Service is great. The crew is courteous and tentative to your concerns or questions. They seem to be honest folks. I trust them with my car.

These guys are fantastic. They take pictures of every problem they find and go over them with you in detail. Same with the estimate; everything was broken down into part cost, markup, and labor. They even took something out of my estimate after they got in there and realized it didnt need to be done. I cant say enough good things!

I was referred by my dealership when a rock messed up my door, my insurance recommended a different place caliber, i first arrived to sako and he sent me away to the place the insurance recommended and asked me to give him their quote, which I did not like at all. I wanted to go one place and thats it. So I went brought back quote via email got started 2weeks from there stayed in sako shop for exactly 2weeks . When I saw my car I could not tell it was in anything. I am very happy it came back detailed as this gave me the new car feeling. Once we got started it was smooth and i called to check after one week. But everyone was nice so i must give him his props because my car looks good. Thanks sako

The only reason i put a star up is so i can write a review... By far the worst auto body shop I have ever had to deal with. They did not fix the problem and only made it worst. Paint job on the rear bumper doesnt match. Not enough clear on it. When they buffed my car they ended up burning some of the paint. Totally ruined my paint job and covered the entire car with swirls and streaks of scratches and then tried to say it wasnt from them. Entire driver side was covered with over spray. There was even some over spray inside the car. Trunk doesnt close properly. Reverse cam is not aligned. Now that happend the first time I took my car there. Only reason I took the car back the 2nd time was because my insurance agent recommend I have them fix the problem they caused. When I got the car back the second time problem got worse.. more scratche, rear tail lights were out of alignment, trunk wasnt aligned, paint was still burnt in a few spots, still had over spray covering the driver side of the car. Rear bumper and rear quarter panels looked a shade different from the rest of the car. When I pointed out all the problems to the owner/manager sako who I was appointed to after dealing with his brother Vic who offloaded me to him once he knew there was problems with the car and didnt want to deal with it. he disagreed with everything I pointed out. Claiming that all the problems like the scratches and over spray was not from their shop when clearly it was because its been at their shop the entire time. I got into a verbal argument with both the owners. I had to call My mercury insurance agent to schedule a meeting so I can show him all the problems that they have caused to my car. After meeting with my agent and the body shop owners, somehow my agent talked me into to letting them try to fix the problems one last time. On the third time it looked almost the same. Only thing different I noticed was they removed some of the over spray (not all of it) they touched up one of the burnt paint spots and that was it. Car was still covered in swirls and streaks of scratches.

Im happy my insurance referred me to southbay collision!!!! Vic and hes staff were great!!!! They went far and above there call of dutie, and for that Im grateful!!! They were precise, fast, and informative. If I ever need bodywork or know someone who does Ill send them to southbay collision!!!!
