They got new machines and they charge extra for warm or hot water. They stopped the reward program which was what kept me going. A lot of drug users go in and hang around parking lot.Found a new laundromat that has security walking around the little plaza and it is inexpensive. Machines work great too.Wont say where because I dont want it to get all crowded with Superlaundry customers 🤣

I like this place a lot. There is always someone on staff. My kids are entertained with the arcade games, child area w/movie playing and vending machines for snacks. There isnt a lot of space for sitting, but when it is empty or less busy, there available tables to sit. What I like best is the 24hr time frame, but least is the small parking lot. Additionally, theres no drama/ craziness happening, there are cameras all over. I feel safe here, which is really great!.

I hadnt returned for a year and its a lot nicer, the washing machine rince many more times and the driers dry better . The long hours make it very convenient and the size, theres always a machine one can use.the attendants are very helpful too.

I come here all the times after work when laundry work needed to be done. The only thing I like about this place because it opens 24 hours and I work graveyard shift and its close in between my job and my home. This time Im really unhappy with their customer service. I had to rewash my clothes again because one of their 8 loads washer does not wash well. I put so much soaps in it and no soaps are coming out inside that washer. Funny thing how the manager tryna tell me that I put too much clothes in it. Really? Its an 8 load washer and I still have plenty of room in that washer. I put one section in 1 of the 8 loads washer and that one works great. They didnt want to solve the issue with the customer by helping put in an another washer. Instead I paid again to rewash my clothes. Thats a terrible customer service and Im not really happy. My advice to you, fight for ur rights. For me, I couldnt because Im cranky and I got out of 12 hours shift straight to the laundromat and I dont really wanna deal over a small matter. All I wanna do is just leave a 2 stars!

Great place to wash.. you earn points toward a reward including: free washes, cash rewards. Has many tv a section for kids and vending machines with lost of choices makes washing a breeze

Machines are ALWAYS broken. The dryers burn your clothes, and the lady here is NO help. She said that 2 to 3 shirts equals one load, when one of the machines wasnt working. According to her I had too much clothes. I took some out, still nothing. Then she busts with only 2 or 3 shirts. Maybe 2 towels. Ridiculous.

Old machines and they take a very long time. Literally can start 3 machines together (that are same size) and one takes 10 minutes more than the others.

The male staff there just sat and watched soccer on TV and refused to help customers. He insisted I had to pay a quarter for my 3 years old son to use the bathroom. Very rude chap. He needs a new job!!

Open 24 hours, but at any time you go there always problem to use the dryers, but they are broken are with clothes because the mind does not vacate them in time.
