Great customer service by Adam. He spend arround 15 minutes trying to help me find a size 14 for my son. We didnt find anything, so I ended up purchasing 2 shorts. He was so helpful I just couldnt leave empty handed. When he was done ringing me up. Another gentleman that I observed Adam assisting on the floor came up wanting to be rang up by Adam. The little girl next to Adam kept on insisting in an overbearing unprofessional way repeatedly- atleast 4 times. Imposing on the customer that she is next & he needs to be rang up with her. Even though the customer insisted But this young man helped me I was waiting specifically for him But he took the time to help me. The customer was physically uncomfortable not knowing what to do, trying to prevent a confrontation with the bossy young lady. No, but its my turn. You HAVE TO be rang up by me. Adam was to professional to say anything.Friday March 2-nd / 6.50 PM.

Always love shopping here, one of my favorite places

I made an online order and I never received an email stating my order was ready. The first time I called to follow up the customer service rep said it take 3-5 business days and I would get an email letting me know when it arrives there. My shoes was sitting at that location for 3 days and I wasn’t notified. I think that they should not only email but follow up with a phone call.

I highly recommend this location and my representative, Juliette! She assisted me with finding my item and also arranged the pickup since they only had my size at another store. She was very knowledgeable about the product and extremely friendly. I give her 10 stars!

They didnt have the shoe that we were looking for in stock but there was a young sales associate, tall, with curly hair who was extremely helpful. Great customer service. Great job young man. Sorry I didnt catch his name.

I had a pleasant shopping experience right here right from my first step in. I noticed there is provision for COVID-19 safety measures both outside and inside the store which include nose masks and hand sanitizer.Wares inside the store are excellently arranged in such a way that makes finding the right product and size easy.During my visit, there was no queue or neither was there a time that the store got overcrowded. The parking space in front and by the side is roomy enough to accommodate several cars.

I brought my son here he loves wss i always come to any wss i let my son pick his shoes hes 6yrs. He and i love coming here plus we bond while he we look at kicks.. wish was millionaire would buy all dope sneakers

Didnt have a big selection

Great place to shop with lots of name brand shoes and huge clearance selection. The employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable as well as if they dont have my size I just ask and they almost always have my size in the back. They now even offer curbside pickup. Love this store and Ive been coming here for over 10 years. Great selection and easy to find parking space available too.

One of the best shoe stores in town. Very helpful everyone in there and they seem to care of their customers. They even have rewards cards for every time you shop in there so they give you some back. In the past, they didnt exist. Its nice to see a store like this grow overtime. I was able to find my dress formal shoes at my size which is very hard to accomplish.

You can never go wrong here. Plenty of styles and prices. From kid choices to some really nice adult selections from as low as $24.99 and up to $100+ for some of the higher end nike shoes and such. I been shopping here since it opened and I cant remember when that was so its been a while. Definitely go here if you want a really nice selection with a wide range of pricing.

Great prices and I like that they had a variety of shoes. The store is clean and neatly organized. The cashiers werent as helpful ( Ive been there twice) and each time they seemed like I was bothering them when I asked a question.

It was great great pricing it wasnt true pricing so I thought it was awesome.

Wish the kids section looked like the mens section, so much more of a selection in the mens. Other then that, employees are attentive, organized and ready to assist you. Never did I have to go looking around for someone to bring a pair of shoes down. Happy with my visit to this location as I do live near the Wilmington store.

Favorite shoe place to shop. Deals are good. Coupon deals and membership deals a plus, but should be credit for every 100 pt earned instead of 250. Epeacially for the amount of money the customer puts out for. Overall, friendly service, fast checkout, good customer service from management and employees.

Didnt have much selection and the managers was rude and not helpful.

Customer service is very poor. They talk very rudely to customer. Most of the employees dont even know how to redeem coupon and discount. I had very bad experience with WSS. I had a 25$ coupon but they dont know how to redeem it, after spending lot of time they told me that coupon is not valid. I just wasted more than 1 hour and had to come back with nothing because they didnt give discount on my reward coupon.This is really embarrassing for me.

More shoes then anything for men for women not so much next time Ill go to the one on 3000 Century blvd much much more selection

Real big on the racial profiling, I get it Im a chubby bald Black guy, but following me around the store is unprofessional, and they can just as easy watch me on the camera. Sad part is they still profile you after you purchase, no matter the dollar amount you have spent. Do better, not even the best selection, tons of feminine colored mens shoes. All bad.

Over price went to macys and got pair of sketchers work shoes for 37.99 WSS wanted 59.99 ask for price matched manager said best he could do was 10 dollars off ill never shop there again they lost me as a customer. That the main reason online shopping is winning period.

Service is good. They help you if you need assistance finding anything. I just purchase some new shoes here. I like the face not shoe strings...and the price was right.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they need more options for certain kids shoe sizes. My daughter has a slightly bigger foot for her age,Ive gone twice,and its kinda limited.But I love how sweet and nice the cashiers as well as the the stockers/employees are on the floor. Consistently trying to help! Oh and they have alotta good shoes on the discount racks so definitely check those out FIRST! You might be pleasantly surprised what youll find there.😁
