I put a ton of effort into selecting and installing my granite countertop. I worked with a different fabricator at first. Making the switch to New was a good decision. They always answer the phone, always had courteous and thorough information to give me. Were very responsive on email. And take it from someone who visited 5 different showrooms from Long Island to New Jersey, they have the largest selection. Once I completed my long drawn out selection process (totally me making a long hard decision) New was ready to go. Within a few days Matt was at my house with this cool machine taking measurements, and a week later it was being installed. And it fit perfect! Beautiful edges. Barely there seam. And everyone I worked with was polite and friendly.

Our house was on the market for over 18 months with no offers. We decided to do some kitchen and master bath upgrades, including new quartz counter tops. Less than two months after the work was done we finally had an offer on our house! We thought the work was done professionally, the price was reasonable and the outcome was fantastic!

They were first class from beginning to end. When I walk into their location I was amazed. They had beautiful Granites, Marble, Quartz and other Stone materials on display. Someone came over to help me almost immediately and she walked me around to help me decide on the best material for my job and then helped me find the piece that would look the best for our house.As I looked around, I saw some very large scale work going on, but she knew it was a small job within the first couple of questions and worked hard for me anyway. I needed the Granite piece cut quickly to allow me to fix my kitchen sink right before Christmas. The got me the pieces in 3 days cut to my specs exactly. They even mounted the sink with more and better supports than what came with the sink. They were so good, I opted to have them install it even though I could have because they were so professional. I would have hated to screw it up and have it be an eye-sore right in the middle of the house. I am so happy I found them and cannot recommend them enough.

Great experience start to finish. Kate was my salesperson and took the time to show me several quartz pieces. Same day responses via email and install happened within the time frame expected. The template and install guys were also great and made sure the job was done to perfection. I highly recommend.

New Granite replaced my old kitchen countertops. About 80 square feet of it. The removal team was quick, clean and knowledgable. The installation was on-time and look great! Not only was the company the best price, but they were easy to work with and actually showed up in the times they said they would (a rarity these days). I would highly recommend them for any granite/quartz/marble needs.

We had our kitchen recently remodeled and had quite a few challenges during the process. When it came time for our countertop lay out we were pleasantly surprised. Matt came to look at the layout and was extremely professional. He made a few suggestions that went a long way and were beneficial. Without the advice from Matt, we certainly would’ve been unhappy “down the road”. Matt made a suggestion to reduce our overhang by about 2 inches (our original designer had an overhang of 12 inches). We are truly thankful for Matt’s suggestion as it really gave us the space we need for a functional kitchen. Matt truly takes pride in his work as he took the time to make suggestions and explain his reasoning. He could have easily made a quick sale, but he wanted to ensure we would be happy. My family looked for a reasonably priced granite location and after some of our own research, we came across New Granite & Marble. First of all, they are very responsive, which I believe is most important for a service/product provider. They were able to provide us a quick quote and install the granite with a sink within a week (of course timing will depend on how busy they are). We were very pleased with the customer service and product. This was back in 2016. We recently had an issue with our sink (garbage disposal was too heavy) which ultimately effected the surrounding granite. I was able to contract New Granite & Marble and the owner responded right away, and even better, he was able to provide help within a day. If you are looking for a counter top company, this is your place. They are honest and provide the best work. I look forward to using them on a next home purchase.

If I could give New Granite & Marble 10 stars I would!!! When my wife and I began the renovation of our home, granite was our starting point. Natural stone is so amazingly beautiful that we built everything else around it. Finding the right place to buy and fabricate that stone was a huge decision. We shopped around quite a bit. We saw so much granite we got dizzy -_- After putting a deposit on some slabs for our kitchen at another supplier/fabricator, we had an uncomfortable feeling that the work would not be the best quality and the price too high; the employees there just didnt seem to care and it was more like a factory than a craftsman shop. Luckily my wife google searched again, we got our deposit back and went to New Granite & Marble. We immediately felt comfortable with Matt, that his price would be fair, the service excellent and the quality of the fabrication and installation impeccable! The stone we chose for our kitchen was described on a fabricators site as difficult to work with. It required careful preparation and care in fabrication. We could not be happier with the results! Our kitchen is gorgeous! The granite beautifully designed and crafted for the different counter tops to flow in a natural pattern and highlight the granites most unique features. I give these guys 5 out of 5 stars! They were excellent. I was greeted like family from the moment we stepped into their establishment. My wife and I looked at about 10 different kitchen and granite places before we walked into this place. They had the exact style kitchen cabinets and granite that we wanted. They delivered as promised and installed everything perfect, not to mention that they beat the competitors by thousands of dollars. They also were able to work around our tight schedule. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Honest, Reliable, and extremely fair pricing. Matt was immediately responsive, gave clear pricing and timeline expectations within the 1st 10 minutes of meeting with him. No games, no excessive price markups.Walked me out to the yard, let me pick out what I liked, told me pricing on the spot that was the best pricing around for high quality stone. On top that, I am in upstate New York. Matt drove all the way up to my house to laser measure the project to ensure a perfect fit. He was not shy about telling me where the kitchen installers before him were off on their measurements so that he could clarify why he would have to cut his stone at certain angles to fit properly. They use automated cutting machines for the most precise cutting...be sure to ask any installer how they cut their stone - you really need automated cutting technology to get it right. Sure enough installers arrived about a week or so later (Feb 2017) and installed the whole kitchen in a few hours with 3 men. Nice seams, deep sink, and polished look. If you have the good fortune to run into Matt & New Granite & Marble, keep these folks by your side and dont hesitate. Good luck!

