For such simple storage, the prices are WAY too high. I’ve had a unit here for over 2 years and I’m now paying close to twice the price I was before. There is no warning or reason as to why they increase the rate every few months, and for that reason I am unhappy with this company.

Storage units are very nice however..... beware as I have only been there for 1 year now as still looking to purchase a new home. They have gone up on the rent twice within the one year only months apart. Not very happy as I complained to management both times. They dont really care they just want your money. Cant wait to get my stuff out of there as I am very upset I wouldnt recommend price wise....read the contract before choosing.

Nice people, clean unit, exorbitant prices that constantly go up. They claim their price increases are due to market fluctuations and market value. No, they wont even sign a long term contract with an agreed to price. Once you have spent the money to move your things into a unit then they raise the prices about every six months.

Extra Space is a very well cared for Storage. Well, the one I have my things at in Bradford, MA. During the height of the pandemic in the year of 2020 Extra Space raised the price of my space, I plea the circumstances we are all in and asked if they could hold off from raising the price? They did and kept it the same price as 2019. Now that they asked for a new rate this year 2021, even though it is still not easy, I was very grateful for the selflessness they showed the previous year.Con:Only this they do not have insurance for damages that occur due to fire 🔥 or water 💦 damage due to faulty work or need for an upgrade, etc.This concerns me very much. We can never say we or anything around us is secure, unforeseen circumstances occur and frequently. I find the business thinking to be callous, and one that should be revised.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. This facility is a slightly expensive but the location is convenient. The perimeter is clean. The interior is clear, but not enough dollies, I often have to search for one. My biggest concern is the dim lighting, which makes it difficult to see into my unit and unsettling to be there alone. I recommend touring any facility before committing to it.

They’re asking for this review, but so far all that has happened is they made me pay for days ahead of my planned move-in date, and they tried to get me to pay for insurance even though our regular policy covers it. But my sibling liked the place and we’re optimistic it will be a good experience.

Exceptional service, always there when I needed them. Always called back when I let a voicemail. Sean and Kevin are true professionals and are very knowledgeable in their field. The unit and entire building was beyond my expectations with cleanliness, security, and CDC guidelines. I highly recommend and endorse this particular building/center. Shawn the manager is a rude and petty person. There and many other storage places in Haverhill that treat customers so much better. Cubesmart in haverhill is the place I would recommend.

I was in need of a storage place but thought the renting a space processing will be too difficult during this corona pandemic. I was surprised how easy it was. The representatives were courteous and very helpful with all the steps and instructions of renting the storage unit.

I was very impressed with Extra space storage. They really went the extra mile in helping my husband and I have a positive experience the day we moved our stuff in storage. For example, we ordered a storage unit and on the day of move in, we realized it was too small. They where able to accommodate us with a big unit in minutes. I was very impressed with that. They also took their time in explaining everything to us. They did everything in a timely manner and I felt very good about leaving my belongings at Extra Space Storage.

I applied for a unit to be held online late at night, the next day around late morning I received a call from them asking if I wanted to come see the space. I spoke with Brad who that day was filling in at the Haverhill location from another location so he could as unsure of a couple things but figured it out in the end. On that phone call I felt so comfortable, like Ive known Brad for forever, he was a great guy. When I went there later on, he showed me around, went through everything very thoroughly and his customer service was on point. Funny too! Anyway, my experience was really good, the price is decent, office is well organized and I give Brad an A++ 😄 Thanks, Brad!!

This location is very nice and convenient for where I live. Kevin helped me with what storage options are offered and how much they cost. He and Sean were very well informed and even though I didnt end up needing the rental I will keep this location in mind for any future storage needs.

Rented here the other day. Helpful. Good guys. Clean place. Good price.

I have used their service for little over a year. I can say the staff is very friendly and accommodating but the fees for a 5 x5, I feel are slightly high. Every 3-6 months my fees have gone up. Started @$98, then to $103 and now a year later $113. Making me rethink my decision and looking elsewhere for cheaper.

Simple to rent. Clean space. Great customer service. No complaints.

Ive never used or had a storage space before now and had some concerns and questions about it.The manager Rick was great. He made the whole process extremely easy and quick. He made me feel confident about storing my belongings without worrying about somthing happening to them too. Im happy with my decision to use the space and will definitely use them in the future.

Great place to have your first experience with storage needs. In my case, were getting the house ready for showing prior to relocation. I had great service from both Sean and Rick -- Sean to explain the services when we dropped in to check the place out one Saturday, and Rick when we showed-up a couple of weeks later to move in. So far, ExtraSpace Storage is a home run - good prices and great service!

Ive had a storage unit here for years through work, and a unit for personal storage from time to time. Good staff, and a secure property. Schedule a payment on your card or walk in and pay cash, debit or credit. Theres always someone available to answer my questions.

I would recommend this facility for your storage needs. They have several locations,friendly and professional staff. I have stored belongings with them several times and never was I dissatisfied.

Climate control, and opens till 10 pm- I like that . Sean was very helpful, and the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend anyone to this storage facility.

The only thing i find wrong nd this is my opinion is couple more carts i shouldnt have to walk all around looking for one nd the halls r lit up great but over the big unit im renting has really no lighting above so its kinda dark towards the back of the unit. So i noticed all the lights r just down the walkways but none scattered over any units.. But i do like the people the price the location the access n security. Thanks
