Rude, unprofessional, untimely, and to top it off, they charged me three times what I was supposed to pay. My deductible was only $100 and they charged me $350. The man I had to deal with told me they did extras on my car. I asked for a receipt and the man REFUSED to give me one because, as he claimed, the insurance company refused to pay them... My insurance company paid these people within two days of bringing my car in, and they kept my car in the shop for almost a month. I would not recommend this place at all. Unscrupulous business and the owner is extremely rude it took them one month to fix my car.

Service was slow, took 2 extra days plus the weekend to get my car finished due to unexplained shop delays. owner was a little rude and would answer phone while away from the shop and not have time to talk to me about my vehicle since he was out taking care of personal matters during business hours.

Took my car their to have the transmission rebuilt as it was having issues. They were able to fix the transmission and it the car is working fine now however my windshield washers were working before I took it and now they are not. When I called asking why they werent working all I got is that I need to take it to an electrician which is pretty disappointing considering the windshield washers were working before I took it to them and the only people to touch the car between when I dropped it off and when I picked it up was them. Guess the moral of the story is buyer beware, while they may do good work if anything goes wrong expect them to totally pass the buck and basically tell you to pound rocks.

Beware! had a rebuilt transmission on Dec 2016, after 11k miles, I am having transmission problem again. Jorge wants to charge full price...I believe a transmission should last longer than 11k miles...Check reviews on Only Transmission #2 - same company / same address/ much different rating !

Gave 2400 price first time went to check was ok but after test drive decide to wait week later went back was real bad then gave 3000 price ask why different price was told we need pay taxes labor transmission oil so in 1 week 600 increase in price no thanks
