It isnt safe or convenient for this store to lock the back entrance that leads to the parking lot. They force all but the handful of customers who are able to find street parking walk around Dennys in order to enter the store.

All things considered I cannot say I’ve had an unpleasant experience at this goodwill. They have a solid amount of merchandise and you can go on any given day and it won’t be that busy. The cashiers have always treated me kindly. Recommend stopping by if the opportunity presents itself.

Leaving this review on behalf of my husband. He dropped off a few large bags for us and said the service was friendly, fast, convenient. 5 stars all the way around and really appreciated this Goodwills cleanliness and helpfulness. Parking was easy and abundant.

Nice staff but manager was an older lady and was rude and made things so complicated I had receipt and original tags but she couldn’t do my exchange which was really unfortunate.

Tried dropping off clothing donation and they declined. Staff said they stop taking donations at 5. They then told me to come back at 10am the next day and I told the staff I work 10-5:30 & one of the girls replied with a bad attitude that they are open weekends too. Why decline donations? Don’t understand. I’m just trying to get rid of clothes I no longer use and are in good condition. Will just be taking my donation elsewhere. Save yourself some time and donate somewhere else.

Pretty small store but the two colors of items that were on sale, I found a bunch of which was nice 😊 (I find that alot of places but a specific color on sale bc it is IMPOSSIBLE to find in the store....lol) The girl at the counter was nice and overall had a good experience. Also one of the only locations around that is open late which is why I came.

Absolutely horrible goodwill. When I walked in and started to look around employees were talking with each other about how they do not like to have conversations with customers this was out loud while customers were shopping When employee at the door talking across to the cashier. Speaking like customers werent worth their time or patience. Very inappropriate conversation to be having in the store during their working hours and while customers were shopping highly insulting. When I was looking through the items I had to make sure what I wanted to purchase I was told to step back behind A-line And wait because the cashier was busy. After a little while I wound up simply leaving all the things that I was going to buy on a rack in I accident store wasnt worth my time or my money I do not recommend this goodwill I wont return myself.

Love this store! The staff is super friendly and management is top notch💥 The owner is always Friendly and Welcoming. The store is clean and organized which lends to a happy time efficient visit everytime... which is often for me. A+rating Indeed🤩

Neat aisles but things need to be cleaned by staff, at least a once over with a wipe (make it look less raggedy)

I didnt find a whole lot but Im sure maybe it wasnt my day for thrifting but I will mention this. The Ladies there were Great, polite, courteous and they didnt mind when I kept asking questions. So for that they get four stars giving patience, tolerance and the courtesy we all need now during such dreadful and unsecure times.

Always find great stuff here. I travel a few miles to visit but its worth it.

This place was ok untill the manager JULIE decided to stand in front of the doors to exit and as I took my items to the counter yelled out for me to remove additional items from underneath my clothing. At first idk she was talking to me then I looked around and asked if she was talking to me and she said yes, I saw you put items under your clothes right here and back there too.I told her lady you need to get your eyes checked because if thats what you think you saw you are wrong and I lifted my sweater, opened my purse and asked where?I told her that she needed to get her facts straight before she starts accusing people of that especially out loud in front of everyone like she did. She was rude as hell. B#$+&@

The no entrance through the back door I find is a huge inconvenience. I wish we could bc finding parking, at times is another issue. Thats only for donations but I always find something. Theyre very helpful too.

It is a really friendly place amazing people

Small store but well organised. Listen for the daily bargains which they announce through the intercom frequently. They now have a section of new items (bedding & reading glasses so far) at discounted price. Does not appear to have high-end merchandise. They seem to move the merchandise fairly quick.

Employees saved over $100 of merchandise I accidentally left in a bag while shopping. They had it for me the next day. My heroes! Thanks to them, I didnt lose a bunch of money.Really nice employees too!

In California for a vacation, and we needed some jackets for unplanned weather... this Goodwill is by far the best one in a ten mile radius. The prices were low and clothing was of good quality... very friendly staff as well.

Great store, found amazing things, among them a Cristian Dior blazer for just 10 dlls. Well organized and the staff was very friendly.

Although the staff was nice and helpful, I will never shop this store again. I found a crack pipe in the sports coat that I brought for my 15 year old son. Damn....you could at least check the merchandise before you put it out to the public.

Great selection of all sorts of items from cloths to electronics. Pretty clean and well kept together. Great hospitality as well

They are rude when you drop off items for donation. Ive been here a couple of times and they either ignore you or actually yell at you. They do not help you unload the car and they look at you like you are bothering them by giving them work to do. The back staff are not supervised at all and thats why they can act this way. I will not donate to this place again. There is another thrift store called savers which is on Western and Lomita and they are polite, and help you unload your stuff, and give you 30% off of your next purchases. In short, they are not jerks.

Love this goodwill it is organized and a far pricing for cloths. Also the staff is very helpful and nice. I would recommend this store to people i know

What do you expect everything is donated. Most of the employees. Work for free to get experience so they can quit and get a good job.

The store is kept up pretty well they had goodie cart come out 1 in 30 minutes and had some snow stuff we needed. Line wasnt to long but they did have alot of workers.
