If I could give a negative star I would. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and lack of communication especially when spending 700 dollars at a business. I bought brand new tires and asked specifically for my best old tire to be put on my flat spare and they simply threw a tire in my trunk. Leaving me with a flat spare to drive my daughter around with. When I called to have this corrected I was told it was my fault that I did not specify blah blah blah. Absolutely no customer service who blames the customer and offers no solution when you realize what I need done? I talked to the shop manager and was told I can come in any time but its first come first serve even though I had an apt they just didnt do what I needed in the first place. I had to talk to the store manager for any kind of help and that is pathetic. I show up a second time and was told 45 min until I again talked to a manager because I was told Id be helped the second I pull up,, again could not do what was expected. I heard the fat lady talking about me and the shop manager. Highly unprofessional. I will never again give my business to your horrible run auto shop. Maybe start hiring people that dont hate there life and take it out on others just shopping and spending money for you to get a paycheck.

They didnt seem to know what they were doing all i needed was a key copied and no one could do it

Well first, I got there and I got me there amazing High Mileage/Fuel Injection Service, with a side of Top Treat and 4 new Tires; Balanced every 6000 miles, with new stems, and old tire disposal as toppings for the tires that I ordered online and had shipped to store via Walmart.com... then the Professional Technicians came out and told me that they could fix that pesky TPMS light for me! And just when I thought they couldnt please me anymore than they already had, they told me they could also do a headlight restore, and change out pretty much all my exterior lights, and air filter, and replace my junk battery for free with the purchase of a battery!! NEAT! They even filled my washer fluid and all of that in less than 45 minutes... AMAZING! THANKS WALMART AUTOCARE IN HAVRE for everything you do!

They did not have what we needed, but referred us to someone else close by who could and did fix our problem!

Awful experience. We blew a tire on the horse trailer, with a horse in it I may add, and arrived at Walmart’s tire shop around 6 pm. The website CLEARLY says they are open until 7, but the lady in there told us everyone left at four. She was very rude about it and was not offering any help. Horrible, horrible service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are not even worth the one star.

This is the worst auto service Ive ever seen. The lady that manages back there is very unpleasant. Before you even walk up to the counter she is chasing you off. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but its consistent for over 2 years. I finally just gave up and went somewhere else.

Fast & cheap. Used to do my own oil changes but the pit crew $20 thing is so worth it long as you get the early before ppl are off work

Lil bit of a wait but good service

Mind you I havent had any extensive work done, just the normal oil change and tire stuff, but they did good.
