Manoosh was so easy to deal with. He does an outstanding job. Although he doesn’t lease cars anymore it did this for me. This is my 3rd Ford from SB Ford. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service department, too. Frank has always been great assisting me getting my car serviced. I definitely have a closer Ford dealer and service department, but, then I would sacrifice in service and attention.

I needed a car in hurry and found South Bay online. I wasnt exactly expecting to get a new car within the same day but it happened! I just came back with a like-new Lincoln MKZ hybrid. The whole buying experience was a breeze. I made an appointment with Martin who greeted us at the door, showed the car, explained about the car, and met with Mike who helped us with financing. I got my new Mach-E from Angela. It was a pleasant purchase. Price was good, people were nice and the process was quick and efficient. FYI, they dont have markups based on current condition. Some other dealer have around 5k markup.

We purchased a car here back in May of this year. Since then South Bay Ford has not provided us with the registration. We have gotten a ticket and are now facing a $300 court fine for failure to have valid tags. I have called the business office (Elaine) and spoke to Jose who sold us the car and neither one of them can show me that there is a proper and clean title to this car nor do they return calls.This has been going on for almost 5 months and the car can be impounded by police for having expired registration tags.I am shocked that a large dealership would be unable to produce a title for cars that they sell.If this is not resolved ASAP I am going to file complaints with the finance company, DMV, and the California Attorney General.

I loath buying cars, mainly because of all the games and waiting, but this went very quick. No games, very little waiting. The fastest experience Ive had yet. Definitely recommend them.
Five star experience. My wife and I were replacing our 2005 Lariat and were searching for another Ford 150 Lariat model. We arrived and met with Julio. He took on a test drive and we shared our dislike of the car sales process. He reassured us that the process would be quick and stress free. After buying cars at many dealerships, we can say that Julio was spot on. The car buying experiment was smooth with Mark the finance guy closing the deal for 2018 Ford Lariat in a short time. We ended up getting this ride under blue book with 32000 miles, full leather, clean, bed liner and full automatic all the way around. A real deal! Thanks Julio!

I walked up to the booth towards the front on Thursday. Inquired about having my daughter’s car repaired. I told the guy that the car is making a loud noise and that I wanted it fixed here and NOT at Airport Marina Ford. I asked if I could drop the car off. But before I could say that I would leave it…his reply “we are really busy right now”. I drove to a third party repair shop, had it checked out, they called me yesterday and told me that the cost would be $989. I went with that due to the Ford company being too “busy” for service.! Thanks anyway.

Gabriel walked me through the entire online order process, answered all of my questions, and was extremely responsive. He even came into the dealership on his day off just to run some numbers for me!
I went there for parts and the parts guy i dealt with was great. They had what I needed in stock and while it was a bit more than aftermarket parts it is well worth it because you get what you pay for. Especially when it comes to steering and suspension parts. All ford dealers are not created equal. Its worth the drive to come to South Bay Ford.
This was my first time actually buying and getting my car myself. I worked with Julio and Mike. Julio he was awesome, he made me feel comfortable and he didn’t just pick cars he listened to me he took his time and he was really sweet and really showed me cars I actually like. Once I found the car he helped me with my trade in and he got me a great price with nothing down he gave us food vouchers and water When it was time for me to sign I worked with Mike!!! He was jokes I loved his spirit he didn’t make me feel like I was in an office he told me about each thing I was signing he took his time, he was so funny and he even got me a lower note then I expected! If you go there ask for these two gentlemen you won’t be sorry!!!

Avoid this dealer, they lie to make the sale and then go radio silent. They commit fraud.On August 15, I made a deal with one of their salesman over the phone to purchase a 2018 Ford expedition platinum, for nearly $75k. The salesman assured me it had gone through a multi point inspection and was in perfect condition. He then delivered it to my home in Ventura county. We drove it (warm, he drove it up), it drove fine and we finished the deal.The next day, we started it cold in the driveway and it made a loud grinding/rattling noise. I called the salesman and he simply said “bring it in and we can take a look.” I told him we are a four hour round trip from the store and he said take it to a local ford store. The noise continued for a few days and we tried making an appointment with our local dealer but it took a week to get in at Simi Valley ford, and then the truck sat. A week later, they called and said the cam phasers are bad in the engine, they need to be replaced, they don’t have the parts and it will need to sit until they arrive.Simi Ford’s service advisor said this does happen on some eco boost models, is a known issue on there engines, and has likely been failing for quite some time. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Selling a top of the line vehicle for $75k represented as perfect with known engine damage is wrong.South Bay Ford’s salesman was either dishonest about the inspection, dishonest about the condition, or both. The noise is very loud. There is no way their people didn’t hear it on startup.I have since tried contacting them over the phone and email to rectify this situation. Zero response from the owner, president and sales manager. They literally ripped me off, sold me a damaged vehicle and now won’t even return my calls or emails. This is criminal behavior. It’s fraud, and I’ll be reporting them to the state.

