Ive used this company for 3 or 4 years now, and when I made my usual annual call to Andre he informed me he was out of the business and gave me Brads number. The guys would come every year, not set the world on fire with personality but Andre was very nice, always. Brad was not. Not friendly at all. So I called Brad. No call back. Like a fool I called again. Before I could get my spiel out (he knew who I was) he told me they were booked up and that they now charged a minimum of $800--twice what Ive paid the last few years. Thats fine; whatever. But no thought to customer loyalty, no MOMENT to explain anything to a loyal customer who called them every year, was nice and...fricken called them every year. Good luck, Brad. Youre gonna need it.

These guys are just in it for the money. They did not even bother installing the lights correctly and safe and they never came to fix the lights when they went out.I figured because they were featured on HGTV they would be legitimate but I was terribly wrong.Steer clear from this OVERPRICED company!

Cannot say enough positive things about our experience with LA Christmas Light Installers - we hired them to handle all the lighting for our backyard wedding reception, and they truly transformed it into something magical. Not only did they help bring our vision to life, but they had great ideas to elevate it even more. They were very punctual, organized, and overall extremely friendly and easy to work with. Also after extensive research when we first started planning, their prices are very fair as well. Would highly recommend and use them again!
