It was absolutely terrible!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! We waited in line for over an hour and a half outside while workers were walking around and on the phone. When we finally did go inside we were told that we would be helped soon by a worker, we waited an extra 20 minutes and then she left! Without saying a word to us! Very unprofessional! The manger however was very kind. Overall terrible experience

Terrible experience!! Jonh one of the workers had my 82 year old mother wait in line, under the sun close to an hr just to send her back in line after he had told my mother he was unable to speak to her because her license was expired dint bother asking for a second Id or try to solve the issue in a different matter, this guy does not deserve to work in public thats not how you treat a client that has used the service for 10 years he just lost 5 accounts. Shame on you John from Hawthorne Blvd and El Segundo blvd in Hawthorne. No wonder most reviews have one star Im sure it would be ZERO!!! IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!!! ATTITUDE!!!

Very slow service! Would not recommend if you dont have at least 2 hours to spare. Made an appointment online and still had to wait outside almost 45 minutes to talk to someone.

Worst customer service!! Their employee Jon has no idea how to respect or treat a customer. He is rude and not helpful at all. I have no idea what he even does there because his sales skills also suck!!!Wouldnt recommend this place to any one even if all other stores were closed.

The first time I went to that store the dude that helped me clearly didnt know what he was doing and I had to repeat some stuff more than once. So I had to ask for someone else to assist me and she was pretty nice and fast. The Second time I went Jasmin helped me out and she really have good customer service. Then there were two other girls who helped me as well and they were nice and friendly.

I have been a long time customer at T-Mobile, this is my home store and i am always pleased when having to take a visit . All the employees at this establishment are so helpful especially Andrea. I usually hate having to run errands such as going to the phone store but this T-Mobile Hawthorne always takes the ease off my shoulders.

I had a really bad experience in this store, i went on monday to make a warranty exchange and the young lady who attended to me told me that everything was fine and that in two days I would have my new phone. When I arrived for my phone they told me that I did not qualify and that I had to jump or file a claim with the insurance company. Totally bad service, I went to another store and they solved the problem. The guys Mike and Luis from the store El Segundo and Hawthorne gave me a very bad attitude, apart from that they canceled my phone order saying that I had requested it. I never canceled anything. Very bad service and bad attention.

Walked in to get my husband’s screen protector and upon entering we get “Welcome to T-Mobile” but no one signed us in even though there was 6 employees. But, since they were somewhat busy we just waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt. We were there trying to get help but we were just getting ignored and no one asked us why we were there nor if we needed help signing in. So we left after 45 minutes because our 1 year old got restless and frankly we were extremely disappointed with their customer service.

My time at Tmobile was awesome. Helma, the young woman who assisted me offered incredible customer service skills, was friendly, and just overall absolutely helpful. Talking with her was great and I hope she gets a paid vacation in here near future so she can go off to Peru or any other destination she hopes to see soon. Horrible service John tried to rip off my mother denying her I insurance and making her pay for a phone thank God we were able to contact the bank and cancel the this order, my mother is senior citizen what a shame stay away from here, I took her to the store on Crenshaw and century and they even give her a free lap top

Recently went into the t mobile store to update my phone and the wait time was insane! The manger ray or Raymond or something was super rude to his emplyees Intrupting the customers and the employee for stupids reasons and making the process take longer. I eventually left cause it was taking to long but I will NOT be returning after I saw him treat his emplyees that way I felt bad for them and the way he would talk to them . I would of quit if I were them. I hope they get a better manager soon I’ve been to that store countless time before he was there and loved it. He ruined my t mobile experience at the Hawthorne location!!!!!

Edit: I had initially liked the service, but they were not honest about the cost of the extra accessories they gave me so 👎I had a great experience at this store. The employees had excellent customer service skills and they were very accommodating and reasonable with my requests. My only complaint is that transferring my data between my old phone and new phone took a while so I hope they improve their tech soon.

I was waiting there for about 2 hours. They dont bother crossing out names on the waiting list. They skipped my name like 5 times. I asked if Im next they said yes, but instead they called someone else like they forgot. This service is extremely horrendous. Please save your valuable time and go somewhere else.

I had 15 extra minutes so decided to drip in to see their phone selections add in due for an upgrade. First, the parking lot that used to be available is cordoned off now so its much harder to park around there. When I did make it to the store a rep took my name to serve me next, then promptly forgot about that list as I saw customers walk into the store afterwards and were getting reps attention. Needless to say, the extra 15 minutes I had was wasted aside from looking at the phones on the wall displays.

Horrendous service! The manager is the worst; I have ordered my note 7 recall (as customer service recommend), for some unknown reason it was sent to this store. I went to pick it up, and the manager did not want to release it to me, not even customer service was able to convince him to give my Note 7 to me. He claimed he was going by the rules, and that he wanted me to be on a waiting list, I dont know if customer service made the mistake, or not, by sending me the phone, but they were willing to fix the problem. This manager didnt want to help, its also his attitude! I end up with a really bad headache by his nasty attitude, which was really uncalled for.

Was absolutely amazing my brothers and sisters are visiting from out of town overseas and needed some cards to make sure their phones work while they were here for a couple weeks how my was quick and easy and explain a great service to use to even have us be unlimited the entire two weeks they were able to use their phones anywhere service was great I don’t even have T-Mobile and I’m seriously considering switching over because of the great customer service from Helma and the expansion of being able to use my phone anywhere thanks again Helma in the T-Mobile store #2720

Parking is a problem and t-mobile said i could park but insurance acad people were very rude and kicked me out. city took old parking area. insur academy people should get customer service educ - to not inflame people - current customer or not. t-mobile problem only in that their customers get jacked, and insur acad problem because of bad feelings toward their business.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a tmobile I went to get my tablet set up and I guess I put the SD card in the wrong slot and the Hispanic girl helping me made a rude comment like who puts an SD card in this slot everyone knows it doesnt go there I felt completely embarrassed I took my tablet and walked out😡