From the Service Desk and Food Vendor to the Parts counter, the Employees have always gone above and beyond to help and make sure that the customers are satisfied. I recently brought my 2020 Ford Fusion HYBRID lease from SOUTH BAY FORD and LINCOLN!!! Probably the best experience looking for a car I ever had!! Talking about superb top of the line customer service!! Kevin my salesman worked a miracle to get me my 2020 Ford Fusion HYBRID!! Touched basis with multiple resources to get me my new vehicle, the man is very smart, understanding and calculating guy! He got me my payment and the numbers I wanted in a timely fashion. When the deal was done Kevin introduced meAdolfo, he was excellent as well. We talked about careers at Southbay Ford and Lincoln... medical and dental benefits....he then offered me a meal ticket while I was waiting for my car to get gassed and wash!!! The food was great by the way and I had short convos with Don and Howard about what’s coming up in Ford’s line up!!! So the next time (2023) I come in for a new lease I’ll be ready!! I saw the tracking number on the package... the part had arrived a month before.Took them 2 months to get it to me. Btw is been 3 months now, and Im still waiting on my other part. Horrible service. Row was my advisor. Would not get my truck serviced here.
Saw a Ford Fusion online, called in and was helped by Angela. She was able to work out a great deal and was able to get me a good rate and approved by myself since I have mediocre credit. Working with South Bay Ford was a terrible experience. I bought a Mustang GT from South Bay and it turned out to be a lemon which was also falsely advertised to me. They claimed it had less mileage than it actually did. They did nothing to help me with the unfortunate situation I was dealing with. I went to them several times to see what they could do to put me into a new car or get me out of this defective vehicle and they basically turned me away every time. I was forced to find another ford dealership that could help me with my case and they are the dealership I took my business to and couldn’t be happier. South Bay’s service center is a joke. They did not treat me with the respect I deserve considering I was a customer of their dealership. They left my car in the back of their service bay for over a month and left me completely in the dark forcing me to go out of my way to contact the service center to find out what is going on with my car. They made no progress and I had to move my car to another dealership to get fixed. All in all I would not recommend anyone buy a car from South Bay Ford.Update.I spoke with a representative of the dealership and after the discussion regarding my experience working with them, all they were able to do to try to make it up to me was offer me a free oil change. South Bay Ford seems to not stand behind the products they sell. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership at all cost.

I honestly dont have a clue how this place got 4.6 stars on Google review but is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone that needs service done to a vehicle. Service is horrible! Probably one of the reasons that sales are declining every year, because of the simple math; poor service and support = decline in customer trust and confidence in the brand = decline in sales. Definitely my last Ford purchase. The reasons behind such a strong personal opinion:- unprofessional conduct of the employees and personal at service department- less than marginal quality of performed work- clear misguidance and over promise- possible lack of skilled and trained mechanics- general lack of care from the top to bottom (the care exists only for services to be invoiced and paid by customer. No care expressed once payment is completed.)- failure of pre and post process presentation (no before and after go over. Simply just get the ?@!# out with you car process)All of this leads me to conclusion that complete structure, management and ownership has no interest in service and probably just cares about sales. How else to explain calls with such a different answers, not even inputting all problems reported, answering that all is repaired and good, taking advantage of young adults and their unawareness on how things look after the service, managers responses of if you still want to bring your car back - like he doesnt want me to do so, and on the end just after scheduling a pickup of a repaired vehicle to call me and say just one more thing, your car is leaking coolant and you can leave it for us to check it - after I just dropped off a rental since my car was at service center.Complete catastrophe! I am attaching pictures of completed work with fuse panel completely exposed (I guess safety is not a priority at this place). Make smarter choices than I have done and find a better place to give your money in exchange for better service than this!

