There like 5employees at the return/exchange pick up area having a wonderful day,just chilling acting rude with the customers now there’s a new policy that they don’t accept screenshots for a pick up order,my husband had order some items and I came to pick it up and it was under my name and she said they didn’t accepted screenshot of the barcode dumb!,plus they ask for ID’s and they say they can’t give you the item..and I told her I just picked up an item from a different target location and she said all targets have a different policy all targets have their own policy and that this one has a different One acting rude at front of customers and plus she just walked away and ask another person to help because she was so desperate to go and keep having her wonderful day chatting with their co-workers.

Excellent attention from the staff and special service only at Target

I tend to go to a closer Target but decided to go this location in 120th st instead. I went to buy some quick grocery items and medicine for my sick toddler that I needed. As usual I went to use the self check-out and right when it was my turn I was informed that I could not use the self check-out unless I was using a cart. Ive always gone to other Targets and have never been told I cant use the self check-out because Im using a basket rather than a cart. Im not sure if this is the case in this specific Target or its starting to be a new rule at all Targets, but it seems rather absurd to do such thing. I had to waste extra time waiting on line when I just wanted to get home to my toddler. This was inconvenient and not a pleasant experience.

Very unprofessional staff. My wife and i were making our purchases through self checkout which had no indication that the hand scanner was non operational until we were told by a representative who tried to embarrass us by blurting it out and laughing with a customer. Then 2 of your theft team members swept in on us like we were thieves when we were paying in full for our daughters school supplies. I used to work at this location 8 years ago and it has gone downhill since then. Please retrain your members on proper procedures on assisting patrons instead of trying to make them look or feel foolish.

I was treated very well by store personnel. The motorizied mobile cart (the only one) was disabled while I was using it A nice young lady got in touch with someone who came to assist me The young lady that came to help me was polite and courteous She brought a wheelchair for me to get to cuustomer service She was small but mighty. The nice young lady akso helped me with my purchase I am sorry I did not get the young ladys name but she was very accommodating You have an employee that did a commendable job with me

I’ve made 5 trips. The items and target itself is fine. The drive up is awful. They are either very lax or very rushed but in both scenarios they got my order wrong. I didn’t even order more than 5 items. They also use a lot of bags and they won’t let you refuse the bags. They literally bag 1-2 items per bag, my order could have been in one bag. This is just wasteful. I’m going to start driving to the farther one.

Poor self checkout registers and poor customer service skills

Target has everything I need in one place and I love it!!!

The drive up service is horrible why do you have to wait 6 hours for 2 ideas. You guys need to develop a better system instead of first come first serve because some people like myself just need 2 items when others may request 10-12.

Excellent store. High marks for cleanliness, layout, prices/deals and staff friendliness. A shoutout to Ilmer. He fixed/re-assembled the bike that I had purchased at Target Westwood on the previous day, in June 2021.

This target is spotless, unlike the one from South Gate and Compton! One thing that I noticed and it’s been twice hearing an elderly person asking if this target had a bench to sit inside. I’m guessing she was tired, and I don’t blame her . They both looked 80 years old! South Gate does have nice couches in the middle of the store for anyone to take a break.

I’ve called this target many times and it always hangs up on me. This is when I tap on the menu button asking which department I’m looking for, it just immediately hangs up on me. Very irritating.

I never give reviews about a place but today Tatiana was extremely helpful at checkout. Target is my familys place to go for everything. we visit more than once a week but today was just a different experience. great customer service by Tatiana.

I wish I had the option of giving no stars. The worse Target ever. The lines are so disorganized compared to Gardenas and Manhattan Beach locations. Cashiers are rude while not wearing their mask correctly. Even though this location is closer to my home I will not be returning.

Did a drive up order today and I could be happierUsed the app to let them know I was on my way and when I got there their was already someone outside with a cart and several orders for other people I wasnt even there 2 minutes I would totally do drive up their again. Poor customer service in regards to waiting 20 just so someone can assist me and unlock some razors. I ask a girl for help and she mentioned she didnt have the key for it and claimed to look for help but never came back next Ill just go to Walmart.

