Friendly service and in my opinion the rate to fix the windshield was very reasonable.

I had a broken out side window and was getting ready to leave town they were able to squeeze me in even though they were booked a few days out I got in and out same day they did excellent work and were incredibly accommodating I would recommend anyone with any glass needs to go here for fast friendly 5star service

I will not ever return to this company. Not only did they take all day to replace the windshield on my truck but they “didn’t notice” as they put it, that there was a man sitting in the waiting all day. They supposedly had the wrong windshield ordered from Dave Smith, but then proceeded to tell me after I called (5 hours later) that they reached out to the dealership for the contact information of myself or my fiancé, yet we never received a call. If they had actually in fact reached out to the dealer they would have realized they had ONE of our numbers on their end written down incorrectly. Dave Smith in fact has both our numbers correct. This company is completely unprofessional and negligent to their customers. Even if somehow ALL of the things above were done, which they weren’t, I specifically told them we would be waiting on the vehicle. Why would no one go into the lobby/waiting area and check? Laziness is the word that best describes how this was handled and completely unprofessional experience. We will NEVER return to this business nor will I EVER recommend them. Unbelievable.

I recently had windshield done on one of my cars I buy at auction to resell. Typically we do all the mechanical repairs in house as Lake City Auto Care, but glass is not our thing. In this case it was a 2009 Mercedes Benz. Grizzly went above and beyond. There were something like 5 windshield options for this model. I brought the car by their shop and they quickly figured out which one I needed. Other shops quoted prices over $1500 while Grizzly got done for LESS THAN HALF that amount. 3 years ago Grizzly Glass fixed a chip in the drivers side of my rv windshield. Over this winter, ice brought down a large branch smashing into the passenger side of the windshield.I had a good experience 3 years ago, so I called them and explained what had happened and they said this is something they can do and could work with my insurance company to get it done.Turns out due to the age of my rv, the glass was a special order. It took three days to come in and once it was there, we scheduled a day I could drop off the rv early in the morning. This was yesterday at 7:30.Yesterday afternoon at 3:30, I picked up my rv and it was one of the best experiences from start to finish Ive ever had regarding getting something (anything) on my rv fixed.Everyone there has been extremely helpful and very polite. And (important to me) they all were very, very kind to my dog and gave her scratches as she went to say hi to them.Ill be back to Grizzly Glass for any other glass needs I have in the future. After spending a little time there while they were doing the insurance paperwork stuff, I now see they do far more than just auto related glass. For example, they have a pet door insert for sliding glass doors that is interesting...Thanks Team Grizzly Glass!

Honest guys, I was recommended to them due to an issue with what I latter learned was an issue with a seal around my windshield. These guys couldve tried to sell me a new wind shield, but they took care of the issue on the spot in 5 minutes without having an appointment. Price to replace our windshield was the cheapest I could find, they were able to get us scheduled quickly. We dropped our car off in the morning and it was ready just a few hours later!

They did a quick job of replacing the glass on my skid steer window next day on a Saturday but they forgot to put the seals on it so I had to go get the seals on Monday and put them on myself.

Grizzly has replaced all the windshields in my six vehicles at one time or another over a 15 year period. I have never had a problem with the quality of their work, they do the job for the quoted price and it is always done on time.

They replaced my windshield quickly and at a fair price.

My father-in-law bought a large window there and when he went to pick it up the employees were really unhelpful. The window wasnt packaged, they kind of chuckled at him about how he was going to get it home safely.