This afternoon, I stopped by to look at Ford Escapes. I spent about 40 minutes there walking around both inside and outside checking out cars. I even stopped by the desk at the main entrance. Not once did a sales person or any other employee ask me if I needed any assistance. They are obviously not interested in selling cars. Its not as if the place was busy. Inside, there were a few of their offices occupied by people playing with their phones. I think there may have been a few sales persons about outside but if they were, it was impossible to tell. There was no uniformity or other indications that they were. Yeah, dont tell me I needed to have a reservation to visit. If that were the case, the dealer would have had a sign indicating so, the web site doesnt mention anything about a sales appointment. Service appointment, yes. Dont waste your time at this dealership.

The people here are nice and the facilities are clean. But Ive found them to be pretty bad at their job when it comes to my vehicle. I drive a company fleet vehicle and had a tire that kept deflating. Brought it here twice and each time they claimed nothing was wrong, sent me home. Each time within 12 hours the tire was flat again.I eventually brought it to a tire repair shop and they found the leak in about 20 minutes and patched it up.I think they need to listen to the customer more and apply common sense. If a tire needs to be filled with air daily, there is an issue.

Took my car to get simple service oil change and left with damages they scratch my windshield tint on removal of service sticker they denied it and also try covering it by placing sticker on top of the scratch service director said he wish he can give me a free oil change but that he couldn’t do anything about it I would understand if the scratch was anywhere else but it was by the sticker he also had the nerve to ask because he was curious how much the cost would be to fix why ask when you don’t want to take responsibility and it cost me 350$ to fix I paid 250 for my windshield tint and also got charged 100 to remove the tint and your so curious why so much it’s good quality tint Suntek CIR I would not be going back there to get my car serviced again.
Been coming here since I purchaed my 2012 MKT in 2012. My husband just purchased another care here last week, too. The service department is run like a well oiled machine as well...Ive never encountered ridiculously long waits and I have had the same service guy since I first purchased my car (Steve Lopez). He knows my car and keeps me up to date on what needs to be done whenever I come in, theres no guessing. I am always there early in the morning so the fact there is a little restaurant inside is a HUGE plus! Finally, Onyo Prince in the parts department has to be the best customer service person Ive ever encountered. If I need anything he is always sure to get it in on time as to not hold up the service process! All in all, I cant say enough about this location.

I moved to Los Angeles a few weeks ago for a new job and immediately found myself needing a car. I spent a few hours online and found a great deal on a used Subaru Legacy. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted by Muhammad who asked if I needed help or if I was just browsing. When I mentioned the Subaru he knew exactly which car I was talking about and walked me straight to it. I recently purchased a Ford Expedition and it was not at South Bay Ford. I was planning to purchase and the salesman was offering a good price for the vehicle. I was ready to proceed with the sale but he delayed me a day saying the car was dirty. I was fine waiting a day but it was odd and I started questioning their motive. The next day i planned to purchase the vehicle and he met me at the store to expedite things. When I arrived the salesman tried to show me a Expedition Max in another color. I asked what was wrong and he said nothing. Just making sure this is the one you want The car I wanted was still not cleaned and he was saying there was something wrong with it. THE DEALERSHIPS DISHONESTY WITH ME AND MAYBE EVEN THE SALESMAN WAS ENOUGH. I AM THROUGH WITH SOUTH BAY FORD. I went down the 405 to Caruso Ford and bought the car I wanted and it was a pleasure to work with them. Easy choice for replacing my wifes car in 3 months and will not be South Bay. Not a chance I would ever waste my time with them. Our company feels the same way when purchasing our fleet vehicles. Do not go to South Bay Ford.
My first experience picking up a car from service department. I waited for my car to be brought up for 15 minutes, only to find out that they did not hear the call. Then waited 15 more minutes befor my car was brought over. Hopefully next time will be better.
They rotated my tires and left a nail in my tire. They did not wash my car and South Bay didnt top off my fluids. I am very Disappointed.