Pros-- Knowledgeable, confident and decent work.- Hardworking, no gimmicks with scheduling and delivers as promised.- Very competitive in pricing.Cons-- Bit of coordination required while selecting the slab. Been told at the end, the slab I liked would not fit and I have to go with two which will cost more money.- Water filter faucet hole is slightly bigger than required.Would have checked the size before drilling the hole.I still recommend Matt for your Granite work because the Cons can be avoided by coordinating more.Hopefully this is helpful.

My experience with this company was great from start to finish. I couldn’t go to the showroom because of covid and the whole process was done through email and text messages. They were able to accommodate me right away with someone to come out and do measurements for new countertops. Within a week it was done and what an awesome job they did! I couldn’t have done any of this if it wasn’t for Annette, she was extremely helpful with providing me with all options and took the time to answer each and every question I had. I was weary to go with this company because they are located in NJ and I’m upstate in Dutchess county, I’m so happy I did. Working with Kate and Matt from New Granite and Marble was a home owners dream. We originally stopped in to look at the granite after receiving a very favorable quote from Kate via email. Little did we know that they also did cabinets, which ended up saving us a lot of time and energy being able to hire ONE contractor to do it all. They handled everything for us during our kitchen remodel, even installed our backsplash! . Kate and Matt were both very knowledgeable and guided us along the entire process. Matt installed our granite 2 years back. It was very easy and fast process with a good selection of stones. Granite has been looking very good with no issues.Today I noticed that our undermount sink started ripping away from the granite.I called Matt unsure of how to get it fix. He totally stood by his promise and reinstalled the sink the very same day.I truly appreciate the honesty and customer friendly service. Im a property manager in Bloomfield and have been working with Matt & Tom for almost a year now and have had a great experience. We have done 17 apartments now and I couldnt be happier. Karen and I renovated our Kitchen and it was time for the countertops. Our contractor had looked at a dozen places for us and came up with three companies. He gave us the estimates and we decided to look around on our own. A family member had used New Granite and Marble. So we went to see them on a Saturday afternoon spoke with Aneto (Matts Wife) and Eva they showed us what they had to offer let us take our time answered all our questions we gave them our measurements pictures and drawing and Aneto gave us a price over $2000.00 less then our lowest price we had gotten. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line. On Wednesday of that week Matt the owner came out and measured. On Monday the following week they came and installed the countertops. From start to finish it was 10 days amazing. And all the while they were in contact asking questions answering questions. The window for measuring was three hours and they called 30 minutes before and came right on time. The window for install was three hours they arrived at 8:00 am and were done by 10:00 am. No mess no problems no nicks or dings to anything. Highly recommend them.

No pressure sales. Brought my 2 kids with me to the show room and was greeted and treated well by Kate who answered all my questions and presented recommendations and suggestions for everything including material types, edge finishes, and sink options (options in black would have been nice).Price was reasonable.They worked with my schedule to get the measurements done which took very little time. On-time arrival and very professional with care and attention to detail.The guys came in the morning and did the installation, which was done within an hour -this included center island, small island, 2-piece install on one wall, and long section on the sink wall. Thankful I found New Granite & Marble! I was looking for last minute custom shower saddles in Quartz, and I needed them as soon as possible. My contractor recommended New Granite and Marble when I was renovating my kitchen and a powder room.I chose two types of granite - with two different finishes.I was an awkward customer in that I wanted the granite ready and installed yesterday and Matt and his guys managed to have it ready in a few days.They installed a breakfast island, 3 sink surrounds and also with the left over granite suggested using it for a fire place and hearth.Matt measured and designed it himself and it looks amazing.The company is professional, reasonably priced and the quality of finish and installation was great.I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I called Matt on a Thursday morning and told him I wanted my kitchen counter top installed ASAP. Matt showed up at my house Thursday afternoon to take the measurements and had the counter top installed on Monday! This is the third kitchen that I had done with this company and they are, by far, the best.!! Their installers are professional and know exactly what to do to make the job look great and complete. I actually ordered the quartz on a Tuesday and it was already installed by Friday, three days later. Although the owner Matt said it may have been a mix up it allowed me to rent the property one month early and ultimately saved money. I also priced out other quartz and a cabinet and flooring store in Passaic but new granite beat the price as they are a direct supplier and installer, no middle man. Looking for the best granite selection and customer service responsiveness, delivery and expert installation, then Kate and Matt are the people to deal with. We were in search of an amazing stone, they provided the selection, finishing and delivery/install days earlier then we actually expected it to be ready. Crucial to picking a granite supplier, we were looking for a company who returns calls, is willing to answer any question and cares about our project as much as we do. Our granite project turned out better then we ever expected. We liked their product and service so much that we also asked them to custom make two end tables and also a custom bar countertop. Purchased cabinets & countertop through Kitchen Expo. New Granite was the countertop fabricator & installer. Quick turnaround, professional, great installation process. Would have been a 5 star review, except you had better not forget to have them cut out your faucet and/or soap dispenser holes. If you forget and they have to come back out to take 5 minutes to cut the holes, you will be hit with a $200 charge. Pretty excessive for 5 minutes of 1 persons time. I was even willing to wait until they were in the area on another job so as to not waste their time. Came to an agreement with New Granite, I would change my review to 5 stars, & they would come out and drill the hole for $100, made an appointment, first day they called to cancel, second appointment no call, and never showed up. At this point I called and cancelled the job, and I am having someone else drill the hole, I cant keep holding up my backsplash. While the measurement/install process was really great, follow up was not.

