, repairs, cleanup, thoroughness and great personality ... combinations that cant be beat. Bob came highly recommended, and now I know why! They fit right into my schedule. He came out to fix my tractor and now has it running like new. Ill definitely be calling again for any tune up or work it may need in the future.

I used them last year and had to call back to get them to show up to sharpen my mower blade. I tried to make an apt to fix my snow blower cord and sharpen my blade again but he didnt show again. When I called a couple of time he said he doesnt do snow blowers now and hung up. I called back to say what about my blade and he said he wouldnt do it unless there was a tune up and hung up again. He did a good job originally but inconsistent and really bad communication.

I called the Little Mower Shop a week ago when I was in a panicbecause our ride on mower belt broke and we are hosting a bridalshower for my niece this weekend. The woman I spoke to was so nice!!!She set up the appointment very quickly asking a few questions aboutthe mower. Bob just left after fixing our mower. Showed up right on time.Our mower is fixed and running....Yippie!!!! He was so nice and was soreasonable!!! I am telling all my friends and neighbors about this service.He comes right to your house!!!! Very reasonable and has a great staff!!!

First time customer as of 8/28/2019 - and will be a repeat customer for as long as possible. When I scheduled the appointment, I was given a time window of noon-to-4 PM. Bob arrived at my house on the dot of noon. I explained to Bob my lawn tractor woes (not bagging), and a previous mishap (hit concrete edging, bent the blade). Bob is 100% non-judgmental; he didnt make me feel like a Silly girl for my questions or when I told him what maintenance Id done myself for the tractor. He works methodically and cleanly. Such a personable, nice man. Bob also took time to check out my snow blower, made sure it started over and didnt have any obvious issues - just because I mentioned that I hoped it was all good to go. (and it was!)

Made an appointment a week ago... Bob showed up, looked at my mower, and said what did the woman who made the appointment for you say when you told her you have a zero-turn radius mower? I told him that she said ok and scheduled me. He then told me that he does not service that type of mower. I informed him this was the second time he has been to my house, and the first time he was there he serviced the exact same mower. He then simply said thank you for calling. and walked back to his truck!No apology, no acknowledgement that Ive been waiting for 5 days for service while my grass grows 6 long, nothing. This is the crappiest service Ive ever seen from an independent business.If you need your machine serviced, think twice before you call the Little Mower Shop. Horrible service and attitude!

Website says No need for your mower or blower to sit in a shop for weeks. Woman who answered was rude and not pleasant at all. Cant get to me for a month! So much for that quote on the website! Hire help! Kids in technical schools arre looking for these kind of jobs. Wont call him again.

Had high hopes for this small business, but the owner/operator never called me back after he failed to show for his appointment.I have a residential Hasquvana Zero Turn lawn tractor that needed service. Relatives recommended this company so I called on Sept. 22 and was pleasantly greeted by what I assume was the answering service. I asked if they serviced Hasquavana Zero Turn mowers and was told yes and was given a service date of Wednesday, Oct 3 in the afternoon. They asked for a model number, which I didn’t have handy and was told I could call it in any time prior to the service date. On Monday 9/24 I called in the model number information. Within in an hour or two, I got a call back that said he would have to order the part and needed to move the repair date to Friday 10/5, no problem.On 10/5, the service date, I called around noon time to see if there was any timeframe for the appointment. I was told there was no appointment scheduled, because it was a commercial machine. I reviewed the call history with the operator (who was very pleasant) and she said she would contact the owner. I got no response. I called back later that day, twice on Saturday and again on Tuesday and I am still waiting for a simple call back. That is the frustrating part.So from a customer relations stand point, I give a very low rating to this company. If he ever calls back and explains what went wrong, I may, may, reconsider my rating.Steve Calhoun

Comes to my house last winter and tells me my snowblower is too old to fix...over 20 years. Then he realizes there is a mouse nest in the pull cord and that he would fix it. $300+ he fixes the pull cord where the mouse was, tunes it up and replaces the electric starter. The starter never work. When I called to complain I was told again my snowblower was too old......But I was still charge 100+ for a starter the didnt work. After a credit card dispute He can back replace the starter with the original one....which doesnt work. I was able to pull start it for the rest of last season and it worked fine. This season it will not start again. Big waste of time and money

Took a little longer then expected to get a call back

Bob called to say that he was running late and asked if we could put the job of tuning up my snowblower and replacing the electric starter to later in the week. My wife told him that I had a meeting on that day- so he said that he would come at later in the day. Bob arrived at 6PM and it was completely dark outside. Asked if he needed any light -Bob said- i could do this in my sleep. Armed with only the light on my garage door and his headlamp- Bob completed the job with no problems- he could have done it in his sleep!!. I watched as he did all of the work, He first put down a tarp on the driveway. Despite all of the fluids (gas, oil, etc.) that he put in or on the snowblower, there was not a spot left after he was done! Bob was meticulous as he worked. Never complained about the cold outside and refused any refreshment that I offered. He was all business! I was very impressed how Bob went about opening and closing the snow blower assembly,changing parts or applying fluids, etc. He did not rush but he did not dally either. He attached the electric starter very carefully and he made sure that the starter was firmly attached.How he managed to get underneath the snowblower and make some of those adjustments- I dont know. He adjusted and tweaked the handle, the snowblower hood, etc. until he was satisfied that it was right. My snowblower is old but after this tune-up- Im all set for quite a while.Im very happy with Bobs work- I intend to ask him back in the spring to recondition my lawn mower and I am very willing to recommend Bobs services to any one who needs work on their snow blower or blower at a reasonable price.
