Got a super beef drink and chips. Was pretty good

The menu could use some more vegan freindly options thats for sure. However the employee was very kind. Tried to accommodate as might as he could. The spicy fries werent picky at all but delicious and seasoned and everything elses was pretty good. Though the falafel was a bit hard on the outside rather than soft which made it less enjoyable.

In all honesty, I havent been to this place since I was in college, which was, like, 22 years ago. I would always order a large steak and cheese with extra cheese and it was amazing every time. In fact, I havent had a sub as good as theirs. My stomach is growling just thinking about it. The fact that I remember that awesome steak and cheese sub with extra cheese 22 years later just tells you how good this place is!!!! I wish I lived closer. Id definitely be getting subs there at least once a week.Now Im hungry.

Have got food from here since 1999 and not 1 complaint. No reason to, great service, delivery was excellent and a nice guy, always smiling when I come in to pick up a sub or what ever I order. Ive ordered from this place 20 years to the date as of tomorrow Ive owned my home. Thank you for the continuing great service and excellent food.

Just tried pizza (this place) for the first time tonight. I grew up in Chicago so Im very picky and this pizza is delicious. Our driver was SO NICE and promoted the business! I never write reviews but wanted to give some positive feedback!! We tried one sweet sauce one regular both had such flavorful sauce. Keep up the great work!!

Great place for a pizza subs & sides. order-ahead for quicker service. 10/19/18 just had a pineapple with bacon pizza. Great Friday night dinner. The pizza has always been good, nice crust and not oily. No complaints.

Absolutely horrendous overall experience where do I even start got 2 chicken Caesar salads and a pizza the salad was all wilted the dressing was expired the chicken was undercooked and there wasn’t any cheese the best part of the salad was the croutons which were tasteless the pizza was a whole different issue there was pretty close to zero cheese which hadn’t melted all the way and the dough was raw in the middle of the crust I don’t understand how you can go so wrong with salad and pizza I’m giving 1 star instead of zero because google won’t allow you to post a zero star review, when the owner walked by me he smelled as though he hadn’t showered in at least a week if I could give this place a half a star for the bottled soda I got I would, my recommendation would for you to be to go somewhere else, actually anywhere else trust me even if it’s an emergency need for food go to the dunks next door to hold you over until you get the chance to go eat somewhere half decent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I used to love coming here. Key word being used. I havent been in this establishment in a while. I figured why not. The customer service is a joke! The young lady at the registered was miserable! The food was ok. It was definitely a better experience and better food before! Im all for supporting family owned businesses. I will support a different one!

The food was mediocre, I had a steak bomb. It reminded me a bit of the school lunch we used to get back in High School (which at times isnt bad).. It wasnt greasy and it was hot straight off the grill. Taste was average, but I was a bit surprised when I saw their large wasnt too far apart from their small..I think it was 10 inches, for 10 bucks. Nothing bad to say about them, but not crazy about them either.

I had a great 1st experience at Pizza Express!! Staff was friendly and got my food quickly!! I will be back for sure!!! Thank you guys!!😀

Everytime I get food from here they always mess up my order

First time I went I got a ham and cheese sub. It was great.Today I got a southwest chicken wrap. The lettuce was so disgusting I had to take every bit of it out. Literally rancid lettuce, wilted so bad. .it will be awhile before I go back

Walking into Pizza express I assumed that my online order (estimated 20 minute wait time) would be ready as I walked in 30 minutes after ordering. Walking in, I observed two young girls scrolling on their cell phones. After explaining I had placed an online order 30 minutes prior, they checked the ticket and the two girls looked at each other realizing there was an order printed. Then they said “we’re sorry we should get an alarm for these online orders, they just print and sit there”. Needless to say we were already off to a bad start. The girl said they could have it ready in less than 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later and the food was not ready. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. During my time waiting there, I was able to observe other unsatisfied customers. One gentleman said his salad (which he was already waiting for when I tried picking up my order the first time) dressing tasted like peanut butter when it was supposed to be cilantro lime. Finally I received my food, at which time the girl behind the counter rang me up and asked for payment. The order had been pre-paid online. The food was nothing special. Crust was soggy and greasy. The only thing I would order their again were the wings.

Sucks i hav ed never been here. Wanted to see the menu and prises but will not let me unless i put in pickup delivery options first. Do not have time for that just wanted to look first

One pizza took an hour for delivery 1 mile away. No explanation or apology. It was lukewarm at best. We wont be back.

Delivery guy came here complaining and asking me for tips. Every time i order online i place my orders with no tips and give tips when he arrives but today there is no tip and this guy was arguing with me because he wanted money ! Never ordering again from this place! Very unprofessional this guy

ISo I am a pizza lover and if youre like myself then this place will greatly disappoint you. That is the only reason why i gave 3 stars.Now, apart from their pizza, theyre really great at their pasta alfredo dishes and wraps. You will Love thier alfredo. Chicken salad wraps as well are awesome.

HORRIBLE customer service. My family and I have been ordering from pizza express for years and never have we experienced such horrible service as we have in recent times. The MANAGER got in my face and screamed at me telling me I was wrong when I returned with a sub I did not order. He then proceeded to lean over the counter and get in my face and when i asked for my money back. Never in my life have I felt threatened by an employee of a “reputable” business as I did today. They have no respect for their customers and do not know how to fix a simple mistake. They have lost a loyal family of customers for life. Would NOT recommend.

Do not eat the gluten free pizza if you have celiac disease, they tell you when you call there isnt any cross contamination and that its 100% gluten free but it is not. The pizza was yummy but i will not give more than 1 star as they are lying to their customers and causing people to get sick.

The worst salad I ever had. It was like a head of ice burg lettuce, barely cut, with two baby carrots, 2 sliced cucumbers and two cherry tomatoes. My chicken was very dry and not very flavorful .

Its my favorite local sub shop. The staff are the sweetest, their mozz sticks and chicken caesar wrap are my favorite!

Ive gone to this place a few times, and I never had problems. But tonight I was disappointed. I paid for $10.50 worth of food and got something comparable to a Mcdonalds Kids meal.

Horrible. Delivery took way too long. Chicken broccoli ALFREDO is actually chicken broccoli and American cheese. Disgusting. And their Italian sub is one slice of salami and one slice of ham. Apparently dont know how to make one of the most common subs. Never again.