Initially, I went to South Bay Ford Dealership to test drive an used Fusion Hybrid and communicated with Internet Director Manoosh via email. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk receptionist was very nice and asked who I was looking for. I said the Internet Director, and she immediately knew my name and said Manoosh was only standing a few feet away. Manoosh took me to his office and ran some numbers to getting a new Fusion Plug-in instead of an used Fusion Hybrid. I told him that a Fusion Plug-in is north of $34K and I wasnt really to spend that kind of money on a commuter car. I have my beloved BMW large SUV and extremely fast BMW Z4 roadster that I take out on the weekend. However, Manoosh showed me that combining with the federal and state rebates that the price tag could be substantially reduced to a more pedestrian monthly payment. Since my background is engineering, the numbers looked very attractive for a brand new Fusion Plug-In. However, I told Manoosh that I still need to test drive the used Fusion Hybrid to make up my mind. Manoosh paired me up with Guillermo, and he is very laid back and pleasant salesperson. Guillermo did not pressure me or asked stupid questions like other dealerships on whether I was ready to buy today. Guillermo just wanted to make sure that I picked the right car. I like Guillermos folksy attitude and low pressure demeanor. I went on a test drive of the used Fusion Hybrid that I saw online. Thereafter, I asked Guillermo if I can test drive a new Fusion Plug-in, and he immediately said no problem and he went to get the keys for a silver Fusion Plug-in that I picked out. Once I test drove the new Fusion Plug-in, I knew this was the car for me -- It has built-in navigation on a beautiful large screen, dual climate control, LED headlights, and leather seating. The plug-in powerplant is the same as the Toyota Prius plug-in since Ford and Toyota have a mutual hybrid/plug-in developmental contract since 2012. In other words, the Toyota and Ford hybrid technology are exact replica of each other. The Fusion Plug-In allowed me to run in full electric mode (no engine at all) for 30 miles. I test drove in 100% full electric and it was a blast - so quiet and smooth. Moreover, Guillermo didnt pressure me to end the test drive soon like other dealers - he allowed me to drive as long as I wished. When he offered me the numbers for my trade-in vehicle, Manoosh used the same figure from the Kelly Blue Book website (trade-in price of my vehicle). I was surprised that the trade-in on Kelly Blue Book he gave to me matched the same Kelly Blue book trade-in price that I printed out before heading to the dealerships. This means that Manoosh was being really transparent and did not try to low ball his customers on the trade-in vehicles. We settled on a fair trade-in price based on the Kelly Blue Book value, and Manoosh was able to work on the numbers for the $34K Fusion Plug-in (after the federal and state rebates) so that the final price was roughly the same as the Fusion Hybrid (non plug-in). The Finance Manager Mark was very pleasant and he was very transparent as well and did not play with the numbers. They came out exactly as I agreed at the negotiation table. Overall, this was a very transparent vehicle purchase, and I got a great deal on the new Fusion Plug-In. I highly recommend that you guys should try contacting Manoosh/Guillermo for your next Ford purchase - You will be pleasantly surprised at the transparency of the deal. I should know - Ive brought and sold over 20 vehicles. South Bay Ford is the real deal!

We had a great experience at South Bay Ford! My husband and I were greeted before we even entered the building by salesperson Mohamed (a.k.a. Mo). He helped us get a test drive on the car quickly and efficiently, and together with the sales manager, got us a great deal on a car that fit within our budget. He kept checking up on the status of our paperwork for us, and even when it was his time to go home, he didnt leave until we were completely finished and back in our car. He even drove our new car to our house personally the next day! Mo, you really went out of your way to give us a great experience, and we really appreciate it!

My credit was awful when MARKOS MATTA pulled my score, he didn’t run it through all lenders which is great and I thought it was impossible to get a brand new 2020 but they made it a reality ! I’ve had many cars in the past and have been to many dealers and been through financing which can be very hard and frustrating, but Morkos and his team made it so easy and the best experience I’ve ever had ! Morkos Matta was extraordinary and his finance and management team was just as good with the process, the level of service provided and also the patience in my sense or urgency. I purchased my 2010 Mustang GT from here and since 2017 have tried several times to work a deal to get another Lincoln or Ford after my lease ended..Simon knew when my lease ended and never.botheted to communicate to get me another Lincoln. When I came to return my lease the.receotionist took my keys.and as I was leaving she handed my keys back saying the lease return people were gone, but no one bothered to earn my business especially Simon who never bothered communicating always telling me they never have lease specials. I loved my navigator but absolutely disgusted with Lincoln Lease retention and customer service. Never will I consider a ford or Lincoln product.
Not recommended! They sent me a quote for the car that was already sold 5 days ago. Spent 3 hours just for visiting them for test-drive and hearing Im sorry about that
