My 3rd time there two busted windshields and rock chip repairs and always great service would recommend to all who need glass work

Rude; bad people skills out of the 3 workers I came in contact with and more expensive than I was told.

I Requested a piece of plexiglass cut to specific dimensions. They never called me to pick it up. I had to call them. The cuts were not straight or square. It looks like it took 5 minutes to make. I was charged for a half hour of labor and quoted 10. The receptionist was not very friendly up until it came time to collect my money. This is the second bad experience i have had and it will be the last. If you enjoy bad customer service and paying premium prices for rem plexi, then I suggest glassworks.

Passing through Havre Montana and I needed a rock chip repair. Mike the owner, totally took care of me, when asked about his excellent customer service, he replied that’s what we do!

Awesome service but had to wait 2 months.

Just outside of Havre we had a large rock hit our RV coach windshield drivers side making many spiders that would cross the glass if left untreated. Stopping at a hardware store they recommended Glass Works just around the block. We made the block, parked the coach, and called the number on the door as it was locked for lunch. Mike answered the phone and said his folks would be back around 1 pm and would take care of the star chip. So we had lunch while waiting, and sure enough @ 1 pm a nice fellow named Jason Roy came up and asked if he could help us. My wife told him where the chip was and he said, wow, thats a big one but we can take care of it for you. So he proceeded to do so. Great work, barely visible, and he cleaned and polished both windshield halves on finishing. Our many thanks to both Mike and Jason for their professionalism and can do attitude. Easy to get to off the Main Street, and theyll treat you right.

Waited over 2 weeks and never got a call back.

Absolutely will NOT do business here after Mike spun rocks all over vehicles sitting in the Tip It parking lot including my brand new pickup. Very unprofessional

Don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and swear at and harass their paying customers.A few years ago went in to get a windshield replaced that had already been paid for upfront by the dealership I got my vehicle from. On the way, my window came off track. The employees were extremely helpful taping it up and I had asked for an estimate on what it would cost to fix it and I’d be back in an hour to get my car.When I came back, my entire passenger door panel was ripped out and my windshield wasn’t replaced yet. There were also cds strewn and stepped on that had been in the side panel and was told they were broken when they received it and they had just set them on the floor. The boss wasn’t in. I had them put my door panel back on. I had went there to get my windshield done and needed my car that day!When my husband called to complain to the boss, he was sworn at and accused of lying about what was agreed upon, even though he wasn’t there. I was also attacked through Facebook messenger by Mike months later for leaving a one star review on his Facebook page. Extememly unprofessional.

We had a problem with the drivers side glass on our motorhome coming out of the rubber moulding. This scared the heck out of us when it happened yesterday. Glassworks fixed it for us in a few minutes and did it at no charge even though they knew we are not from this area. Thank you very much. I hope this review can pay you back a bit.

We ordered a windshield threw ORileys and we were going to have installed threw this place everything was set up and ready had an appointment we called back to make sure that it would be ok for ORileys to drop of the windshield and the guy whom answered the phone the second time Tim freaked out because we didnt order the part from them, he canceled our appointment and proceeded to cuss my fiance out, saying you dont buy a steak from IGA and take it to Andys to have them cook it. Thats not even a valid analogy people buy parts and have it taken to a professional to have it installed, it would be one thing if this guy had used some tact we found a cheeper place btw, custom collision repair, so you lost on our business, and our parents as well, and Im going to make sure everyone I talk to about auto repair, seriously how can a business keep customers if they treat people like this.

I have heard mixed reviews of this place but every time our family has taken vehicles in for new windshields they are always good on their prices and get the job done.