I went to the Hawthorne Target today on 12/20/19. I called ahead and requested a check on Butterball Turkeys in the food section. Lakisha assisted me found the turkeys for me. I requested 2 turkeys 13-14 lbs. She stated she found them and would put them at guest service. She was so pleasant and just a delight. I went to the guest counter and Jennifer Dickson was as amazing, helpful and caring! She helped me download the Target App. After finishing checking out she called for assistance for a carry out. She asked Jamel to help me put the turkeys in my car. He was so pleasant also. I have trouble lifting heavy items I was so pleased for the assistance. The service I received tonight was impeccable. I was so happy and blessed I went to the Hawthorne store, all the employees who assisted me were so personable, helpful, caring and amazing people. Thank you, Tracy Naffa

Shopping convenience and customer service. My shopping experiencewas convenient. The cashier Alisha was very customer friendly and was attentive and careful bagging my groceries.

I prefer Target to Wal Mart for nearly all my shopping. The grocery department has expanded, which is good, but I still go to the grocery store (Dierbergs) nearby to get things like deli and meat items.

Target is neighborhood close and a familiar store. There will always be something to purchase there . Even if you had not intended to buy it

I had a wire shelf to be picked up at the Hawthone location. The employees were very fast and efficient to get my item out. It was very heavy; one of the employees offered to bring it to my car for me. ( I unfortunately don’t have his name)He definitely made my day.Thank you target.

05/21/2020 Waited outside in the sun for 45minutes to get into the store. While the employees where in the shade. Target should have shade for their customers. We all understand that target is trying to keep us safe from covid 19, but the sun causes Cancer! Pop shade Canopies or sun shades need to be placed outside the store where customers are made to wait.

The longer lines make it harder to check out quickly. Not sure what time self-checkout closes but it wasnt open that evening. Glad the shelves are better stocked since it made it more difficult to find the items I wanted with bare shelves. Overall, a good Target.

Ease of convenience. Target employees very quick to bring items to my car or have them ready for pick up at the desk. Everyone was courteous and efficient.

Cashier (Lorena I believe was her name) was super kind and cheerful. The staff is always kind and very helpful a the Hawthorne store.

The staff is very rude, instead of assisting guests they just do what they want and have an attitude if I know what’s right before even hearing us out! I called several times none of them even knew what I was talking about, instead of checking they just said they didn’t have it and a few minutes later after figuring out what I wanted all of a sudden they had it! Just listen next time it’s not that hard.

This is always my favourite target. The management is the best ever. They treat the handicap very well. I highly recommend this target!

They decided to close bc of the riots although they weren’t being protested or looted. And that’s fine but alert people that are arriving for drive up only to find that you guys have closed abruptly and they won’t be able to receive their drive up orders. Now I’ve had to cancel my order bc no one was there to give it to me!

None of the workers know anything about electronics whatsoever and when you ask for help they just send you to the one in Lawndale

That was a great mall in the area. I love the clothing selection. It was so great and it was so easy to find items in this mall it was well organized and spacious. That was a great day of strolling around this mall and have tried the food as well.

So I never go to this target cause it was starting to look old and you could only find half of the things you need but they renovated!!! It’s so nice to see the store coming back to life.Associates need to be on top of their job though not chatting when a customer is asking for your assistance. Other than that great visit today!

Helpful for having the drive up option if in a hurry or cant go in store. Notifies for order ready and sign upon pick up. Customer service is great within the coworkers Ive dealt with by far.

This by far is the worse Target location I have visited, even the drive up takes a very long time. This store should as well close, it’s super messy, and not to mention the atmosphere feels very hectic.

We are in a pandemic, and this store is not sanitizing anything 😑

Two cashiers said I couldnt buy $40 worth of Steam Wallet game cards with my target gift cards. The guy told the girl to ring me up and try. She tried and scanned the gift cards and the guy said watch show him. The screen said card not activated. ( I had no clue what I was looking for). So they concluded that it doesnt work. I tried to explain to them that theres no taxes on it why wouldnt it work. So they dismissed me out of the store. Tomorrow I went to another target and tried again. The guy rang me up normally without question. The end.

I ordered something and it was returned the day it was supposed to be delivered. I should have been informed that Target doesnt deliver to PO boxes. I also dont like the fact that online orders are only held for 2 days at the store. Other stores give you a week to pick up your item ordered online.

Store is always in disarray. Baskets of clothing that need to returned to shelves everywhere. Items all over the floor. Parking lot trashed. It needs cement bumpers to keep cars from doing twirling. I prefer leaving the area for a better shopping experience.