I had a quartz bathroom vanity top and sills fabricated from Matt and his guys. We were very happy with the whole process. Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered the granite and was very happy with the service, selection and the final product. I picked them by good reviews because I had a very tight deadline and no room for errors. They measured the next day and the granite was installed a day BEFORE they said they coulddo it. In terms of price, they are very competitive. Although I was able to find another place in southern NJ that charged less, every second review there mentioned mistakes and issues. When buying an expensive piece of stone that is the focal point in my kitchen I want to be sure it is done right and on first try. These guys done just that and are a pleasure to work with.

I shopped around for about 6 months, I went to 3 other granite and cabinet retailers. some privately owned, and some very large companies. New Granite and Marble was the 4th place we looked into as they were recommended from my brother in laws mother. I wish we came here first!! We wasted our time looking anywhere else. We worked with Tom and he knows the business inside and out. We had trouble verbalizing what we wanted, as we did with the other companies. We explained it the best we could and Tom somehow knew EXACTLY what we wanted and had great ideas of his own and showed us pictures of work he had done in the past to help us visualize it.We came back 3 times to re-work our plan and me an my wife both work during the week and yet they still accommodated us by staying late and coming to our house at 7pm...7PM! on a Wednesday to re-measure and help us re-design our kitchen. Dont waste your time shopping around. I went to pugliese I went to cabinets direct, I went to Cabinets USA. These guys have better pricing, better demonstration, better vision and a better operation then all of the competition. Our cabinets came in 5 days delivered to the house assembled. Save the trouble give them a call and let them work their magic!

The men of New Granite & Marble did a remarkable job in my new condos kitchen. I almost did not believe them when they said they can finish the entire kitchen in ONE day, but it was true. Brand new granite countertops and wood cabinets at a very reasonable price. My tenants were especially happy because of the short installation time and politeness of the crew. They even asked for the companys business cards for future projects.Highly recommend this company if you are looking for something done quickly, without sacrificing quality.

Fantastic quality, service, and price. New Granite & Marble provided granite for our kitchen renovation & marble for our master bathroom in Nutley. The kitchen included a granite countertop -- perfect construction, the one (necessary) seam is well placed & invisible. Our kitchen island was done in a double thickness, perfectly mitered at the corner edge. They also provided marble for our bathroom counter, shower, and tub surround. Templates were made exactly, and turnaround time was surprisingly quick. We were able to select colors from their stock, and additional slabs were ordered as needed, which we were also able to review before installation. Amazing work and service, highly recommended. I had a beautiful countertop made by them, it was a leather finish fantasy brown. They did a wonderful job. They even made me a window sill for free and it matches the countertop beautifully. Karol and other workers were very polite and helpful. They also explained everything about maintenance and care for my new countertops.

After reading the reviews for New Granite and Marble, I decide to give them my business. I went to the shop on Thursday and selected the granite promotion package that included the under mount stainless sink. Tom helped me select a beautiful slab of granite, and the next day Matt came to my house to take measurements for the countertop. I asked Matt to make the larger piece of granite as one piece, and he said it the countertop wasnt too big and he could probably do it, which he did. The following Tuesday morning Matt texted me to let me know the technicians were on their way to install the countertop. I was impressed how the technicians handle the granite with care. Instead of carrying the heavy granite from the truck to the house. The technicians loaded the granite on a dolly with big rubber wheels to move the granite from the truck to my house. The granite was professionally installed with the under mount sink. The technicians made sure I was satisfied with the installation and instructed me on how to maintain the granite. If you are looking for a granite countertop company, I highly recommend New Granite and Marble.
