I use to enjoy purchasing my electrical supplies and material from here but over the past 3 years it has changed. Bad customer service, over priced and no more knowledgeable professionals that understand the electrical business. Today I went to get help with some LED modules I purchased from them over a year or 2 ago(keep in mind LES modules have a 5 year warranty) they sis not want to helper out. I have shopped there and given them a lot of my business over the years with not once complaining but today I needed help for the first time and they just laughed at me especially Dannys son. Ever since he came on board that place is not what ot was when EDER was there.

We called to ask if there was a restocking fee prior to driving back here since its super far from where we reside; the guy we spoked to on the phone assured us it would be a 20%restocking fee. When we got there, the guy charged us 50%. When we brought up how we were told it was 20%, the guy said admitted it was him who we spoke to and said Youre even lucky im only charging you 50%. Next time ill put a sign. Not only were we deceived and lied too, he was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here.Also, their websites assure they treat you like family and they will do everything in their power to give the lowest price. THAT IS A LIE. There are plenty other places in Los Angeles with better service and price.

I purchased most all of my electrical supplies from here for a complete electrical reno of 12 apt units. The prices& custimer service is very good and professional. I highly reccomend
